Then the pilot said that our bags are usually weighed and computerized for even distribution on the plane. That system was also down, so we sat on the runway waiting for that problem to be fixed. When we arrived at Barcelona, I unpacked and discovered a jacket and pants in my luggage were wet. The only place that could have happened was at JfK during their rain storm and the luggage weight issue."

The gate crew keeping us updated is what saved the name of Delta. If she didnt do that people would have been angry."

Three out of seven of the flight crew were not happy about how badly they were being treated by call center and /or management while they were delayed with us at gate. Snacks were brought out because of delay but they were just junk food. Nothing I could eat due to allergies."

Negativ: "For the third Delta flight in a row (all First Class) the crew did not make any effort to keep economy class cuctomers form storing bags in the First Class overhead or using the only First Class laveratory during flight. This flight I was unable to utilize the laveratory even once due to this excessive and continuous useage. Trying to do my bit to reduce our carbon footprint, yet I am sorely tempted to return to charter service when disrespect of the airlines own basic service class rules gets piled on top of TSA hassles."

Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

Positiv: "Friendly crew. Due to the apparent regularity of excessively delayed American Airlines flights, they had the staff at O'hare bring a cart filled with cheap canned juice and Diet Soda to lessen the blow of their consistently delayed flights."
Negativ: "Like every other American Airlines flight I've ever been on, it was delayed. Including the American flight from Denver to Chicago. We pay entirely too much money to these airlines for them to deliver such painfully mediocre service and consistently delayed flights. I recommend that this airline do a SERIOUS audit of their Preventative Maintenance/Service division across their hubs. If I fly American, I would bet my entire checking account that the plane will be delayed well over 2 hours."

Negativ: "I paid hard-earned money for an expensive flight to Madrid. Not only were we very delayed on the way there, we were also delayed on the way back. We spent 3 hours back and forth on the tarmac stuck on an old bus in 100+ degree weather being delivered conflicting information, summed up to the seats being "broken". We got a "bathroom break" during which was talked to very rudely by the flight attendant at the gate, and then was almost left behind by the bus on the tarmac. Additionally, once we got onto the plane, it was extremely old (I'm talking no TV's, ashtrays on seats, filthy tables, dirty seats). To top it off, when I went to the restroom in the middle on the flight, I saw flight attendants drinking Tito's and soda in the back in the plane and talking loudly. I am not usually one to complain- but this was a particularly bad experience and terrible ending to my vacation."

This is key to getting your luggae faster in baggage claim when you have a short connection (I had less than two hours). This omission caused my suitcase to arrive last, and I had to run to make it to my next flight."

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Additionally, we didn’t find out the flights were cancelled until we arrived at the airport. Apparently, they had been cancelled 2 hours before but there was no notification. Air Canada offered no help whatsoever and the guy at the “service” desk in Boston literally said there was nothing he could do to help. Not even find a new flight. Spent 90 minutes on the phone trying to re-book, plus re-booking hotel along the way."

I will look for other airlines the next time I book a flight to Canada. What a disappointment!"

This time check in was very disorganized and unprofessional (I got scolded when my luggage bumped the post that forms the line that was set up after half the passengers were there making the last to show up first in line.) The flight was delayed and hour for a broken air mask upon departure . The monitor screens were hard to see and harder to hear. Upon arrival we sat for 30 minutes because they couldn't shut the engines down. Customs was a breeze but the walk from terminal to customize to the next terminal had me winded, luckily my connecting Air Canada flight was late also . And this was the better part of my experience. My flight to Athens was miserable ( lots of screaming children spread out through the plane). And when I thought it was over my luggage was separated and lost for 3 days. I should send you the underwear as a reminder of my experience"

Negativ: "Very bad experience, first flight was delayed then lost my luggage. All my cloths, Medicine and cosmetics in the bag. They spoiled my trip"

Negativ: "Flight delayed half hour, rush through all the steps, we are the first one get to the plane. But all the other people can not make it because we sit at near front and started the rush earlier. However, all of our checked luggage so can not make it. We are waiting for delivery on the next day. This type of short connection of international flight should not be arranged as we told you and AC when you told us the original booking was changed due to AC flight modification."

Negativ: "Der Flug wurde um 6-7 Stunden verschoben, so dass ich keinen Anschluss Flug mehr hatte um nach Hause zu kommen. Der Service vor Ort war sehr schlecht, es hatte viel zu wenig Personal. Ich hatte einen freundlichen Helfer am Schalter, aber sein Supervisor hat mich dann ohne zu Fragen einfach irgendwie umgebucht, z.B. ein Tag später, dann mit Übernachtung irgendwo. Die Flüge am selben Tag wurden zuerst gar nicht berücksichtigt, bis ich dann online selber gesucht habe. Schlussendlich hat mir ein Mitarbeiter der Lufthansa geholfen noch einen Flug am gleichen tag zu bekommen. Mein Gepäck ist bis jetzt 48h später noch nicht aufgetaucht. Gesamthaft für United ein sehr schlechter Service!!!"
