And gosh was it horrible turbulence. 13 and 1/2 hours and at least 7 incidences of really hard turbulence. I got no sleep at all, cause I was much to afraid to even close my eyes. I wish the capitains could have said something to calm us down. It was frightening."

We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Habe flug verpasst, Anschluss von Brest war zu knapp (30') mit 10' Verspätung v Start

Upon purchasing the ticket, it stated that, checked bags would be $30 each, so I expected to pay only $30 for my second bag, being as my first checked bag came with the price of the ticket….instead, I was charged $75 for my second bag and not $30, like the price I saw… :-( very disappointing.. I was tricked.,.

Negativ: "They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there."
Positiv: "Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France."
Negativ: "Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line."
Negativ: "Die Bestuhlung der Business Class in der Boeing 777 ist unbequem. Es gibt wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Anordnung ist 2-3-2, und die Fensterplätze und der mittlere Sitz hat keinen Zugang zum Gang. Man muss bei diesen Sitzen die Nachbarn belästigen. Finde ich gelinde gesagt suboptimal."

Negativ: "Awoke to find ill man laying on floor in aisle next to me with oxygen. Shortly after... Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers."
Negativ: "We didn’t travel to Detroit... we were re-routed 3 times and our luggage is lost, some really helpful ppl along the way (thankfully) and some really crummy ppl too... no in between... still not to our destination"

Positiv: "The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude."
Negativ: "Delta please make excellence a priority in all areas of customer service. Set high standards for staff so customers know that you appreciate them and are ready for business. The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand"

Negativ: "Not really an Air France flight, AF not interested in taking care of their frequent fliers."

Negativ: "Two hour delay meant we missed our connection. Then given a very late flight and had to haggle for ages to get earlier flight and told we should pay extra for it!"

Negativ: "Flight was very crowded. Flight crew kept bumping into my seat and never apologized"
Negativ: "I have never been in a situation were a flight has been delayed due to the co-pilot suffering a knee injury prior to take off. A request for a doctor on board after an hour or so and then having to leave the plane and then re-board after about 40 minutes was quite bizarre."
Negativ: "Flug kommt Mitten in der Nacht in Paris an. Da die Verbindung zum Anschlussgate noch geschlossen war, mussten wir formal nach Frankreich einreisen um zum Gate nach München zu kommen. Dort darf man sich im ungeheiztem Gate noch mindestens 2 Stunden die Zeit vetreiben."
Positiv: "Die Crew war nett"
Negativ: "Sitze waren sehr verschlissen, bzw. funtionierten teilweise nicht. Bordunterhaltung war nur auf einem Monitor möglich der andere Monitor funktionierte nicht."

Positiv: "Flugpersonal war außerordentlich aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Flug mehr als entspannt. Auch das Essen war super!"

Negativ: "The flight was delayed for 2.5 hours and the passengers spent this time in the cabin without a/c."

Negativ: "kleiner Snack mit Kaffee, alles gut für den kurzen Flug."
Negativ: "Because of change in plane..bad choice of seat for long legs of husband...then late in Atlanta and very late into DC"
Positiv: "From the boarding, to the friendly hostesses to the food and the business class seat, I was impressed all the way. My first time to fly Air France business to the US and it was great. I recommend it!"
Negativ: "I just expected better toilet bag for business but what was given out was just basic."

Negativ: "Plane left more than 40 minutes late with no explanation or apology."
Positiv: "Very good male crew member. Pilot genuinely apologetic for the delay."
Negativ: "After running due to a 1 hr 10 min change over between flights boarding didn't prioritise anyone but I got on fine. Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it."
Positiv: "Comfortable, hospitality and wonderful service"
Negativ: "Please see comments above about this flight."
