Negativ: "Hygieneplan scheint nicht vorhanden zu sein. Boarding ohne Abstand und aussteigen unter chaotischen Zuständen. Reihen werden zum Ausstieg aufgerufen, obwohl der Gang noch völlig blockiert ist mit anderen Passagieren. Anti Covid-19-Maßnahmen scheinen hier noch ein Fremdwort zu sein. Sehr enttäuschend und beängstigend. Andere Airlines (Swiss) sorgen für ein besseres Sicherheitsgefühl."

Gestartet ist die Maschiene dann um 22:05 Uhr. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht, das Bodenpersonal schloss bis zuletzt keine Annulierung aus."

Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Many seats were assigned to 2 peoples... Yelling and loud on plane. Many missed their connection. Passengers were not happy at all"

We didn't have that cash, and we had to go withdraw it from an ATM which charged us huge fees. We were very unhappy with how Veuling handled this."

One young lady in particular rolled her eyes and indicated that we should look at the screen when we asked what time we should leave - eventually she was so rude to customers with children who were complaining about the delays that she got up and walked away from her post at the gate. Her colleagues later suggested that if people wanted to complain they should walk to a destination within Tunis airport that ultimately had no representatives - let alone facilities - through which we could lodge our complaints about the lack of communication with passengers who are paying for such shoddy service."

Negativ: "3.5 hrs late. No announcement, just letting other flights board through us. No answer from “responsible” people in airport office. No estimated departure, just sudden change from ??? To “now”. The fish dish was revolting and the service! I was so stunned by how nasty one of the crew was to an elderly, multilingual couple who didn’t immediately respond as she thought they should to her unkind offer of tea."

Negativ: "Seats were lousy , no entertainment, food presentation was lousy as well as the taste ."

Negativ: "Plane was late, no explanation. We boarded and sat on plane at gate for another hour, no explanation. Plane was falling apart and dirty. Pull down tray to discover old food all over tray and back of seat. Seat, floor, chair was grimy. Meal was inedible and every dish has meat, even if you requeted vegetarian in booking."

Negativ: "My flight was due to mechanical issues and we left Tunis 12 HOURS later than scheduled. I saw people become physically and verbally aggressive with other passengers and airline staff over mounting frustrations, I was frightened, lost an entire day of my much needed long weekend and the return was only marginally better. Staff was rude, dismissive, VERY disorganized and not at all apologetic for putting people through such a horrendous experience. If it is a difference of a few hundred dollars between Tunisair and another airline, TAKE THE OTHER AIRLINE! The airline they called to get us out of Tunis said this happens with them at least once a week. The rescuing airline was lovely though! Tunisair- Never, ever again!"

Negativ: "Always delayed. Staff unknowledgeable. Terrible customer service."

Negativ: "Ten minute flight time change, 1 hour flight time change.....but 3 hours!! Good grief. What if people have connecting flights? What if people actually have somewhere to be on time? What if people have a schedule to adhere to? Oh well, tough luck Tunisair won't get you there on time!"

Negativ: "All the flights were delayed at lease 1~2 hours."

Positiv: "real impressive luggage allowance (# times 23kg but can be negotiated with 2 more eavy + 2 cabin luggages good service on board, smily hostess"
Negativ: "not a real business class compares to other company (even Egypt Air is more "luxury")"

Positiv: "Personal nett und die Verspätung hielt sich in Grenzen."
Negativ: "Altes Flugzeug , aber sauber . Halt in die Jahre gekommen"

Negativ: "An hour late taking off and Tunis airport was a NIGHTMARE - overweight baggage charges not able to be paid AT checkin desk. Have to go across airport and line up at cashier's and then come back to checkin. Ridiculous arrangement. Same with 'exit stamp' for residents. Queue up at immigration - get to window - told need stamp costing TND 60 which can only be bought at one of the banks out the front of the airport (for cash). No bureau de change through security for changing Tunisian dinars and cannot use these at duty free Then departure lounge was suddenly changed at last minute Then at departure lounge entry was at a snail's pace as there was no X-ray machine and security was hand checking every single piece of carrying luggage and patting you down (with the male security guard watching the female security guard do this to female passengers, with interest - yuck) Landed late No understanding of, or interest in, special dietary requirements (on board staff) - mostly my fault as I had forgotten I needed to let them know before that I was vegan - but there was little interest or sympathy from the cabin crew. Indeed they said they said something like they sometimes had extras for themselves and they'd check - but then forgot about me. Did they not have them or wat them thrnsrlves? And then going to the bathroom all the cabin staff were sitting/standing in a circle, chatting and laughing and in the way of opening the bathroom door which was awkward for me and unprofessional of them. There was no suggestion of any radio or movie on board. I would NOT fly this airline again."

Positiv: "While the staff were friendly, not enough was done to assist our connecting flight"
Negativ: "The flight was delayed by over 2 hours so we missed our connecting flight in Vienna. We asked on several occasions for Austrian Airlines to contact the gate but when we landed TunisAir ground control told a fellow passenger they were unaware. It was only a member of staff from Emirates who assisted us"

Negativ: "It is a public company, the staff do not care about the customers"

Negativ: "We were not notified that Smart wings will be the operating airline. We should have been told before hand."

Positiv: "Madrid Airport"
Negativ: "Tunis Air"

Positiv: "The boarding was very good, by African standards. Over an hour late, also not bad by African standards. Cabin service was good."
Negativ: "No information about how late we were going to be which hosed arrivals at Paris Orly."
