Exzellenter, professioneller Service.

Boarding und Deboarding völlig unkoordiniert. Keine klaren Ansagen der Crew.

Das Boarding ist bei Lufthansa auch nach zwei Jahren Corona immer noch eine Katastrophe. Keine Ansage der Gruppen, so das alle gleichzeitig zum Boarding rennen. Das gleiche beim Aussteigen. Volle Gänge keine Ansage über einen geregelten Ausstieg. Leider kümmert sich die Lufthansa offensichtlich wenig um die Gesundheit der Passagiere.

Frankfurt - Paris ist der Business Class lohnt sich nicht - es gibt kaum einen Unterschied!

I’ve contacted kayak several times before my flight from frankfurt to the US. It is ridiculous that Lufthansa sells a flight with a 45 minute layover from a connecting flight, I sent email and calls about my concerns and one person got back to me telling me he will see if he can change my flight and he’ll call me back and said that I should be fine to make it since Lufthansa sells that flight. I never got a call back and had to run through the airport and ask to skip in line at passport check to barley make it to my flight. When I know there was easier connection flights

Eine Whiskey Sorte war nur für ein Glas vorhanden und war bei einem rund neunstündigen Flug binnen 15 Minuten vergeben. Äußerst ärgerlich, wenn die gebotenen Alternativen keine sind."

Hot hand wipes were provided. Hundreds of video entertainment options and fairly friendly English speaking flight attendants. I recommend paying the small upcharge to choose seats with extra legroom. totally worth it on the long haul"

Flight info on time

even with delay upon departure, the crew managed to get us on time to Lux, nice relaxing and generous service.. Classic good quality products. The opening time for the drop off was a bit late.. long queue of passengers waiting already before desk opened.

And that was only IF the almighty Reservations people decided to do it. LuxAir has completely disempowered it’s staff in the airports (the ones who have ALL of the customer contact). I’m going to fly BA from now on."

Luggage arrived at the same time we entered the baggage claim area, probably because of the passenger delay on board the flight for hand baggage to be offloaded."
Negativ: "Boarding took a LONG time, relative to other airlines. The gate agent had to enter each seat assignment into the computer as he checked our boarding passes -- he had no way to scan and automatically record each passenger's arrival. First class passengers universally arrived later than the rest of us -- with one gate agent, economy class passengers frequently stopped and waited until the agent verified the first-class passengers' phone-based boarding passes against their passports and entered their seats into the computer. The flight was rough. We spent 5-8 minutes taxiing from our tarmac "gate" to the air strip -- and it was a very rough, bumpy, uncomfortable ride. The landing was atrocious. The weather was apparently calm, and there were no apparent crosswinds; we landed hard, and both bounced and shook. The aircraft (Bombadier Q400), a turbo-prop, was roomy enough for us -- we're average-height people who aren't very big -- I saw taller people scraping the overhead (ceiling) when they stood in the passageway/aisle. I've ridden in much smoother turbo-props in the past. We had to wait an extra 5 minutes on the ground so that hand-carried luggage could be off-loaded before passengers. We had no "checked" hand-luggage, so it felt like a nonessential delay for us. We aren't terribly upset with Luxair, as this was a "local" commuter flight -- we won't be traveling on this aircraft again if we can help it."

The crew are usually pretty nice, and they do serve drinks and a sandwich"

Peut lui importait puisque de toute façon elle me remit mon billet avec le 4A biffé et remplacé par 18C au stylo, en me disant que je pourrais changer de place apres le décollage. Or il sest trouve que ma place initiale, 4A avait simplement ete réatribuée a une autre passager! Trotz online Check in wurde die digitale Boardkarte akzeptiert. Es wurde na h Kontrolle des Personalausweises eine Papierboardkarte ausgestellt. Im Flieger sind die Sitzreihen noch enger als bei Lufthansa. Der Service an Board war recht unfreundlich. Selbst Wasser gab es nur auf Nachfrage, ansonsten geht der Service an einem vorbei.

Sehr unfreundliches und wenig bemühtes Bodenpersonal. Zwang sämtliches Handgepäck aufzugeben, anschließend war weniger als die Hälfte der over Head bin’s leer. Hinweis auf elektrische Gegenstände im Handgepäck wurde ignoriert.

Kostet viel und bietet wenig, die innereuropäische Business Class der TAP

ees gibt kaum einen Gund, Business Class mit denen zu fliegen. Reihe 1 hat noch nicht einmal eine Overhead bin, man soll das Gepäck nach hinten bringen.

europäische Business Class lohnt sich nicht. Sie versprechen Dir Lounge, aber es gibt sie weder beim Start noch beim Ziel. Nur in Lissabon beim umsteigen. Und da werden fürchterlicher Kaffee und die schlechteste Pastel de Nata, die wir je erlebten, angeboten. Ganz ärmlich alles.

As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"
