I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Customs and security were confusing, inefficient, and staffed by people who had little patience. There was much yelling and running around., there appeared to be little sympathy or concern for the dozens of passengers who were attempting to make connecting flights, and it was ridiculous to announce that security closed at 9p.m. .when there were planes on the runway awaiting connecting passengers and people with boarding passes who were not allowed to catch their flights."

There was no entertainment (we had to download an app to your personal device beforehand, which we were not informed about until already onboard). There were iPads for rent, but not nearly enough for the number of passengers requesting. The dinner was a good size, but there were no additional snacks, only small sized drinks offered, and alcohol was not complimentary, and a smaller size than what's provided while in N America for the same price. Overall, I was quite unimpressed with Air Canada, and will avoid flying with them in the future, when possible."

Having curtailed my work, I looked for news feeds and Rio Olympic coverage. There was neither. It spoilt an otherwise great experience"
Negativ: "After waiting 30 minutes after our boarding time, I got an email on my phone saying the gate had changed. No one at the current gate knew anything about it and I went to ask but no one could be found. I asked a man sitting behind the gate, who happened to be the pilot, and he also knew nothing about it. Needless to say, the gate changed and absolutely nobody was told about it. 2 hours later, our flight finally took off, and I was thanked by the pilot for getting us to the right gate... At least he provided a little humor to the situation! Plane also wasn't cleaned, pretzels and trash all over the floor."

The flight was delayed by two hours. there was no in-flight entertainment on board as it wasn't working. upon landing, we were forced to stay in the plane for an extra 30 minutes because the gate and crew were not ready. I was NOT impressed by this flight and am very upset with how things went. I expected better of AC and will not be flying again with them."
