Negativ: "Norwegian Air operated its international flight like a budget airline. I have never been on a flight where no food or drink was even offered. We had to ask for water 4 times before one of the attendants brought over half a glass. We ended up buying food and drinks since no meals were served the entire way. It is very dangerous to limit the amount of water patrons drink on the flight. Nothing else was provided. Headphones, blanket, pillow were all extra. Lastly, they do not allow online check in for travelers from the USA. As a result, we were forced to pay 80 euro for each checked bag at the counter!!! We will never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again."
Positiv: "Great you provide ways to keep busy on the plane for long flights!"
Negativ: "Something needs to be done about carry on baggage. On this flight alone, I counted 80+ people who had to pay for carry on luggage because it also included our backpacks. There were a lot of angry people. Paying $85 for my carry on that alone didn’t weigh 10kg was ridiculous. I’ll be looking into other airlines for my future trips."
Positiv: "Did not like anything about this flight to be fair. I thought the price was great until i realized that i came without a checked bag, a seat selection, a meal or even a polite check in process. FLew on some no name generic airline ont he way over, couldnt get a glass of water! WORST EXPERIENCE!"
Negativ: "The JFK Norwegian staff at the check in desk were probably the most rude and unprofessional staff i have ever met. The line was around the corner, it took forever to get service and the check in personnel were rude, arorgant and just miserable.. Worst flying eperience EVER1"
Negativ: "Tickets showed checked in luggage only on one way not when flying back. Felt like I was tricked into buying these tickets."

Negativ: "I came in from a connecting flight that was slightly delayed and got to check in 55 minutes before take off but the checkin counter had just closed and they wouldn’t let us get on the flight, and I was traveling with my toddler. Norwegian wouldn’t offer any help because we were too late they said."

Negativ: "Crew talking laughing loudly for a long time in galley and making excessive banging noice"
Negativ: "Not worth what you think you might save on air fare. They really seemed interested only in trying collect every possible fee they could. Instead of weighing carry on at check-in, they wait until the boarding process."

Negativ: "As economy passengers, we paid for a reserved seat, baggage, and leg room. There were no extras offered, not even water, so bring your own. The cabin was noisy with frequent servivice for upgraded passengers so it was difficult to sleep on this overnight flight that left NYC at midnight."
Positiv: "The comfort of the premium seats"
Negativ: "Unable to order still water through their tablet system, it says water was unavailable , so we kept having to go up and ask staff. I mentioned it to the staff and he said I had to order it through the tablet but then I mentioned it was broken. Still he didn't have the sense to followup to see how he could rectify it. They gave us a cup at a time and didn't ask if we wanted larger portions."

Negativ: "Die Gepäckregelung. Wir hatten 6 x 20 kg, aber jeder Koffer musste unter 20 kg sein. D.h. wir durften nicht 6 Stück mit insgesamt 120 kg mitnehmen. Das ist sehr lästig, so umzupacken."
Positiv: "Hätte man nicht noch ein Gepäckstück im bereits fertig belandenen Flugzeug wieder rausfischen müssen, wäre alles bestens gewesen. Einchecken, Gepäckaufgabe schnell und problemlos in Oslo am Automaten, rechtzeitiges Boarding, Service wie bei einer Low-Cost-Airline zu erwarten. Sitzabstände gut."

Negativ: "The flight kept getting further delayed but remained th same after the flight took off, then when it was due to land at lax and we were there waiting it updates to an additional 45 minute delay. You couldn’t have updated that before the arrival time? Poor customer service!"

Positiv: "The flight I took coming home had two less rows, so I had an extra inch or two of legroom than I've had on some other flights."
Negativ: "I know it is becoming more common on certain airlines to have to pay for things like extra checked bags, but this airline takes it to the extreme. My single checked bag was $65, there was also a charge for reserving a specific seat (not even the upgraded seats), there was no food or water on a 9 1/2 hour trans-Atlantic flight unless you paid extra for it. After arriving at Orlando, the cargo door of the aircraft would not open meaning bags had to be unloaded 1 at a time through a smaller hatch resulting in a 2 hour delay to get a checked bag. Not impressive for a supposedly new Dreamliner."

Positiv: "The flight from Boston to Gatwick was most pleasant - plenty of leg-room in Economy Class. The food was somewhat mediocre, especially the snack served at breakfast-time. Overall, however, a very good five and a half hour journey."
Positiv: "The Hi Fly staff was great-very attentive to its customers. This was in stark contrast to our flight to Barcelona operated by Norwegian. We did not upgrade our flights, and still received hot food and plenty of beverages."
Negativ: "There was no entertainment, and their boarding process was a little confusing."
Positiv: "The plane itself was quite nice."
Negativ: "After a 5 hour delay, we finally started boarding. We were loaded in buses and taken to the plane. When we got there they told us there were technical issues. They left the heat in the bus running at 27 C for about 10 Minutes. People were banging on the doors asking to open them. Finally they turned off the heat. It was not fun."
Positiv: "The price of the flight was good, the boarding was easy and he crew was friendly."
Negativ: "The food was inedible and served cold, for such a long flight this should be addressed. Also, the cabin lights werr not turned off for an overnight flight until about 3.5 hrs in when the flight left close to 10pm and when they were they werr only dimmed with the TV screens left on making it very hard to sleep. The temperature was also very hot. The flight was extremely uncomfortable"
Positiv: "Quick flight on which I was able to sleep most of the way and wake up at 6am in uk. Good entertainment offering that I didn't use. No food but worked well with my sleeping."
Negativ: "Lack if food might not suit all and should be made mire obvious. I nearly missed it but once aware covered it very successfully."

Negativ: "The fact that my husband and I were one of the first people to check in, four hours ahead of boarding, yet we were not even asked or told that we were being allotted seats in the row closest to the toilet- had we been told that at the time of checking in by the customer rep, we would have had the chance to request for a seat change as both of us were unable to sleep at all."
