Negativ: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Positiv: "Knowing that there is not enough head-room for carry-on luggage, I joined to volunteer to check-in my carry-on luggage. Service agent at the counter is very helpful and great service attitude. I asked if they have plastic twistee so I can lock my carry-on luggage before check it in. Unlucky there is none. I hope Air Canada can consider providing this ( I got from Cathy pacific before at check-in luggage counter) since they may help re-assure traveler like me who don't prepare a lock for the hand carry suitcase."
Negativ: "1) Flight delay for 1 hour - that is not good 2) Choice of movie are really limited - many are old and very very old movies even though are blockbuster 3) I bought carrot and celery stick; which are wet and in plastic bag => so I cannot avoid making the table wet too! Thought it should be in a simple plastic container => even though I agree to minimal use of plastic for environmental reason. 4) The insufficient headroom for carry-on really slow the boarding time and cause delay in departure. Need better idea to help with this. may be for those who volunteer to check-in their carry on, they get a coupon for priority to board next time?"

Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Negativ: "Seats were uncomfortable. Food was simple and bland. I was not allowed more than 2 alcoholic drinks on a 10 hr flight -- what is that?"

Negativ: "Instructions on Air Canada's website when you Google "how early should you get to the airport flying Canada to USA" say you should get there 3 hours ahead of time. For a 6:40 flight I got to the airport at 3:40, as instructed, and checkin wasn't even open. Per Air Canada's website "You should arrive at the airport three (3) hours before your flight's scheduled departure time. Pre-board security screening for departures to the U.S. opens at 3:00 AM. Exception: 20 minutes for flights departing from Toronto City Airport (YTZ)." Check in staff told me I should have gotten there 2 hours ahead. This is very conflicting. Considering I was heading to a 10 hour trade show, believe me that hour of sleep I lost between 2:30 when I had to get up for this flight and 3:30 when I could have gotten up sure was missed. Correct and consistent instructions to passengers go a long way."

Negativ: "Plane was too small with extra small overhead bin. We were asked to keep Cabin Luggage beneath our seats even though it fits the prescribe dimension. Return flight was first late then was told that the Restroom inside the plane is not working which is weird (atleast i never experienced this before)."

Negativ: "They changed our chosen seats so we had to sit in the middle. No complimentary food or snacks served on a 5 hour flight. It would have been good to know that ahead of time so we could have brought something to eat for lunch."

Positiv: "Passengers don't have the right to put their seat back as soon as they get up in the air, and then push the seat back Everytime they move it get up. Do they realize that if they are watching something, you don't need to recline? I had someone in front of me that basically used their seat to almost hit me in the face Everytime they moved while I tried to do a crossword puzzle and then later eat dinner!"

Negativ: "The flight attendant looked like she was drunk. The flight was overbooked and the boarding agent asked people to stay for a later flight. There was also a Air Canada crew member who looked like he was on standby for our flight, his last name was Campbell. Once we boarded the plane we noticed that the crew member had been given a seat on the plane, where a mother with three children that was also on standby had to stay for a later flight. Not sure how 1) you overbook a flight, and much less 2) give a seat to a crew member over a customer."

Positiv: "Staff was really friendly, the flight attendant was even wearing a little witch hat for Halloween, which I really liked. Due to an underbooked flight, we had free choice of seat, because I originally was booked on an aisle seat, I could change to a window seat, that was nice. Since it was a small machine from Toronto to Minneapolis (a little more than 1,5h flight), there was no entertainment system, besides the nice view out of the window. And who likes to start a movie during such a short flight, to not be able to finish it? They also ask you to hand in your carry-on before you enter the plane, because there is not enough space for it inside, which I liked, no wiggeling along the aisle with a little trolley, I just fetched it outside the plane after we landed."
Negativ: "Unfortunately, Air Canada didn't serve gluten-free snacks on any of my flights yet (I had good gluten free food though). This is not meant as a negative review, because as an allergic you're usually prepared. It's more a suggestion for gluten-free snacks, peanuts or m&m's work as well as most gummy bears or chocolates :)"

Positiv: "Small plane but very comfortable. This flight as well as the other 3 we were on were on time with a professional staff. 5 Stars for this Air Canada!"

Negativ: "The only problem I had on the flight occurred in Cincinnati when my wife got lectured that her bag weighed to much for plane side check-in. The baggage handlers at CVG were rather rude."

Negativ: "Toronto Terminal F is kind of how I envision a third-world country. At least at the higher-number gates, it's very dreary, with an occasional flying insect and signs hanging from the ceiling. Worse is the lack of air conditioning and the sporadic wi-fi service. Worst of all was the almost two-hour delay and changing our departure gate at least five times. Two fellow passengers (one a native of Toronto) said it was always like that. The trip from Toronto to London and back was fine, but I'll try very hard to avoid Air Canada and its Terminal F."

Negativ: "There's a strong reason why the Asian airlines have greater customer satisfaction. I flew Eva Air, Cathay Pacific and China Airlines before. Their flight attendants literally walk back and forth non-stop during most of the time in the air to serve the passengers. Their food are much better. Added benefit: their flight attendants are much younger and prettier!"

Negativ: "Maple Leaf Lounge at Pearson airport was shabby. We expected a bit more than soup and gherkins, but that's all that was available, except for some dry nacho chips. No electrical outlets. Indifferent staff. Shame on Air Canada! We have visited airport lounges all over the world and this was by far the worst!"

Negativ: "Once again over an hour late due to maintenance issues. Air Canada uses a subcontractor airline for their Cincinnati flights that has a horrible track record. AVOID!"

Positiv: "Not much. Pilots did a good job and stewards on flight were pleasant."
Negativ: "The process of going through Customs in Canada stinks! We were herded like cattle in one line, all these people from many flights. Process long and tedious and then people with later flights being processed before others nearly caused us to miss our flight. After nearly 9 hours on previous flight! Not good and then not even a decent snack. I am thankful that the crew waited for us but I didn't know this until I tried to find my gate which had been changed and heard the final boarding call. Also my traveling friends and I were separated and they almost left without me. Awful situation!! Also crew on ground couldn't or wouldn't explain what was going on so kept in the dark until you actually got to next step. Would have been nice to explain what was going on!"

Positiv: "We missed our connecting flight due to a delay and we were automatically rebooked on the next fight. On an US airline, we would have o stand in line to get that done. We traveled on Rouge, from Venice to Montreal, and it was better than the reviews I had prior. There was an outlet to charge electronic devices and the app was easy to use."
Negativ: "The delay was due to getting baggage loaded. 1.5 hours. There is an issue there."

Negativ: "I was put in overbooking, and was concerned about not being able to get on the flight. Everything worked out fine in the end, but still did not appreciate this. Given the risk of not being able to board, I will likely not use this airline in the future."

Negativ: "Worst experience. My connecting flight I had originally booked was cancelled, leaving. me with a six hour layover. I had no desire to shop duty free and was tired from my previous flight so I went to the gate which my flight would eventually leave from. While standing, since seating was extremely limited, and sitting at this gate I observed that every flight was either delayed or cancelled. Employees milled about with their backs to passengers with little regard to those inconvenienced, they seemed to be completely clueless when asked simple questions. The Pearson Airport was the most disorganized and inconvenient airport I have ever had the misfortune to experience. The toilet on this flight was broken and we were only informed right before boarding, making the decision to go while I could I missed them saying they were going to take our carry on bags away from us to stow below. I had medicine and camera lenses and other items I was wary of leaving my possession and had to sit on the tarmac a few minutes to re-situate my personal items. I have no intentions of flying through Pearson ever again."

Negativ: "The new controls built into the armrests are HORRIBLE! You accidentally hit a button constantly because ITS AN ARM REST! Get the engineers building something to cover it up. We landed early and I was so excited to get a jump home. I then waited for 35 mins for my bags to appear on the conveyor AFTER walking all the way to the baggage claim from the gate. I arrived home later than I expected.....This is not the first time that the United baggage was so slow. This needs to be an improvement area."

Denver United staff at customer service center was most unhelpful, unsympathetic and dismissive about the fact that in spite of a flight delay that completely their fault (no weather delay), which made me miss the memorial service for my friend's daughter - my main purpose for visiting Cincinnati - they refused to even give me a patient hearing much less consider my request to try and put me on a different flight!"

Positiv: "The crew was amazing. I was traveling alone with an infant and since the flight wasn't full, the ticketing agent moved seats around and gave me an entire row! It was so nice to have the extra space with all my things and to get up freely when needing to change my sons diaper. There was also a changing table in the bathroom which was much needed."

Negativ: "Upgraded to first class the trip to was great the return was terrible even the first class seating was old and uncomfortable then my bag was not at my final location (direct flight) was told it wouldn't scan!? Same bag used numerous times then I was told I'd have it the next day by noon call at 2 pm and it says it's on its way them receive a call at 430 pm saying he just left the airport wtf?! Just over all very bad service and didn't get a damn thing for my troubles."

Negativ: "Der Flug wurde um 6-7 Stunden verschoben, so dass ich keinen Anschluss Flug mehr hatte um nach Hause zu kommen. Der Service vor Ort war sehr schlecht, es hatte viel zu wenig Personal. Ich hatte einen freundlichen Helfer am Schalter, aber sein Supervisor hat mich dann ohne zu Fragen einfach irgendwie umgebucht, z.B. ein Tag später, dann mit Übernachtung irgendwo. Die Flüge am selben Tag wurden zuerst gar nicht berücksichtigt, bis ich dann online selber gesucht habe. Schlussendlich hat mir ein Mitarbeiter der Lufthansa geholfen noch einen Flug am gleichen tag zu bekommen. Mein Gepäck ist bis jetzt 48h später noch nicht aufgetaucht. Gesamthaft für United ein sehr schlechter Service!!!"
