Worst experience ever, never ever flying with etihad again.
Seating comfort, coordination by staff, food, punctuality and cleanliness were all excellent. Most of the flight crew staff were courteous except one or two which maybe considered as area for improvement.
Negativ: "Boarding was very poorly managed. Did not board using zones and kept standing for up to 30-40 mins on the aero bridge."

We were not allowed to board the flight to Riyadh from Istanbul! At the boarding gate we were not permitted to enter saying you are Indian or of Indian origin and Saudi government has asked not to board us!! We were stranded at Istanbul airport for more than 24 hours and had to book our own separate ticket to get to India! Kayak or Chatdeal.com who issued the ticket were not helpful at all. I will not use these sites or recommend these sites for ticket purchase to anyone.

Jeddah counter representative even don't know domestic and international terminal are different location in Ryadh; they even don't know passenger has to collect luggage and go to international terminal for final destination. As per Jeddah airlines counter supervisor, domestic and internation terminals are in same location whereas in reality we need to go with a bus. original flight was 4 hours connecting time but airlines changed to 2 hours. We are lucky that we don't missed our flight because we were 1 minutes late to close check in / collect boarding pass; as per counter representative. one of the biggest issue was as follows: when we went to Jeddah counter, we have requested for both boarding pass (Jeddah to Ryadh to JFK) including baggage to be collected to JFK; unfortunate duty supervisor behavior was unacceptable. He was very rood. He was repeating same word and telling "do you understand english" same word again and again with aggressive mood whereas he is very poor in english."

The male cabin crew at boarding was like a statue; didn’t smile, barely greeted me & was rude later on in the flight when I asked him for headphones! The food was disgusting! But the female cabin crew who brought me my special was nice after she couldn’t figure out which special meal was mine. The cabin crew overall seemed disorganized. However, a male cabin crew named Munir was nice. I flew on SV 302; CAI-JED."

I am so tired and sleepy but i waited until 11pm cz i need my stuff and i have very important medicines there that i need to take tonight. When i called to check the location of my delivery, the driver just plainly said he will deliver tomorrow. I found this very unprofessional and no care about their customers. You gave your commitment to me to deliver before 12midnight, twice. 3 times including the airport personnel. I expected it tonight. Now u just change your mind and tell me you will deliver it tomorrow? I am working in a different city tomorrow morning and i travel via bus. It is an extreme inconvenience cz i will not be at home when u deliver and no one is left at my flat. Worst airline experience ever. I regret flying with Saudia. This is my first and last. Please just send my luggage urgent. Thank you."
