Negativ: "I paid for a"premium" seat on one of the emergency exit rows for the extra legroom. This was next to a galley. The seat itself was no more than 18" wide (NO EXAGGERATION!!) if not less. I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

Positiv: "The entertainment screen was a small 4" screen. The movie selection was outdated. The screen in my seat did not work. Flight attendant said she would "call to have it reset" but it never worked. Fortunately, there was an adjacent empty seat that I moved to on my own initiative and without the flight attendant offering a seat change."

Negativ: "It is very difficult to get around CDG airport with a disabled person. There is no shuttle. By the time we got to check in, we were ten minutes late. They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing."

We were NOT happy to have gotten up at 3:00 in the morning with the kids to end up having to sit an extra 3 hours (5 hours total) in a tiny airport to fly out at the original time I had chosen."

I have tried contacting Aeromexico by phone multiple times and no one has been able to help, I finally spoke with a representative who advised to email amluggage@aeromexico.com and to wait 72 hrs, have done this twice with no response. This is going on two weeks now and have not been able to resolve my issue!"

Negativ: "The information in the web site it's confusing. I check in online, and still had to wait 30 minutes to check in my baggage. The seat I was assigned, it's the worst seat I ever had. It doesn't make sense to check in 3 hours early and get 30C in an airplane with 30 been the highest number. In top of it, your staff receving the baggage needs better training and more help. They get overworked and discharge their frustration with the customers."

Negativ: "I believe Aero Mexico had four flights going from LAX to Mex City in the matter of two hours when we arrived so the line to check in was huge. Not a big deal until the staff began pulling people from the back of the line to check in for flights that left at the same time as ours, which put us on a time crunch to get to our gate on time. Once we arrived at the gate, there was no indication that our flight had been delayed and no announcement regarding its status. We simply had to wait and wait, then we finally took off an hour late. The staff on board the plane was less than helpful in getting our customs paperwork to us as well. Not a great experience."
