The crew at checking give us a hard time even with two children and one Enfant for no reason just for 2 kilo overweight they make us stay there for like one hour be careful with that Not helpful at all and so weird people bad experience bad experience

I liked that flight attendants always make sure people have masks on and properly covering their mouths and noses. I dislike that when the plane lands people are not maintaining social distancing in the aisle. Attendants should make a way to ask people out of their seats systematically.

Negativ: "The crew at check-in & at boarding checked me in to fly to Tel-Aviv (transiting at Istanbul) without any comment on visa or passport at Washington D.C. In Istanbul, I was not allowed to board on the flight to Tel-Aviv. I was not allowed to stay in Istanbul. Crew (Erin Uler) who stopped me from boarding the flight said he would help, but disappeared. Othes kept sending me back and forth between transfer desk and sales desk with inconsistent advice every time. I had no way out, so decided I will fly to the closest European country. This was after I had been back and forth for 7 hours. I had to pay full for flight to Greece. I asked to be sent back to D.C. they could not even work that out. I have a return ticket to fly back to Washington D.C. with Turkish Airline on 1 Jan and they said they will need to re-ticket my paid return flight as well. Turkish airline crew did not would not help me fix my return flight back to D.C. They have asked me to contact the agent ( Kayak). Now I am stuck in Athens, a country I have never visited nor planned to. My tours & accommodation, all paid for in Israel, I have lost. I had a tour fully paid in Israel. I have no ticket to return back to D.C. even though I paid for ticket with cancellation insurance when I bought the ticket. The advice between Turkish crew who checked my passport (official) while I was flying out of D.C. vs the Turkish crew who stopped me from boarding was inconsistent. If I had been stopped in D.C. I wouldn't have had to face the events that followed. Now I have lost my tours, hotel in Israel. I had to pay extra for flight to Athens and I am paying for hotel and sundry in Athens while waiting for flight out. Turkish crew at Istanbul were not only unhelpful but rude and inconsistent. While I was waiting for 8 hours for a firm information, shouting matches between Turkish crew and customers went on at least a dozen times. Inconsistent information from Turkish staff has led me to be currently stuck in Athens. I am waiting for a way back to D.C. There should be a rule that fines an airline if they board people without accurate visa papers and they fail to check it. There should also be a fine to the airline if they stop people from boarding at a transit airport leaving passanger stranded with nowhere to go or return. I ask this issue to be looked at, as I am currently stuck in Athens. I need a ticket to go back to D.C."

SAS canceled flight the day before we were to head to Athens to catch our cruise ship. No warning whatsoever from Kayak or SAS. We only found out when we tried to check in and in red letters it said "Canceled". Kayak states they never received any message from SAS regarding this cancellation. SAS decided just to change our flights for the next day which was very unsatisfactory. NEVER AGAIN! Turkish Airlines is the way to go!

The staff onboard between IAD and Copenhagen was not friendly

They reminded me several times that I was not a preferred customer and that I had bought my ticket through kayak. This is the reason they gave for lack of help. It was frustrating to say the least. I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that."

We were not given the seats we pre picked months before when buying the ticket. The ac was broken for the first half of the flight. Then, we missed our connecting flight because of the first delay. Once we got onto a new connecting flight, it was also delayed and once again, we missed our last connecting flight and are not making it to our final destination today."

Yet the meal that was served, beef stew, posed a problem as I don't eat red meet. Since many people also do not eat beef due to religious beliefs, I am appalled by SAS's decision to only serve this dish to its economy class passengers. As I ordered my ticket through Kayak, I didn't have the option to request a special diet, nor did I think to do so as airlines generally do not serve serve a beef dish as their one and only."

Our luggage has been lost. My grandson and I are here at our London hotel with nothing but the clothes we wore. Reports have been filed through the airport LHR, and with Aer Lingus, but no one communicates back. Never again!

It was cancelled -- and everyone involved was unhelpful and rude.

Empty flight was great. The food has improved tremendously. Wish the flight took off later, the time difference and departure and arrival times make it more challenging to sleep on the flight.

Though the staff was very friendly, a nearly 4 hr delay (albeit due to drunken passengers refusing to wear masks, removing said passengers, and waiting for their luggage to be unpacked, and then having plane shut down to conserve fuel, & waiting for weather) is NEVER acceptable. The drunken passengers’ luggage should have stayed on the plane and the plane should have taken off with it. Why should an entire cabinfull of passengers should have to suffer and miss their international connections? The drunken passengers should have been removed and let their luggage catch up to them in a week or so. Upon arrival at Dublin, my daughter has to wait another 10 hours for a new connecting flight and was only offered a food voucher for roughly $9. UNACCEPTABLE

Trotz online Check in wurde die digitale Boardkarte akzeptiert. Es wurde na h Kontrolle des Personalausweises eine Papierboardkarte ausgestellt. Im Flieger sind die Sitzreihen noch enger als bei Lufthansa. Der Service an Board war recht unfreundlich. Selbst Wasser gab es nur auf Nachfrage, ansonsten geht der Service an einem vorbei.

Sehr unfreundliches und wenig bemühtes Bodenpersonal. Zwang sämtliches Handgepäck aufzugeben, anschließend war weniger als die Hälfte der over Head bin’s leer. Hinweis auf elektrische Gegenstände im Handgepäck wurde ignoriert.

Kostet viel und bietet wenig, die innereuropäische Business Class der TAP

I didn't know anything about TAP Air Portugal but the flight was awesome and far cheaper than any other airline.

Great airline, took good care of us. Will use again if prices are good. Really enjoyed the 24 hr layover in Lisbon.

ees gibt kaum einen Gund, Business Class mit denen zu fliegen. Reihe 1 hat noch nicht einmal eine Overhead bin, man soll das Gepäck nach hinten bringen.

europäische Business Class lohnt sich nicht. Sie versprechen Dir Lounge, aber es gibt sie weder beim Start noch beim Ziel. Nur in Lissabon beim umsteigen. Und da werden fürchterlicher Kaffee und die schlechteste Pastel de Nata, die wir je erlebten, angeboten. Ganz ärmlich alles.

However after about 3 hours, I wanted to get some water to take medicine and I pushed the call light to get the flight attendant to come over and it was literally 45 minutes before anyone came into the economy portion. All of the flight attendants were either in first class, or hiding somewhere else. As one point 5 call lights were on and no one came. My wife got up and started looking for someone and finally I got water to take my pills. Almost an hour after I hit the call button. When the flight attendant came, I asked her if it was possible to purchase a soda, crackers, or anything as my blood sugar was low. She said there is nothing available for purchase, and did not offer anything. The only help I received was from a fellow passenger who offered a candy bar. I can not believe that there was nothing the attendant could offer me. I was willing to pay 10 euros for a soda, and they still said no. That is unacceptable."
