Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Everything was satisfactory, but the plane is in the older side and the food and entertainment options were mediocre

On the way in they had vegetarian options but nothing but meat options on the way back. I totally forgot to ask for vegetarian meals when booking my flight, but luckily there were enough items to get me through the flights. A wonderful flight and crew.

Stay away from flights going through Lome if that is not your final destination. The agents at the Accra airport are also thieves. They held onto my boarding pass for my upgraded ticket which I paid an extra $800; untill I paid $260. for excess baggage, when I was entitled to 3 free because of my upgraded ticket. I could have kept my economy seat and paid only $260, instead I paid $1060!. The agent held onto my boarding pass untill I had paid and had only 20 minutes to clear TSA. Pleasw do not fly Ethiopian Air via Lome to Ghana!!!!. You will regret this very e expensive experience.

Negativ: "1. There is a security check just prior to boarding at the gate in Brussels that is not known about in advance. The process is not organized, nor did I (along with other passengers) understand why another checkpoint was being unexpectedly required.. 2. The food onboard (main meal - beef and snack - calzone) were not good; although they were served hot, they were bland and unappetizing. Contrary to popular belief, not all airplane food is "bad". 3. And finally, the restrooms were not kept clean during the flight - I had never seen that on any of the nternational airlines I've taken over several years."
Positiv: "We didn’t have assigned seats, we tried to pick the night before. Anyway they sat us very near each other. It was a nice flight."

Negativ: "There was a long-ish and poorly organised layover in Luanda, which involved the flight crew individually identifying the carry-on luggage on the plane so as to ensure no one who had disembarked had left anything behind. This was literally done bin by bin by a crew member shouting down the aisle, "Who's is this brown bag? Who has a grey Longchamp!!!???" This is not something I have ever seen before and it took ages. The cabin also became very hot during the layover, which cause a 40 minute delayed arrival in Kinshasa."

Negativ: "There was a delay of almost an hour on my first leg of the trip, which meant that I was really rushing to get to the gate for my connection in Brussels. It would have been nice to have some sort of express option for that, since it was the airline's fault that we were late."
Negativ: "My husband was rerouted through London because they said he didn't have an ETA to go through Canada. But he does have one. We have the number and Brussels Air was the one that got it for him on his outgoing trip! When I called the airline to get his route details they said he does have one and they saw that he did. So what's up Brussels Air staff? We hope you will offer some recompense for the error and the trouble."
Positiv: "The infligt entertainment was good."
Negativ: "The staff for SN Brussles is very rude to Africans. They are super disrespectful and it is very obvious how tacist they are. It is uncomfortable flying witha stafflike that. Also our flight had electrical and engine problems at our first stop in Freetown. Once we landed in Monrovia, it took about 35mins for them to let us off the plane because the doors were not working and opening up. Once we finally got off the plane, it took a whole 2 hours for them to get our baggage e off the plane because spmething was wrong and they couldnot access the baggage to take it off. I am aware that planes can “fly with one engine”, but flying a plane with one engine along with it having electrical problems is not safe and A RISK! why take that risk of something bad happening, not only would lives of innocent people and their crew get lost, but that is a million dollar assest that could get lost and a PR nightmare. It is a shame they took that risk. They also dodnt tell us until we landed. Had I known before we took off at Freetown I would have gladly fot off and found another mode of transportation to get to my final destination. SN Brussels is know to send their sh*tty planes to Africa, because there are always problems with the planes heading to that continent. It is just another obvious proof of their racism."

Negativ: "Everything : two hoiurs late, no info, unhelpful crew, terrible food,3 toilets for 200 people... The worst experience in flying"

Negativ: "Small aircraft. Not enough space. I was asked to check in my hand luggage. Austrian airlines should change the aircraft they use for this route"
Positiv: "Verspätet, wenig Info. Passagiere bei sehr vollem Flug unzureichend geführt, daher Ineffizient"
Positiv: "Love that there's space for the economy and the seats are comfortable"
Negativ: "There was nothing to do and would be nice if it had wifi"
Positiv: "They gave us a pillow and blanket so we could sleep. They offered a good selection of movies and other entertainment. The airline staff was friendly and helpful."

Negativ: "I never flew to Florence because the airline missed my connection and the next flight to Florence was not until nearly twelve hours later, so now I'm on my way to Rome instead. This ruined my rental car and lodging reservations, and I'm now fighting both those agencies because of this botched flight and poor service. Additionally, the plane was ungodly hot. So much so that the crew apologized for our over the PA. Nothing was done to fix it, but it was blamed on the plane only being on auxiliary power while we were parked on the tarmac for the hours. That would've been understandable, but it didn't get better when the jet engines were on, so that excuse turned out to be just so many lies."
Negativ: "This is a low cost airline. No food, no entertainment, At least the crew was polite."
Positiv: "Very hardworking crew, always offering extra food, snacks, water, patient with smiles and great attitude Very good food in economy, I was surprised"
Positiv: "The service was very very professional"
Positiv: "The chocolate was delicious!"
Negativ: "The food was not that good but edible."

Negativ: "long flight (it was far through no fault of Brussels Airline"

Negativ: "Half of my luggage was lost at Dullas, but found and returned the next day to my home."
