The check-in boarding counter only had 1 employee, the flight was running 20mins late.
Delayed departure. Made me have to pay more for parking and had to call out of work.
Anyone that purchased a Delta 1st Class seat should have access to the Delta Sky Club. My wife and I purchased 1st Class tickets for a Delta flight from SeaTac to Washington Dulles but were denied entrance to the SeaTac Delta Sky Club because we did have an American Express card.

I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Ich wurde ungefragt umgebucht, hab meinen gebuchten Flug davon fliegen sehen, obwohl ich beim Boarding stand. Dort wurde mir nämlich gesagt ich sei jetzt in einem späteren Flieger und der wurde dann gecancelt. Bin in London gestrandet.
Gefallen hat gar nichts. In unserem Flieger saßen hinten eine Gruppe von offenbar betrunkenen Männern, die den ganzen Flug über und auch schon davor lautstark lachend "Gespräche" führten. Die Crew unternahm nichts. Man hätte erwarten können, dass da jemand mal was sagt. Sowas geht gar nicht. Eine Stewardess puhlte sich im Gespräch mit Fluggästen mit den Fingern in den Zähnen - ohne vorgehaltener Hand. Ekelig. Zudem hatte der Flieger fast eine Stunde Verspätung bei Abflug plus 15 min Verspätung beim rausgehen. Bereits an Board wurde uns gesagt, dass der Anschlussflug um 20.30 Uhr - für den wir 1 Std. 25 min Zeit hatten, verpasst wird und wir erst morgen früh weiter können und ein Hotel bekommen. Wir wurden dann zur Information von British Airways geschickt, wo wir fast eine Stunde gewartet haben, bis wir an die Reihe kamen zur Klärung wie es weiter geht. Dort sagte man u.a., wir bekommen ein Kitt mit Waschzeug, wenn wir unser Gepäck nicht ins Hotel bringen lassen. Das gab es dann aber doch nicht und war aus, wie wir an anderer Stelle erfuhren. Wir wurden mit einem Shuttlebus mit anderen Wartenden eine halbe Std. durch die gegend gekurvt, in ein Hotel gefahren. Dort haben wir 22.45 Uhr eingecheckt. Essen war damit auch gestrichen, da Küche bereits zu war. Auschecken war dann um 5.00 Uhr morgens. Hinfahrt mit Taxi, da Bus so früh zu Terminal 5 nicht fuhr. Fahrt für 23, Pfund für 10 min. mussten wir selbst bezahlen, da wir nur Bus-Gutscheine bekommen hatten. Aber dafür dann halbwegs ordentlicher Weiterflug um 7.00 Uhr, aber auch mit 15 min Verspätung. Fazit: Alles insgesamt eine einzige Katastrophe und nach Möglichkeit nie wieder British Airways. Entschädigungsforderungen folgen noch.
Am boarding pass hiess es Security wird am Terminal 1 in Wien sein. Leider bin ich den ganzen Weg hingegangen um nachher zu realisieren, dass es dich Terminal 3 war.

As we left the plane, one of the flight attendants, Simone, made a very special effort to assist us and for that I am grateful. The wheel chair attendant at Washington Dulles was also a real trooper who remained with us until all luggage was retrieved and I made my way to the Parking Garage to retrieve my car. I am totally impressed with the service and care that everyone associated with British Airways provided to make this transport effortless."

Wir haben verzweifelt versucht, telefonisch mit der Airline Kontakt aufzunehmen, was jedoch aussichtslos war. Warteschleife ohne Ende... Man konnte uns an diesem Abend keinen Ersatzflug mehr anbieten, sodass wir auf eine deutsche Airline ausweichen mussten. Hier hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Leider sind die Kosten für den Rückflug sowie das Gepäck futsch. Sehr schade für British Airways"

Negativ: "Two flight attendants to service the whole of Euro class meant waiting nearly two hours to be served a bottle of water and a sandwich. Too much time is lost trying to cook food and take the money. Just add £5 to every ticket and give the food as part of the service, you are not a budget airline Plus dont rub our noses in it by bringing meals from the first class galley to feed the crew at the rear of the plane."
Negativ: "Transfer at the Heathrow airport was such a hustle. Even though we had about hour and a half for transfer, take getting off board into consideration, we were on the run to our next gate for about 50 minutes without stopping, barely had a chance to use a restroom. Longer transfer period is needed most definitely. Also at least complimentary glass of water would be nice on the board."

Negativ: "Schon bei Ankunft am Sitz waren alle Gepäckfächer vollgestopft. Es wurde außerdem nicht nach Reihenfolge der Sitzreihen eingecheckt. Die hinteren Reihen hatten auf einem 13,5 Stunden-Flug nie die Möglichkeit vegetarisches Essen zu bekommen und es gab zwischendurch keine Snacks oder Getränke, man konnte allerdings zu den Flugbegleitern gehen und danach fragen."

Positiv: "Service and Care with sense of humor! I have sat in both business and economy, and while I prefer the room in business, I still feel the service is just as wonderful in economy. I got all I asked for including bubbly in economy! I like to stay awake on the way back to the US and asked for two coffee's and a bubbly, a ginger and an OJ just before dinner & refills on cafe. Of course I thought I was pushing it to ask for it all at once, but they laughed, proceeded to fill my wishes and with a good sense of humor asked If I wanted anything else! I actually got everything I asked for! Super!"
Negativ: "I pre bought my seat and chose an aisle. The plane was changed and I ended up in a window seat within the same row I had chosen on the other plane lay out. I prefer the aisle as I like to get up a lot and hate to annoy others who may prefer not to get up every time I do. I was lucky that the flight had plenty of empty seats and was able to move to an aisle after asking. What happens on a full flight? I would have been really upset. What is the point of pre-booking one' s seat? If the plane is changed, BA ought to take care to make sure a pre-booked seat gets a window/aisle near the row they chose. I suspect that is more important than the row on a long flight."
+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Negativ: "Flights in the late evening from Toronto to Ottawa always seem to be delayed. We spent a lot of time boarding, and a lot of time de-icing before take off. There would have been plenty of time to serve refreshments during de-icing. But refreshments and dismemberment of ear phones only began once the plane was airborne. There was not enough time to service all the passengers at that point. I'm not sure why Air Canada cannot at least give you ear phones when boarding. And why cannot refreshments be served during de-icing?"

Negativ: "Klar, die Flieger werden immer enger... aber für die Umwelt ist es schon besser, wenn dafür weniger Flieger starten also beklage ich mich auch nicht so sehr drüber. Am Besten wäre es, wenn es mehr Züge gäbe für solche kurze Strecken."
Negativ: "7:05am Flight got cancelled and they saw fit to rebook us on a 20:30pm flight.. decided to reroute us to anotjer city in canada and down to a different airport in DC Lost my luggage from time i checked it it at 0500am yo time dflight was cancelled and rebooked at 0700. And to fike claim and travrl without jt. Worst experience ever."
Negativ: "Air Canada is always late in my experience. I always end up waiting at the gate for the inbound flight which happens to be late. It is so annoyingly dishonest, considering that the flight is announced as on-time up until minutes before the departure time. When all along they know the incoming flight is late. After we boarded the plane at origin, we spent 15 minutes at the gate and quite a bit on the runway. When nearing the DCA, the plane took a complete detour went near Baltimore and then Annapolis and then flew back to near Gaithersburg as if it was intentionally wasting time on the air. Upon landing in DCA we had to wait 15 minutes on the taxiway waiting for the gate to clear. The (one hour long) flight that was scheduled to land at 10:20pm landed just before midnight. Air Canada is awful. This happens every time I fly with Air Canada and their conduct is just cheap and dishonest."

Negativ: "My flight was delayed and that's understandable, my luggage however was lost and I was not fully informed about the delayed luggage process with Air Canada. Now I will be at least 4, maybe even 5 days without my luggage at an international destination."

Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Positiv: "They afford a civil and enhanced trip on an Express flight. Something AA and other airlines consistently fail to do."
Positiv: "Boarding was smooth, considering there were just over two hundred passengers to manage. The crew was excellent: responsive, courteous and proactive. Entertainment: Overall plenty of options though some were dated. Food: surprisingly good, and COMPLIMENTARY. Didn't have to pay extra."
Negativ: "Coach is CRAMPED. And on a 14-hour flight, that's important.."
Positiv: "The crew was lovely and made the trip easy."
Negativ: "The boarding process was very strange. The "zone" loading makes no sense because I was at a window seat and other people had already sat down, so they had to get up so that I could go to my seat. Also the entertainment selection is very limited and poorly curated. I would recommend downloading Netflix shows on ur device before using their service."
Negativ: "The post office lost my passport and I was unable to go on this flight. Customer service was unwilling to provide a solution that did not cost thousands of dollars to rebook and see my family for Christmas."

Negativ: "There was only one snack option and I couldn't eat it because it contained gluten."
Negativ: "Flight was delayed. Announcement was made at the last minute. There wasn't enough space for carry-on luggage, mostly because the flight crew let people hog space leaving less for everybody else."
Positiv: "Movies were nice. The flight was comfortable and on time."
Negativ: "The flight attendants can be nicer. It seems they were bothered when we ask sth. And it took me half an hour to get the entertainment system to work on my computer ( the plug in wouldn't work) but the crew was nice and let me use an iPad for free. But I think people shouldn't have to pay for entertainment on such a long flight when you can fly other planes that don't make you pay."

Negativ: "Both dinner and breakfast were so bad as to be a joke. Tasteless chicken on pasta with a miserable little salad for dinner. Breakfast far worse, the 'continental breakfast' being a slice of banana loaf or something similar in plastic film and a pathetically small yoghurt. Crew didn't even serve pour row coffee or tea, totally overlooked us. My next flight was with SAA to Johannesburg - infinitely better food and attitude. Not that I expect this eeview to make any imnpression on Air Canada. THey are beyond help and frankly I don't care as I won't fly with them again."
Negativ: "I was supposed to be home on a Sunday. That I didn't arrive until the follow Tuesday should tell you something. My adventure included: 2 cancelled flights, one drastically oversold flight, being given a hotel room without a working toilet, hours spent waiting at the airport for information from gate agents who never showed up, and being curtly told that, as a passenger who didn't arrive on a connecting flight, on my second night I would not be given a hotel room, but instead a mat to sleep on in the airport. I did finally get a hotel room—this time with a working toilet"

Negativ: "Every air Canada flight I had on this trip had horrible turbulence and rough landings. The turbulence may or may not be the pilot's fault, but the landings are probably the pilot's fault."
Positiv: "Once I actually got on the rebooked flight, everything went great."
Negativ: "I get it, weather happens, but airlines should have figured out by now how to make any issues that come from that as painless as possible. Air Canada did not have it together. There was little communication and coordination. People had to wait multiple times in ungodly long lines while agents spent way too much time with each customer. There was misinformation and lack of information given by agents and at times no one to help at all. When there's weather it should be all hands on deck until the effected customers get to where they need to be. Otherwise it's an aggravating and nearly intolerable experience. Commercial airlines have been around for 60+ years - figure it out already."
Negativ: "No monitor available to follow route .Too long trip w/o any entertainment."
Positiv: "The pilots were EXTREMELY polite, informing us through the intercom why everything is delayed. SUPER flight through the rain!!! FANTASTIC PILOTS!"
Negativ: "We were Stuck INSIDE the plane for an hour. If there is a delay either offer a refreshments or let us go back inside the air port and get a refreshments. The crew were unprofessional, i travel enough and this crew was the worst I have seen. On top they offered No hot beverages. Upon my request of a simple cup Of coffee the flight attendant said, NO, ask if I wanted a coke. It is great that he is giving me an alternative but he can simply appogize that he has not made any coffee and be sincere about it. TERRIBLE service all together. We all in the plane have appointments that now we are late to, crew showed no concern."

Negativ: "One hour delay, which was very tiring for someone who already had gone through the 9 hour flight torture from Athens. The Global Entry for US bound passengers procedure is very confusing. Maybe it would help if the steps were communicated on the US bound passengers before disembarking. First the passport process (easy) then there is this confusing process where we need to see our names in green on the screen, with some staff telling us to move on while others insist that we need to stay back and wait for our names to go green on screens that keep changing. Good idea and intentions to help clear bags, and can be improved. Overall the Montreal to DC flight (with the exception of the awful Montreal airport and the long delay) was excellent."

Negativ: "Food awful, had to pay for food on the SFO to Toronto leg of journey. The food provided on Toronto to Glasgow journey was of poor quality and had to pay for a glass of wine, this is free when flying with BA. I did not even receive a bag of peanuts. I paid for extra leg room in an exit row thinking it was the same exit row as a BA plane.... The extra legroom I paid for was negligible, minimal difference noted."

Negativ: "I was put in overbooking, and was concerned about not being able to get on the flight. Everything worked out fine in the end, but still did not appreciate this. Given the risk of not being able to board, I will likely not use this airline in the future."
