Approximately every 7-10 minutes, crew members would be running back and forth next to my seat with heavy foot steps, which would wake me up. I also noticed that certain crew members were shouting at passengers to get their attention instead of lowering themselves to be heard. One flight attendant almost spilled orange juice on me because she turned around too fast trying to serve drinks. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed, or if it was the influence of a certain crew boss, but something was definitely wrong."

It’s not bad

Tolle Maschine und super angenehme Crew.

Extremer Stress nach dem Upgrade auf Business class. Super advisor war extrem unflexibel. Meine Kids wurden extrem unfreundlich behandelt. Nach diesem Flug hat Qatar einen treuen Business Kunden mit mir verloren.

Food could have been better..

Among all the international travels, I think Cathay was the best followed by Emirates. Qatar seems to be at the bottom of the list in my experience. They did not even have a strategy to house long layover guests and also would not grant visas. Still using Covid excuse, as if their country is so clear and clean of the pandemic.

Service was excellent but food was mediocre

Staff was great and very helpful. But in Mumbai airport had a tough time to get wheelchair and some misunderstanding in getting wheelchair for me and for my wife. It took them almost 2 hours to give us wheelchairs

poor team when check in

Boarding was ok as I have priority boarding as a delta sky team reserve amex card. The food, the comfort of sears and space, the crew not even acknowledging me as an elite plus passenger and the long lay over COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER!

Once in a new seat though I was good and comfortable until a crew member had issues with my placement in an empty row that he wanted to use later in the flight to take a nap. If it wasn't for the rest of the crew being great and his managers apologizing and listening to the full complaint I would probably have decided never to take China airlines again. Gate agent Mr Ravi Krishna is a racist , arrogant & unfriendly airline employee I have ever encountered . I was told to “ get back to the line and wait 5 minutes “ without any explanation and to be Humiliated in front of my wife , kid and other passengers is a BIG NO . He didn’t stop there . He talked to his co-worker while laughing and looking at me. This is absolutely unacceptable !Due to this, I confronted him and got his name and wrote this complaint / concern. Hopefully, no one will ever encounter this.

Negativ: "There are a number of things that Etihad do that just degrade the quality and experience of the flight and I probably wouldn’t fly with them again as a result. I’ve listed these below: 1) Entertainment system is poorly appointed and travel in two seperate months found that little had been refreshed on the in flight programs. 2) The entertainment system is deactivated until the seat belt sign is turned off, and is deactivated again about 30 minutes prior to landing. 3) You practically have to cut off your arm to get some water. I would always bring my own water on the flight, but Australian regulations prevent more than 100mls being carried on flight. 4) The service is inconsistent, some staff are just downright rude and others are incredibly friendly. The time waiting after pressing the call bell is excessive and in one case my drink never arrived. 5) Unlike other airlines, they don’t give you a “menu” to chose from for the inflight meal. Instead they just come around asking “Chicken, Lamb or vegetarian”, and lack any real understanding of what’s actually in the food. 6) When you order a drink, they open the can pour some into a cup but don’t give you the remainder in the can. 7) The inflight wifi is expensive. 19.95 USD for 180mb puts them at one of the most expensive. Overall, I would have expected a bit more from an airline such as Etihad."

I thought they would allow it since I had only 1 check in bag but they made me take out that extra kg and check in my carry on as second bag. Finally I asked for an aisle seat and they said the flight was full. But when I boarded the IAD flight I was rather surprised to see quite a few aisle and window seats. So rather than being a great experience, I would say it was a mediocre one because of the Hyderabad staff."
