Bordunterhaltung gabs nur in Oben alle 3 bis Sitzreihen einen TV dort konnte man Film schauen, nicht nach eigener Wahl. Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

Negativ: "United stewardesses have little to no interest in their duties. Questions were clearly an annoyance to them. The leg of flight from Denver to Des Moines was very uncomfortable, seats much to tigh, no leg room. Gate staff in Denver were exceptional. United needs to revisit their time for loading. We preloaded, I had a broken leg, I was traveling with a special needs woman. We just reached our seats when other passengers were prodding us to sit so they could board no time to settle. Not impressed"

Negativ: "Ich bin klein und fand es beengend. Das überraschendste war aber das komplett fehlende Unterhaltungsprogramm. Nicht mal ein gemeinschaftlicher Monitor. Dies bei einem 4h Flug. Info über vorhandene Service( entertainment und food ) im Flug wäre wünschenswert."

Positiv: "2500 bonus miles for my trouble"
Negativ: "Told flight would be delayed. Pushed back one hour every hour for 5 hours. "Average delays" that day were 45-60 mins (our flight was the ONLY flight with a 5 hour delay in Newark). Once on the plane, told the air traffic control radars lost power and we'd be delayed another 30 mins. Entertainment required me to pay for broadcast channels."

Negativ: "Flight delayed in Chicago with no one at gate ro provide any information on when flight would actually leave. Plane was scheduled to leave at 8:40pm and finally left at 12:43 am. Will never fly United through Chicago again."

Positiv: "It was fine"

Negativ: "This flight was horrible. I upgraded my seat and paid extra for a premium economy and it was still crowded. There was gum or candy stuck to the floor right were I was supposed to stash my carry on. I pointed it out to the flight attendant and his response was "so you can't put your bag there?" I asked him if he would ruin his bag and put it there and he said "well, you don't know me." What? I had to worry the whole flight about putting my foot on that gooey mess. What did I get for my extra money? Aggravation."

Positiv: "It was a short flight, less than an hour, but the crew was great."

Negativ: "Got in 30 minutes early and then had to wait the full 30 minutes to get to a gate at midnight when there were empty gates everywhere, completely inane. They could of deplaned us at Southwest next door and then moved the plane for the next day. Really stupid. Think of all the fuel wasted sitting on the tarmac at an empty airport to boot."

Negativ: "Hot as blazes all flight, crew kept telling me they would cool it down, never did!"

Negativ: "Bathroom smelled terrible after multiple passengers made a BM! Should be cleaned and deodorant spray should be available. Had to use some body spray and cologne to neutralize the smell."

Negativ: "Nicht sehr viel Platz, zu wenige Getränke über den Flugzeitraum, Personal nur mäßig freundlich, kein Boardentertainment am Platz nur über zentrale Lautsprecher aller 4-5 Reihen (Flug durchgeführt von United)"

Negativ: "One of the stewardesses was very unpleasant as she was ha doing out drinks and snacks. When I asked her a question she was very rude."

Positiv: "Guter Komfort und gute Beinfreiheit zu den Vordersitzen so dass man auch nach einem Langstreckenflug von München nach San Francisco entspannt ankommt."

Negativ: "When I was boarding the flight from Denver to Jackson the ticket agent was extremely hostile and rude. I was carrying a back pack and a small purse strapped across my shoulder which was maybe 4"x6". He shouted at me after I had handed in my ticket and started down the gangway that my purse needed to be in my backpack. I have never heard of such a thing in all my years of travel. I complied and started to put my purse into my backpack when he shouted at me "Ms. Derbyshire get back here now! You cannot be past the counter!" Your employee was rude, hostile and made me very upset as well as the other passengers waiting to board. Later other passengers who witnessed the event told me how upset they were. Sadly this is not the first time I have had issues with United. Clearly this type of behavior is in your culture. There is no need to shout at anyone."

Positiv: "Wir waren sehr knapp dran. Wir erreichten den Flieger nur, weil uns Airline Angestellte geholfen haben und wir durch den Flughafen gespurtet sind."

Positiv: "People were courteous as expected but as usual the 1st class took precedence. Big deal they pay extra for what, not to eat 1 ounce snack foods and cans of soda."
Negativ: "The room and the food was horrible. Seems like every time I take a flight people get stuffed into planes like sardines. Also the food selection was nonexistent. There was not enough qty for each person on the flight and the food choices are subpar and very expensive. If u ask me with the exorbant cost of flight to include now the cost to bring luggage is horrible. What happened to the days when airlines actually cared for their customers. I guess those days are long gone. I have been in he military over 17 years and not once have I received a courtesy upgrade to 1st class and I have flew over the world. Guess it's all about the money. And have to pay for entertainment....go figure and why isn't there outlets on every seta in every row. Is that too much to ask!"

Negativ: "Still stuck on th tarmac an hour and a half after landing in Dallas because of lightning weather conditions and no ground crew to bring the plane in. Can't they wear a rubber suit or something??"

Positiv: "The flight seemed a little more steady and more drinks were offered."
Negativ: "The flight from Chicago to Fairbanks was a little better, but when it came time for me to use the restroom, the flight attendant was quite rude. I explained I had been waiting for the past 2 hours but she didn't seem to care. The seats were terribly uncomfortable."
