USBs didn’t work, chair didn’t recline, no entertainment .. poor upgrade
The most awful airline I ever had and I have close to 800 flights on my back
Baggage claim could have been better from Copa airlines. It almost 2 hours for our baggage to get to the carousel
Negativ: "Not to mention Copa owes me $1000 they stole from me after canceling a flight and not giving the money back, they took our water we bought 10 feet from boarding in the airport and had one offer of a small cup of water on a 7 hour flight. Pathetic service, not, cramped planes. I will not fly with them again!"
Negativ: "wasn't even able to get the flight booked for my whole party and had to go through my credit card company to get my money back and rebook with American Airlines."
Positiv: "The seats in economy were confortable. The best thing was Copa gave us seats in the second line and my family traveled together."

Negativ: "TRAINING , TRAINING , TRAINING .. That is what COPA needs. Also , when I said I want too X-ray my knee, whole staff get together and lied , and cheated , and downloaded me to a weal chair lady... Very un-professional .DONT FLY with this people , Even IF you get a FREE ticket ."
Positiv: "Staff was so nice when I felt sick and kept asking if I was ok. Entertainment was also good."
Negativ: "The process of getting on the plane was terrible. Once getting though gate security there really should be access to water, a restroom and ac. Also out of group of five, three of us were moved up to business class. It seemed unfair that we couldn’t all have been moved up as a group."
Positiv: "The crew was basic and not very helpful regarding the importance of those changing flights to be sure to run off the plane as fast as possible to make the connecting flight or you will miss it if seated in the back of the plane and be charged a hefty penalty!"
Negativ: "If the captain and crew spoke better and clear English regarding important connection and time difference information, especially during a red eye. All communication sounded garbled and in 3 languages."
Negativ: "Missed my connection because first flight was cancelled... they only rebooked me to arrive three days later. I thought it was a joke, but they were serious."
Positiv: "We waited o9ver 1/2 hours so our flight was ;35 minutes late arriving in Medellin."
Positiv: "The crewman were extremely friendly, very professional team!"
Positiv: "The cost was great, the airline crew was busy but friendly and helpful. The seat was fine and the bathroom relatively clean."
Negativ: "Food options were both meat: turkey or beef. There are more and more people who eat a plant based diet, something should be offered, a vegetable wrap or hummus sandwich."

Positiv: "Thankfully we missed the holiday traffic so we were able to check in and board effectively."

Negativ: "copa airlines changed the timeline of my ticket from 10 hours to 22 hours duration one month before my flight back. When I landed in Panama there were no United representatives to issue me my boarding pass. For the next 14 hours I went up and down the airport to find help. When I finally went to the designated gate the Hnited representative told me this miscommunication happens all the time between Copa and United and there is nothing she can do. This is bad business and the customers have to suffer the consequences. I won't use this flight route again."
Negativ: "After reporting that things were stolen...Copa deny my claimed."
Negativ: "They failed to assist my wife who needed wheel chair assistants. They didn't help her at all upon landing and debarking the plane. Left her by herself."

Negativ: "Beim Boarding hat man die englischen Ansagen nicht verstanden"
Negativ: "Unpolite crew, food, seats... the worst part is that I had to hold my baby for long time waiting to board because the flight attendant made me wait until my group was boarding, she said that copa doesnt have a policy that allows you to board first because you travel with babies. Someone should change that. I wont travel again with Copa."
