Seat back holder wouldn’t properly support phone. It would mute phone or turn phone off. Additional leg room was needed. Flight was delayed and crew seemed stressed…telling people to hurry as connections were tight. The cause for the delay seemed to be just everyone moving too slowly??

The most exceptional jester durring experience with American Airlines was the assistance I received from the ladies at the arrival kiosk. They helped me identify my ticket number from an American Airlines e-mail and then completed the whole process for me on the self-help computer. This saved me time from standing is line at the information counter to find out what to do. The worst experience was trying to find my checked luggage in the Miami Airport. It was very confusing to know which belt my flights my flights luggage was delivered to. Other passengers were also confused and we waited at the wrong belt for over half an hour before receiving help from one of the customer assistants to learn where to go. This was not directly the airlines fault, but they could have anounced which belt number our luggage would be delivered to.

Ground stop at ORD delayed our flight out of Burlington. Arrived ORD with a few minutes to spare. Sure would’ve been nice to know that our connecting flight had been delayed. Would’ve saved some stressful running from gate to gate. Otherwise: all good.

Turbulence to much, the multimedia at my seat doen nt work the audio, the crew was rud.

A sandwich could have been offered instead of crisps and water. There were no entertainment such as music or movies in this aircraft. The crew was very nice.

Their business class on this Airbus flight was just Economy seats with the middle seat blocked off with a fixed table. No extra space at all. Food was ok but not worth the extra expense imo.

Beim nächsten Mal würde ich gern für den Anschlussflug nicht ungefragt umgebucht werden, während ich in der Luft bin und dann nicht mal eine Info darüber bekommen.

Insgesamt war der Flug ok, nach dem Desaster davor mit verpasstem Anschlussflug und den lautstarken Mitreisenden, wo niemand etwas unternahm von der Crew. Insgesamt hatten wir ca. 15 min. Verspätung.

Am boarding pass hiess es Security wird am Terminal 1 in Wien sein. Leider bin ich den ganzen Weg hingegangen um nachher zu realisieren, dass es dich Terminal 3 war.

There was no flight. Flights got cancelled. Kayak or British never informed us. I had to call so many times and wait hours to get to talk to someone. Made my vacation pretty bad. I still havent heard from anybody. No apologies, nothing. Just horrible!

Nothing! everything could have been better. again, the tsa workers were horrible. They had bad attitudes, cursing passengers and a general LACK of professionalism. In my future travels, I will not be transitioning through london, and none of my future travel plans will include london. If there agenda was to prevent Americans from visiting there, they succeded.

Da denkt man.an einen best. Zeichentrickfilm.... Dann kein Gate bekannt. Verspätung. Ewig Schlange am Rollfeld in Heathrow. Endlich in München, warten auf den Minnikoffer.... keine Informationen..... von den Angestellten des Flughafens an den für Koffer zuständigen BA Schalter verwiesen. Dort sprach man angeblich kein deutsch, in München am Schalter. In englisch war man dann nicht zuständig, der Schalter über dem stand abhandene Koffer.... Als ich deutlich meinen Unmut geäußert habe, wurde ich beleidigt. Nach einer halben Stunde endlich, kamen alle Koffer des London /München Fluges an. Auch mein gezwungenermaßen eingechecktes Handgepäck. Ich fand es schon während des Fluges nicht zeitgemäß alle Ansagen ausschließlich auf englisch zu machen. Es war ja ein innereuropäischer Flug, da möchte man meinen, die Sprache des Zielortes wird miteinbezogen."

Als Alleinreisender ist der Fensterplatz immer blöd, besonders bei eine 3-3-3 Bestuhlung in der Boeing 787-9 in der Economy Class, weil man gleich 2 unbekannte Leute aufscheuchen muss, wenn man zur Toilette will. Sitzbreite und Fußraum sind für einen Langstrecken- Flug gerade noch akzeptabel. Wenn nicht Mitglieder meiner Reisegruppe, die ich in den letzten Tagen kennenlernte neben mir sassen, wäre es schlimmer gewesen.

+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

1st flight was late by 19 mins. Due to immigration and customs we missed by 5 mins and 2 even 2 flight was delayed my 20 mins still they did not took us. We had to Wait at airport for 4 hours. Really bad experience.

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Negativ: "Customs was disorganized and we were sent to the back of the line twice. The people working there didn't know what they were doing. Then our flight was delayed 3 separate times, first 2 hours, then another hour, then another hour. The seats on the plane were made for children. Luckily it was only a 1 1/2 hour flight."

Negativ: "Cancelled flights, delays, no refund option so I had to wait 15hrs to get to a 1 hrs destination. Then they lost my luggage so my mini weekend away turned into a disaster. I basically wasted $1,000 for a nightmare trip. If they would've just issued a refund in the beginning I would've been fine w the cancelation."

Negativ: "No tv screens?! It's 2016! The entertainment options are abysmal."

Flight delayed. Crew excellent. Airlines are struggling amid shortages of staff. Be prepared to have flights canceled or delayed.

Flights kept changing right up to the day before leaving—-finally requiring two connecting flights instead of one with all of us traveling alone to connect through a different city. The connecting flight changes were scheduled too close to the arriving flight time—-requiring another phone call and extremely long wait times to United. In all, we had to call United 6 times with flight changes THEY made. United and their partner companies (in our case Lufthansa) continually blamed the other provider for the scheduling problems. All flights we took on this trip were delayed. The flight staff was always good. The arrangements for the trip a nightmare.

The food could be better

On time and great service.

Wenn dann eine Stewardess helfen will mit einem kleinen Snack aber von einem Kollegin gebremst wird, dann finde ich das unverschämt!! "Wir machen keine Ausnahmen!""

Negativ: "I made a reservation for my whole family and selected seats four month ahead (we reserved 1A, 1B, 1C, and 1D). One day before the departure, United informed me that one of my kid had to be moved to 11B a part from the rest of family due to a flight swap. When we started boarding, I noted someone else was sitting on my seat (1D) with his own boarding pass with 1D written. United crew politely asked if the gentlemen was willing to move to 6B, which his original seating in the system but he refused to do so. We' also personally explained to him that if he can yield the seat so that our family could sit together due to my wife's medical condition but he would not cooperate. I noted Those gentlemen on 1D and 1C are either buddies or coworkers. The crews were looking at each other without offering a solution. I ended up telling the crew that I could sit on 6B so that the plane can leave. The departure time was 20 min late u related my seating issue and de-icing took another 40 min. I am a Global Service member and I am very unhappy about the way the whole situation was created and handled by United."

Negativ: "Wie üblich auf diesen kurzen Flügen keine Bordunterhaltung. Relativ wenig Sitzabstand wie sonst aber auch üblich (bei knappe 1,90m) wenn kein spezieller Sitz mehr frei ist."

Negativ: "By the time I got to my seat all overhead bins by my seat were all full so I had to take my carryon towards middle of the plane to place it in an overhead bin. I also had to remember to write down the number of that bin so I could retrieve my carryon at the end of my flight.Toilet was not very clean."

Negativ: "Ich bin klein und fand es beengend. Das überraschendste war aber das komplett fehlende Unterhaltungsprogramm. Nicht mal ein gemeinschaftlicher Monitor. Dies bei einem 4h Flug. Info über vorhandene Service( entertainment und food ) im Flug wäre wünschenswert."
Positiv: "Nothing at all!!! That should really tell you something!"
Negativ: "The staff were rude, abrasive, ignored several passengers that were trying to get her attention before take off as 2 overhead bins were wide open and full to the brim. She of course was too busy playing on her cell phone in the back of the plane and ignored/silenced the passenger call button. They were so loud when people were sleeping, yelling ‘trash please’ every 5 minutes, we are not stupid, we can see what you are doing and if we have trash, we will give it to you - so please STOP disturbing my peace and let me bloody sleep!!!! I was never offered any food or drink during the entire flight, not even when I was awake - other airline attendants are more observant and come back and ask us when we are awake if we would like anything to eat or drink. So essentially that was 7 hours with nothing after having paid a little over $700 for what was seemingly the WORST transatlantic flight I’ve ever taken. I travel back and forth often, because I’m a dual national, but I will stick to BA or Virgin Atlantic - the planes and service are far superior to this pile of turd that goes by the name of United. There were no charging facilities (power outlet or USB port) and the TVs had such horrendous resolution that you would get a headache from having to squint at the screen."
