Negativ: "For some reason, other countries do not use a number system when boarding. This often means if you're not paying attention, you could be the last to board the aircraft because a line will form almost out of thin air. Minor issue, but a systematic boarding procedure would be good."
Positiv: "Everything about my flight was wonderful. The staff was always extremely helpful and happy. The plane was new and comfortable. Meals were good. Flight was on time. Everything went as best as it could."
Positiv: "I liked the plane! Beautiful and new, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner was a pleasure to ride in. Staff was as pleasant and helpful as they always are on ANA and despite the long delay due to an engine repair, the ANA staff conducted themselves incredibly professionally."
Negativ: "It wasn't such a bad experience for me but the plane did have a mechanical failure and the part was not in stock in Cambodia so had to be flown in. That resulted in a 24 hour delay. The ANA staff were excellent and did take care of us well."
Negativ: "Flight attendants didn't speak English; no amenities provided (toothbrush, eye kit, etc.) like Etihad and Qatar provide in economy. There weren't a lot of meal options. There should be double the movies and music offered given that you can go through all of the offerings in one or two legs of a trip. I had four. BBC news didn't work on any leg of the trip and the Japanese news was in Japanese only, no English."

Ich hatte noch nie so einen schlechten Buisness ( comfort ) Flug auf einer Langstrecke..... Hatte ein Internet Zugang gekauft, der nie funktioniert hat, nie wieder Lufthansa auf einem Langstreckenflug solange sie eine Buisnessclass haben
Das war die schlechteste Buisness class die ich je geflogen bin. Hatte Internet bezahlt, hat aber keine Sekunde funktioniert
Sehr teures Business Class Ticket, aber kein Unterschied zur Eco! Flug wurde von Air Dolomiti ausgeführt
Someones phone kept ringing and the flight assistant did nothing about it. Not even an announcement.
I had such a wonderful flight with Lufthansa. The crew was great and I was able to catch some much needed sleep. I look forward to using Lufthansa in the future!
One person doing the entire boarding security, taking photos of passports and such. Unbelievable inefficiency. I will think thrice before I fly with Lufthansa again. 2 hour delay.
Flug hatte Verspätung, nächste Flug verpasst
Everything was fine. This time, even though I didn't need it, my seat back reclined.
Frankfurt - Paris ist der Business Class lohnt sich nicht - es gibt kaum einen Unterschied!

Positiv: "We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good."
Negativ: "Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off."

Also gates changes and pilot landed in wrong part of the airport for its-fra leg and we had to have passportA checked while exiting the plane and had to take a bus. My transit time was short but gladly made it"

The gate was changed and I was given wrong directions by airport employees so I went through a very long and painful wait at a security line that I didn’t need to go through had the airport info employees knew what they were doing or saying. I ended up missing the flight because of repeated wrong directions"
Negativ: "Istanbul to frankfurt flight had no entertainment, no charging usb ports n a small ham sandwitch for breakfast - this was a 4 hour early mirning international flight!!!"

Freundlichste Betreuung während des gesamten Fluges. Wegen der Kaschmir-Krise wurde der Flug umgeleitet und dauerte ca 40 Minuten länger. Wir konnten den buchstäblich erstklassigen Service also länger nutzen. Die Flugbegleiterinnen hatten in der Ausnahmesituation alle Hände voll zu tun. Wir haben uns trotzdem bestens betreut gefühlt."

Positiv: "I loved that the staff made everyone comfortable and answered all questions. The captain was in constant communication with us. and especially that the ground service team managed to rebook us all the way home to Tucson the same day."
Negativ: "That the flight was so late getting to Munich that we missed our flight from Rome to Houston and then to Tucson."
