Negativ: "The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive."

Positiv: "We were delayed boarding slightly, delayed sat on a steaming gate shuttle then sat on the tarmac for a couple of hours while storms passed. But the crew gave regular updates, provided food and water, allowed us to walk about. It was as plesent as such a situation could be."

Negativ: "I never flew to Florence because the airline missed my connection and the next flight to Florence was not until nearly twelve hours later, so now I'm on my way to Rome instead. This ruined my rental car and lodging reservations, and I'm now fighting both those agencies because of this botched flight and poor service. Additionally, the plane was ungodly hot. So much so that the crew apologized for our over the PA. Nothing was done to fix it, but it was blamed on the plane only being on auxiliary power while we were parked on the tarmac for the hours. That would've been understandable, but it didn't get better when the jet engines were on, so that excuse turned out to be just so many lies."
Negativ: "There was not enough space for our luggage so we had to carry it for the whole flight, the crew didn't even care and there were extremely rude and not nice when we asked where could we leave our luggage, they said no. The flight was delayed for 90 minutes. TERRIBLE airline"

There were some individuals not using face masks properly (being almost all the time without them) and the cabin crew did not alert them at all.

Positiv: "At first. One too we know the flight was delayed about 30 minutes. Then we got the information that the flight doesn’t go the Brussels but Liège. So from Liège we have to finish the travel with a bus 1 hours 30 minutes to arrive at the airport in Brussels. It’s 11:30 so we have to take a taxi 50 euro to the city."

Positiv: "Leider empfinde ich das inzwischen als Abzocke, dass dauernd zusätzlich noch Gebühren fällig werden. Handgepäck ist bald überhaupt nicht mehr kostenfrei dabei. Fliegt man zu zweit bekommt man "zufällig" immer Plätze auseinander, um dann eine Umbuchung von 7,- € zahlen zu müssen. Wer Rücken hat, sollte nicht länger als 1 Stunde in so einer Büchse sitzen."

Negativ: "We were delayed 1 hour on the ground in Dublin. The captain never addressed the passengers and the crew - despite being asked to allow passengers with tight connections to depart first - never allowed this to happen. Insensitive and uncaring. We almost missed a connection that would hav caused us to lose $7000. When the crew was asked to find out if we could make up time in the air they never came back with an answer. Thanks Ryan air - next time take a lesson from Southwest Airlines."

Negativ: "Durch hohe Sitzplatzanzahl geringer Sitzplatzabstand. Unverständlich: Sitzgurtlänge kürzer als bei anderen Fluggesellschaften, daher bei mehreren Fluggäste Gurtverlängerungen erforderlich. Was soll damit gespart werden? Durchsagen zu leise und in der Regel unverständlich, auch dann, wenn man Englisch sonst gut versteht.."
