Flight delayed due to incoming flight problems. Slow boarding, no beverages on board, wanted to charge for coffee.
Check in and security in Faro was a breeze!
Gepäck kam leider nicht an und wir wurden erts nach langem warten informiert. Swissport team hat aber einen fantastischen Job gemacht und unsere Lost&Found Formulare mit uns ausgefüllt.
Only reason I did bad on food and entertainment was because flight was a short flight.
Wie beim Hinflug auch beim Rückflug Verspätung von fast einer Stunde. Auf Nachfrage zunächst keine Informationen und unfreundliche Antworten. 50 Minuten im Flieger warten müssen bevor der Start erfolgte. Erst auf Nachfrage gab es zur Überbrückung ein Wasser. Schade, dass man als Gast immer darauf Selbstverständlichkeiten aufmerksam machen muss. Dabei möchte LH angeblich immer ein Wohlgefühl an Board vermitteln. Das behaupten sie zumindest immer in der Durchsage. Enttäuschend.
Wenn man schon genug für den Flug bezahlt kann man auch wenigstens umsonst Unterhaltung haben wie z.B. die Filme. Finde ich etwas unverschämt, dafür zu bezahlen müssen.

Had to wait 9 hours lay over in Frankfurt airport for a 2 hour trip the Albania.
This flight was nearly empty so there was plenty of room and no problems. Everything on time or early.

Leider gab es in der Eco nur ein Glas Wasser, was diesmal aber nicht kundgetan wurde (oder ich habe geschlafen und hab das nicht gehört). Danach war aber auch keine Motivation mehr vorhanden die ausgegeben Plastikbecher anzusammeln. Man sollte die einfach im Netz des Vordersitzes reinstecken. Naja ...."

Über die Verzögerung wurden die Gäste erst durch eine SMS informiert. Es dauerte dann ca. 30 Minuten bis die Dame am Gate sich eine erste kurze Ansage abgerungen hat. Das Boarding dauert schließlich auch unendlich lange/ Maschine war komplett ausgebucht. Besser wäre gewesen, von hinten nach vorne die Maschine zu füllen, nicht kreuz und quer durcheinander, bis jeder dann sein Gepäck verstaut hat - das kostete zusätzlich Zeit."

Gestartet ist die Maschiene dann um 22:05 Uhr. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht, das Bodenpersonal schloss bis zuletzt keine Annulierung aus."

And then the staff had the audacity to tell us we had to hike back ten minutes to wait in an hour long line to rebook. When they could have done it at their gate just as easily. Nur das Bodenpersonal am Flughafen nantes war schlecht - sie sprachen auch (fast) nur französisch, kein Englisch. Das ist in der heutigen Zeit an einem internationalen Flughafen fast skandalös..."

Negativ: "I booked an afternoon flight on Volta. They changed me weeks later to a morning flight. I told them I wanted to cancel my earlier flight and preferred a refund instead. I have never received credit for my cancellation."

Negativ: "They took me and my wife's carry on, that we had already stored in the over head cabins on 3 flights before this one and told me it was to big. Then they made me pay 120 Euros and asked me to take the bag out to the plane. When I got to the plane the men working with the suitcases said my bag was more than capabale of fitting overhead and let me take it up. So they charged me 120 Euros extra for nothing and only did this once they saw my American Passport."

Beware!!! -They have a 20 kg or 44 lb weight limit instead of 50 and will charge you an additional 60 euro per bag of over 44 lbs! -Print your own boarding passes, they charge 20 euro per passenger if they have to print it at check in. -There are fees all over the place, it is a SCAM!"

As we were arriving at the gate, we saw the last bus leave taking passengers to the aircraft. The lady at the counter kept yelling at us for the next 15 minutes and kept saying we were late and the last bus had left. We were 9 passengers all together and it would have been a lot easier if she would have called the driver to pick us up. After realizing we had small kids, she finally called someone after 15 minutes but that was too late. We missed our flight. There was no supervisor to talk to and no where to file complaints."

Negativ: "When we checked in my bag was 21 kg and she gave me trouble with that even though we had to pay extra for the bag in the first place. And then since it was a backpack we had to take it to a different location to drop it off for check-in. She also wasn't too friendly either. The flight was an hour and a half delayed. In fact each time I have flown with volotea the airplane hasn't been on time and hasn't even taken off by the time the flight was scheduled to land! The seats were close and the ride was not comfortable. I absolutely will not be using this airline again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone."
