Crew war nicht motiviert, hat Dinge vergessen, Bestellungen wurden ignoriert
Very organized airline with friendly and professional air and land crew.
Both outbound (on 12/06) and inbound (today’s) Qatar flights were late. The delay today made me miss my connection and added 7 hours to my 30-hour journey making it 37 hours of traveling! Very disappointed with Qatar.
That was a wonderful trip. Staff are courteous, Doha airport is awesome and flight is very clean. Asian vegetarian food stated okay but could be improved.

Seats are stiff and can be more comfortable like Qatar as in other Planes Choice of alcoholic drinks are limited, but this seems to be an issue with Qatar It seems Qatar likes to fill up middle seats instead of using the free aisle and or window seats"

Even if you have diamond one world status (the highest) unless u fly business class there is no chance in getting more onboard for your carryon. Works best airline my a**!"

Flug nur noch 15°C! -nicht ann alle Kinder wurde etwas zu spielen ausgeteilt. -Kinder bekamen nicht zu erst das Essen - trotz, dass das Flugzeug nicht voll besetzt war, ware nicht alle angebotenen Speisen vorrätig"

Wir mussten ca 20 Minuten im vollgesteckten Bus warten bis wir aussteigen konnten. 2: Flug hatte wieder spätere Abflugzeit von 30 min. 3: Meiner Meinung nach könnte bei einem verpassten Flug eventuell ein Upgrade in die Business Class erfolgen, wenn man schon Stunden am Flughafen warten muss und viel später als geplant zuhause ankommt."

Negativ: "1: Flug wurde mindestens 6 mal zeitlich verschoben. 2: Wir mussten 1 1/2 Stunden in einem ungekühlten Flugzeug auf den Abflug warten bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur. 3: Uns wurde VERSPROCHEN wir erreichen unseren Anschlussflug - haben wir nicht. 4: Gäste wurden nicht aufgeklärt warum die eine Verspätung von fast 4h zustande kommt."

Positiv: "I had never heard of Qatar Airways before I booked a 24hr flight to and from Sydney, Australia. I only did this on the suggestion from a friend that stated Qatar Airways was "alright". So for the price I thought what the heck! I was extremely pleased with the service from the cabin crew. They are always polite, professional, and well trained compared to my previous favorites Delta and Lufthansa. The seats were comfortable (as comfortable as Economy and 24hours of flying can be), the entertainment and aircraft were state of the art, and the food was outstanding for airline food. If I get the chance in the future I will definitely choose Qatar Airways for long trips."

In my experience nothing!! Was a great experience I do it again with Delta Airline.
Our flight attendants from SEA to DTW were really amazing. Our flight was delayed significantly which resulted in a near miss of our connecting flight to BOS. As it became apparent that we might actually make our flight they were very kind to relay calls to the departing gate to hold the plane as long as possible. What could have become a very frustrating overnight in the airport turned into a welcome final destination home.
Still no meals in first. If I can eat indoors, I can eat on a plane.

I told them that it hadn’t been boarded ten minutes prior to pushback. The Venice folks were very excited to be able to show me exactly where they list it (because of the RFID bag tags)... doesn’t do me much good... 10 miles away or 10,000 miles away, I still don’t have my “stuff”"

They didn’t secure my meal request, even tho I had it confirmed four days in advance. So I was on a flight for 9 hours without one. Then there was no WiFi, leaving me without communication that I very much needed. Overall, one of the poorest flight experiences I’ve had, and I even paid $200 for an upgrade.

We had a bag we brought on three previous legs of our total travel which was considered by all of the other attendants as a personal item. This particular attendant very rudely informed us it was not, and we needed to check it. When we tried to explain the previous flights she responded with “I just explained this to the other passengers...it’s not allowed.” We didn’t argue, and gave the bag to the personnel in attendance, but the tone for the duration of the flight continued."

TSA personnel was rude and incompetent. In the end there was no need for such scrutiny and we were released, but the emotional impact lasted for hours."

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Negativ: "Mix up with seating had boarding card reprinted twice and no one could explain why it happened. Staff otherwise were good."

Obviously we want a safe aircraft and I'm glad they deal with the issues, but why are these issues popping up more frequently now? Also, the seats are very uncomfortable for a tall person - no lumbar support"

Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Negativ: "See above. I didn't fly as I had scheduled."
Positiv: "NIGHTMARE! We were not able to travel due to my wife's illness the nite before we were to depart."
Negativ: "I didn't like that Air Canada didn't give us a voucher to use within the next year due to the illness. She has had tests since we have been home and her doctor told us we made a good decision not to travel. She documented that for us as well. She wrote a note to help us recover our air fee or at least get a voucher...hoping they will change their mind."
Positiv: "Unfortunately, my first flight was delayed (It happens!) so I missed my connecting flight from TO to Ottawa but the lady at customer service (I wish I got her name) was so good and got me on a flight leaving within the hour. The flight attendant on that flight was so pleasant and accommodating, I'm almost happy to have missed the original flight! Two huge thumbs up for Air Canada - you made my day!"
Positiv: "The flight from Winnipeg to Toronto was ok. The flight was packed with military personnel and they all had large packs that had to be pushed under the seats but were really difficult to put there. Many of them were late for the flight for some reason so we were delayed leaving by a lot of time. The thing I did like was that the pilot made up most of the time so we did manage to barely make our flight to Ft Lauderdale as they were boarding it. The one from Toronto to Winnipeg was as I expected, a normal, nice Air Canada flight."
Negativ: "I find that when I travel on the Air Canada Rouge flights I really feel like I am travelling on a third rate air line. Things don't work and you are squeezed in like sardines, Some people were boarding the flight with 2 carry ons plus a personal item. This always causes problems and seems to delay leaving as the crew then needs to either find space for it or need to check it and then deal with the complaints of the traveler."
Positiv: "Fairly smooth flight."
Negativ: "Mixed messages on the ground about our bags. We were told that they were checked through to Montreal. Some remained in San Francisco. Some got off in Toronto. This was not a Quantas flight, but an Air Canada flight. Their service was not great. On the flight from Montreal to LA there was no entertainment system and it took 2 hours to get a cold drink. The only food offered was for sale."

Negativ: "I had booked my Air Canada trip and had a single stop-over while I switched to a different plane. Both of these planes were Air Canada. I Even though I made it through Customs in the shortest time possible, and back through security, I still managed to narrowly make my second flight. They were final-calling my name and actually taking off earlier than expected. Had I been 2 more minutes late, my flight would probably have taken off. I didn't check any bags either, so had I checked one, I don't think I would have made my second flight."
Negativ: "Connecting flight cancelled with a 2 day wait for rebooked flight."
Negativ: "At first, due to condensation issue, a lot of water was dripping from ceiling to passenger seats and crews were just passing tissues and saying its natural and they cannot avoid this issue... I fly a lot through out the year and never seen this happening before. Okay, this can happen but how crews dealt with the issue was so unprofessional. Also, on my way back from ICN-YVR, my seat was right beside the washroom and the door of this washroom was not fully closed when it was not in use. Therefore, it lighted up all the time and smelled all the time as well. I complained this to one of crews and told her to close the door at least whenever she was passing by. She didn't do at all haha. Cannot believe this is one of Canada's major flight companies..."
Positiv: "Flight timings were perfect for my schedule. Boarding and departure were timely as well."

Negativ: "We were delayed initially because our jet was given to a different flight which had been delayed due to mechanical problems. Then our incoming flight was first from San Diego, then Los Angeles. The arrival was delayed several times. Then our boarding was delayed several times. By the time we we in the air, we were even later. The flight was so turbulent, there was no food or beverage service, which isn't important anyway since that has become a token gesture by airlines anyway. . If this was an isolated incident, I could ignore it but it seems that this almost always happens when I fly United."

Negativ: "- Had to wait for catering to deliver carts before take off (this also caused a weight balance issue) - After carts were delivered, we were informed catering had forgotten one which caused more of a delay - While we were waiting, the plane started to become unbearably hot - After finally taking off, we were promised free Directv access for the delay but the entertainment was turned off 5 min into the flight due to technical difficulties"
