Wenn man schon genug für den Flug bezahlt kann man auch wenigstens umsonst Unterhaltung haben wie z.B. die Filme. Finde ich etwas unverschämt, dafür zu bezahlen müssen.

Exzellenter, professioneller Service.

There was a 2hr delay to an 8:40 departure. SUPER irritating. Had chosen an earlier flight so that these kinds of things wouldn't happen. Breakfast was poor a croissant and a yogurt. Not enough for an adult, I've had better on other international flights.

I was assured there would be no problems. Upon boarding they were not able to get on their flight. Boarding in Halifax is still very inefficient and slow. If I compare the boarding in Halifax with boarding at different airports all over Canada this one is the slowest.

Also, the process of getting reimbursed for the predefined expenditure allowance needs to be more efficient. Ideally, in such cases, the airlines should not only refund the check-in fee, but also provide a prepaid card to make any urgent purchases. Their current process requires one to bear the expenses initially, scan/click and send the original receipts and await a response from their baggage team. I am waiting to hear back from them on my submission."

I got a snack which I read had 50 calories, and I got a juice which I normally won't drink to maintain blood sugar levels."

Trotz online Check in wurde die digitale Boardkarte akzeptiert. Es wurde na h Kontrolle des Personalausweises eine Papierboardkarte ausgestellt. Im Flieger sind die Sitzreihen noch enger als bei Lufthansa. Der Service an Board war recht unfreundlich. Selbst Wasser gab es nur auf Nachfrage, ansonsten geht der Service an einem vorbei.

Sehr unfreundliches und wenig bemühtes Bodenpersonal. Zwang sämtliches Handgepäck aufzugeben, anschließend war weniger als die Hälfte der over Head bin’s leer. Hinweis auf elektrische Gegenstände im Handgepäck wurde ignoriert.

Kostet viel und bietet wenig, die innereuropäische Business Class der TAP

Check in was a disaster. The testing rules are ridiculous. They made me wait so long to tell me to get another test that I missed the flight, then they charged me a fee. The staff was rude and uninformed. I will never fly this airline again and will advise others to avoid.

Great airline, took good care of us. Will use again if prices are good. Really enjoyed the 24 hr layover in Lisbon.

ees gibt kaum einen Gund, Business Class mit denen zu fliegen. Reihe 1 hat noch nicht einmal eine Overhead bin, man soll das Gepäck nach hinten bringen.

europäische Business Class lohnt sich nicht. Sie versprechen Dir Lounge, aber es gibt sie weder beim Start noch beim Ziel. Nur in Lissabon beim umsteigen. Und da werden fürchterlicher Kaffee und die schlechteste Pastel de Nata, die wir je erlebten, angeboten. Ganz ärmlich alles.

Airplane arrived late at the gate. Staff was not prepared to board a passenger with disabilities. Boarding was long. Crew member treated without respect a passenger that was worried about missing a connection. It took longer than expected ro get a gate at the airport.

For a five plus flight some sort of light snack would be beneficial to all passengers, especially since the cost to fly is so expensive. My two cents🙏

Small seats means other passengers thoughtlessly take up your space. At least it’s a short flight.

But on the day of flight, Air Canada refused their boarding, stating that they did not have Canada visas, the fight would transfer in Montreal which needs Canada visa. I had never heard about it and it was never mentioned when I booking the tickets. I called the first customer service who was rude and not helpful. Finally, I found out that my parents had to transfer to Toronto, which does not need a visa. But in order to make the change, I had to pay Air Canada extra $1180, which were more expensive than the tickets self. At that time, I had no other choice. I am really upset. I want to warm all Chinese who don't have green card or Canada visa that do not buy tickets from Air Canada. Their customer service told me that they did not have the obligation to list this kind of information on their website. So if you choose Air Canada, you lose your money and deal with all the hassles by yourself. I will never use Air Canada in my whole life again."
