As it is a long flighg, would appreciate if flight crew regularity asks passengers if they would like refreshments
Food was horrible. Flt too crowded. Dirty bathrooms.
Check in took a long time although I had already checked in via app; it took a long time to board; Seats we’re not comfortable; The way food was served was very weird and unpleasant since some people were served first even when we were sitting next to each other. Food was awful! Flight attendants were not very attentive.
There was difficulty with my connecting flight due to inconsistent COVID regulations. I was almost not allowed on, despite fulfilling all my requirements for my destination country. I was over-billed by Alaska Airlines for my luggage as well.

Also, due to my partner having to swap seats, I was sat on my own next to strangers. They slept the whole way, so the crew never disturbed them meaning I missed out on food and drinks, even when asked"

Even worse: chaotic deplaning with one crew member telling passengers to deplane and another yelling at them in the bridge for doing so. A mess of lines trying to get a new boarding pass for a rebooked missed connection—at the front of the line the agent said oh, you need to wait in this other line. Agents had no clue where to direct passengers and gave incorrect directions that necessitated more waiting. No updates to new flight time in the business class lounge. Once the flight was in the air, service was terrible. Attendants would ask for orders, then never bring them or bring the wrong thing."

The tray table, stored in the arm-rest on all rows, is tiny, and opens only a few inches, not enough for pregnant women or gentlemen with some mid-section padding. I could not use it at all, and had to balance my meals on my knees. Besides, when the passenger in front reclines his/her seat, the seat invades totally the space of the passenger in the back. I felt the passenger was resting on my lap. Forget using a laptop, or even reading a book: just watch your screen, a couple inches from your nose. Good for short-sighted people only! I tried EVA and was disappointed. I'll go back to my preferred airline, Vietnam Airlines."

Die First Class von Emirates ist sagenhaft. Kann ich nur schwerstens weiterempfehlen. Die Kabinen, Toiletten/Duschen, das Personal, Essen und Onboard-Unterhaltung wird man nur schwer toppen können.
Emirates airlines does not inform there passengers of the required documents even at there counter in the start of the trip tell they don’t allow you to take your flight to the final destination. After that they say it’s not there Problem and you have to sort it out. Emirates is one of the worst airlines you can travel with.

Negativ: "Flight is not clean,I was given non veg food instead of veg saying there is shortage of vegetarian food packs, what if I’m a pure vegetarian? Should I stay hungry? Also they took a very long time to serve the food, be it breakfast, snack or dinner.Each time I ask for something the answer has been always da same ‘’ we are sorry we don’t have that’’ Due to worst possible seat so far I have asked for an extra pillow and as expected they don’t have."

Positiv: "The plane left on time, the ride was smooth and journey felt safe throughout its entirety. I enjoyed the flexibility of the seats; the quality of the cutlery, duvet, headphones and the matteress provided. The ICE is a brilliant entertainment system; giving an array of films to watch and games to play. The cabin crew were polite, friendly and helpful, and gave an excellent service as one would expect from travelling business."
Negativ: "The interior of the 777-300 was outdated, especially knowing that 777's have gone through an interior overhaul, so I was unfortunate to not be on of those refurbished planes. The food and the Virgin Mojito was not the best as I did expect it to better considering this was a business class. And the ICE tablet and its remote is not the most userfriendly nor responsive to use, as it does get a bit fiddly."

Negativ: "Es war gut, es war aber auch nur ein 1 stündiger Flug. Da erwarte ich nicht so viel."
Positiv: "Das Bordpersonal war sehr aufmerksam. Während des gesamten Fluges wurden für uns Getränke in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Vielen Dank auch insbesondere an Jeniffer und Lilli, die unseren Flug auf einer Polaroid-Foto festgehalten haben."
Negativ: "Der Stecker unseres inflight Entertainments hatte einen Wackelkontakt. Auf Nachfrage knnten wir unseren Platz aber problemlos wechseln, dann funktionierte alles."
Positiv: "Flug war von Anfang bis Landung super!"
Negativ: ".... Aber die Gepäckausgabe in Düsseldorf dauerte mal wieder ewig Haben fast eine Stunde am Karussell gewartet...."

Negativ: "Boarding: by bus at BKK on a Boeing 777, not as expected with emirates, gate was set as “G1A”, we read this as Gate 1A, but needed to run from A1 all the way to G1, got late on the bus. Food: Chicken with peppers average, no good taste Drinks: had to broken cups, one on the top (changed that), one at the bottom with a hole in it. Red wine spilled all over my trousers and pullover. Shit happens, but (a) what about the quality of the goods and (b) how does the crew handle this? Crew/Service: Generally friendly, but the guy who served the red wine had no clue how to handle this: 1. Red wine on cloth is bad to clean 2. After I complained about a possible problem with cleaning and the possibility that the stain would stay, no reaction, only sortiere and the Recommendation from him was to use soda water which was actually not at hand and took him more then 10min to bring it. 3. I requested for the supervisor. She was very friendly and took my email address to write a report on this. I am now waiting for reaction and possible refund for cleaning or more. Another drink was offered but that was all until now. So I am curious about the reaction from Emirates. Overall it seemed like Emirates has a bad standing in BKK: - Bus boarding on B777 - No clear information about gate - Bad quality of material (cups) - For Emirates under average food quality Additional remark: The following connection flight from DXB to DUS, was very good, overall quality as expected from Emirates, food and staff was very good. So the above review from BKK -> DXB might have been an exception."
Positiv: "On board crew personable and trying to do a good job. No one on the ground seems to have a clue."
Negativ: "Boarding is shambolic - no signs, no announcements, no disciplined queuing system. Business class sears old-fashioned, not horizontal, uncomfortable. Impossible to get to first class lounge until the Emirates desk opens (we had a 5-hour wait before we could go to security as we couldn’t go through until the desk opened to take checked luggage. They appear unfamiliar with boarding passes on the phone - wanted paper ones."

Positiv: "Der Flug ist zwar verspätet gestartet, aber die Piloten haben die Verspätung fast wieder rausgeholt. Das Essen war genial und vor allem Metallbesteck in der Economy, wo es sonst nur Plastik gibt. Dazu eine gute Getränkeauswahl. Der Rotwein war sehr lecker."

Positiv: "Aircraft seats for long haul trips are infinitely more comfortable than those on the cattle cars used for domestic flights. Economy/coach seats aren't fancy, but they are surprisingly comfortable with lots of leg room."
Negativ: "The aircraft I was on was an older 777-200, and there were, sadly, no charging ports of any sort on the seats. Lavatories have electrical sockets, but don't s in a lav to charge your phone. My advice: have your phone fully charged prior to boarding, and have a fully charged power bank just in case."
Positiv: "The crew and service (business class) were excellent: attentive, polite, and responsive. The food was good, but not quite up to the people (because they set such a high standard)."
Negativ: "The lie-flat seats in the A-350 from Hanoi to Seoul are much better than the seats on the aircraft used between Seoul and Honolulu (which I think was an A-330)."

Much better than American-based carriers. Very respectful crew. One of two carriers based in Korea. Comparable to Korean Air but less expensive in our ticketing."

Positiv: "The back part of the plane was mostly empty, so I moved to an empty row and was able rto stretch out and rest. The attendants were very nice and polite."

Negativ: "My only complaint is that the cabin staff were often not visible for hours at a time. On my flight from LA to Seoul, the crew was constantly in the aisles offering water and juice without being summoned by passengers. There were a few times when I wished that someone would come by with water or juice, but didn't want to press the call button to get them. Lunch options as we neared LAX were both Asian style, and a middle-ground option would have been appreciated. On the outbound flight to Seoul we had breakfast options that included pancakes."
Positiv: "The service was very nice. I liked the extra room for legs and the seats."
Negativ: "Check-in was a bit difficult because I had two cats to transport with me. Though I double checked with the Quarantine offices in Chicago and in Incheon, and they said that I did not need any documentation, the person at the check-in counter would not let me take the cats without the Quarantine office's written permission. Only after an hour of explanations I could take the cats. It seemed that that person was not familiar with rules on pet transportation."

Positiv: "The cabin was surprisingly warm unlike other airlines I've been on. They also provided nice toiletries in the bathroom like face toner and mouth wash."

Negativ: "I didn't like the "other" passengers who I had to seat with. This is no way a reflection on the crew and airline service. I would recommend an upgrade to business class if you do not like to sit next to inexperienced travelers who have no etiquette or regard for safety procedures and during takoff and landing. Sometimes not even get up to allow you room to go to the lavatory."

Negativ: "The flight attendants were courteous and the service was excellent. The line at the ticket counter at Kansai was long and the line at security was long, but we arrived 2.25 hours early for our international flight and made it to the gate with 30 minutes to spare."
