Wrong advice was given by AF counter for the boarding by asking me to exit airport and then enter again , otherwise was ok .

Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"

Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. I almost missed my flight because I was never notified about the information above. The Aeromexico agents at the airport were not helpful at all: they did not know anything about the issue with the flight. I had to stay in a long line just to have them look up the flight in the computer and tell me that the flight was delayed. No other information was given to me. Terrible experience, especially after a long stopover."

Usual American mechanical issues. 3 hour delay, then boarded, sat at the gate for an hour, deplaned, boarded a new plane, waited another 30 minutes before take off.

took two planes and two boarding processes to get to ABQ. should not have customers board a plane that needs repairs and have then sit on plane while repairs are made and then tell them to get off plane. we were sent to a 2nd gate to board a 2nd plane .. this took almost 4 hours . not a good experience.

The cabin crew service was better for this flight than a recent San Francisco to Chicago leg of the trip. The food service also was better. Unfortunately there were flight disruptions at the layover point in both my "there" and "back" legs of my trip (San Francisco to Boston).

Horrible airline: delays and cancellations

Same day first class upgrade was amazing. We would do this every single time! More 777 planes please!

Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

To make matters worse, there was a backup on the Dublin grade, making the drive home to Tracy over three hours long. arrived at SAT at 4:30 PM CDT and arrived home in Tracy after 3:30 AM OFT. oh yeah, and my luggage didn't make it at all..."
