I selected a seat closer to the rear of the cabin, which received much worse attention than any other flight with ANA. I didn't get asked for a drink until very late, and the second time around there were almost no drink selections available. My seat was also broken and would not recline. Aside from the actual airline, the passengers in the rear were very inconsiderate. There was a big family with several children running around/crying/playing with seat-back trays the entire 11+ hour flight. Again, this is not entirely the fault of the airline, but it was a discomfort."

Everything is excellent eventhough our flight was cancelled. They provide us accomodation in the hotel and food. I understand why the flight was cancelled and I’m glad they did cause it’s for our own safety.
They need to have a restroom in that big room that they seat you in before boarding.
Singapore airlines has resumed after Covid selling premium services but not opened lounges to cater for the demand you cannot get a seat in their lounges and social distancing is non existent. I wouldn't pay for services you don't get so be aware.

Crew/Service: Generally friendly, but the guy who served the red wine had no clue how to handle this: 1. Red wine on cloth is bad to clean 2. After I complained about a possible problem with cleaning and the possibility that the stain would stay, no reaction, only sortiere and the Recommendation from him was to use soda water which was actually not at hand and took him more then 10min to bring it. 3. I requested for the supervisor. She was very friendly and took my email address to write a report on this. I am now waiting for reaction and possible refund for cleaning or more. Another drink was offered but that was all until now. So I am curious about the reaction from Emirates. Overall it seemed like Emirates has a bad standing in BKK: - Bus boarding on B777 - No clear information about gate - Bad quality of material (cups) - For Emirates under average food quality Additional remark: The following connection flight from DXB to DUS, was very good, overall quality as expected from Emirates, food and staff was very good. So the above review from BKK -> DXB might have been an exception."

Negativ: "Flight delayed due to mechanical faults for 4 hours. $15 meal voucher is not sufficient to cover the cost of proper meal. Airlines if allocating seats automatically should not put a female in between two males, not a very nice experience. No option to amend seat."

Negativ: "The soggy pies were a bit, well, soggy ... The changeover at Dubai seemed unnecessary. Having to go through security tho get from airside to airside was a bit daft. The crew gave little information on how that changeover was going to happen, and when they did it was just before landing."

Negativ: "This flight was so uncomfortable. The seats were small, hard and crammed together. Qantas should be ashamed of making people deal with that on a 13+ hour flight. They kept waking us all up and in general staff could provide little"

Food option is better this time. The connecting time is very short.
Overall VERY impressed. Food was absolutely top notch, service was good. We transferred in Istanbul and this is a gorgeous airport. It's a bit far from the city but everything else was great. Turkish Airlines Airlines put us up on a hotel since we had a long layover. Very impressed and would certainly look forward to another flight with them. 10/10 and the price was right

Super Verflegung / Service. Mit top internationalen Kinofilmen/Musik zum sehen oder hören während des Fluges individuell für jeden einzelnen Fluggast. 30 kg Gepäck bei jedem Flug inclusive. Sehr gute Preis Leistung.

Boarding auf dem Rollfeld und über die Treppe sollte bei Linienfliegern nicht sein. Häufige mutwillige Zerstörung meiner Rimowa Aluminumkoffer durch das Bodenpersonal: Dellen, Löcher, Kratzer (was zu langen Auseinandersetzungen nachträglich führt)."

Der Anschlussflug konnte nur durch eine sehr sportliche Leistung (Langes Rennnen) erreicht werden"
