Unterstützung für Rollstuhlfahrer prima !
Check-in Zürich: Rollstuhl war angemeldet, aber selbst auf Nachfrage fühlte sich niemand zuständig. Erst am Gate kam Unterstützung, aber da war es ja auch unvermeidlich (!?) Helsinki und Tromsö war vorbildlich!
Typischer inner-europäischer flug. Frühstück in der Business Class sehr rudimentär
Wir flogen Business Class Langstrecke auf dem A350. Das Bett ist etwas kurz und geht sehr spitz an den Füßen zu. Die bestellte Obstplatte war schwach.

Negativ: "Defekt am Fahrwerk musste untersucht und anschliessend repariert werden. Dies führte zu etwas mehr als einer Stunde Abgangsverspätung. Anschlussflug in Helsinki wurde zuerst als verpasst angezeigt."

Seats so narrow and rows are so close, that you practically pooched into your neighbors, those that behind don't let you to recline your seat as then your seat is in their face. It looks like American Airlines hopes to exchange your reality with virtuality, but our bodies that we are for some reason taking with us on that itinerary - suffer."

Negativ: "2,5 Stunden Verspätung. Crew lässt anytime die Eco Pate in die Business. Nach unseren Jacken durften wir bei Landung suchen. Es gab kein Feuchttuch beim Start. Catering war ungenießbar. Es gab zum Salat Nicoles (ohne Thunfisch und Ei) noch nicht einmal Brot. Meine eigentliche Auswahl war bereits ausverkauft. Nur ein Film auf Deutsch!"
Positiv: "The staff was professional and friendly. The waits were short on boarding."
Negativ: "The flight was over an hour late. The baggage reclaim belt broke down, which delayed our arrival at the target even more."

Negativ: "The leg room for someone that is 6ft 4in is not the best."
Negativ: "The flight from India was delayed and as a consequence I missed my connecting flight to Miami. I had to put up in a Hotel at Helsinki and take a flight to Miami the next day via London."
Positiv: "The friendly crew, and quiet cabin"
Negativ: "The food was too Finnish."
Positiv: "good service in spite of rather crammed conditions and short flight, UK newspaper was available, plenty of leg room (biz class consisting of one row in the front:))) - the lucky 4 in that 1st row were the only ones to get food, and also drink for free, it seems... and yes, the flight was short and otherwise uneventful, I was the 1st to walk off the plane."
Negativ: "The plane was a tiny oldish commuter jet with 2 seats on each side of the aisle. In "biz class" you still had to rub elbows with your neighbor, something other airlines with newer planes have sorted out, but allowing extra space between seats.... but overall, for a short flight (not much longer than an average subway commute in NYC), it really was not a huge deal...."

Negativ: "Sitting in last row of business, coach passengers talking loud, bumping and kicking my seat back. I wouldn't call it business at all."
Positiv: "problemloser, schneller check in und schnelles boarding. Ruhiger Flug - überpünktlich..."
Positiv: "Flug hatte 30 min Verspätung aber das kann passieren . Pilot hat sehr niedliches deutsch gesprochen und sich sehr nett entschuldigt . Habe daher Zug verpasst nach hamburg und damit Abend Termin . Hatte am service Gate gefragt , ob ich direkt auf den Flug nach hamburg tauschen kann - es gab freie Plätze und ich hätte einen für 622 Euro kaufen können. Warum muss das anders sein als beim Zug ? Fliegen ist wie Zug fahren . Ich habe auch mein Ticket (79 Euro ) mit der dB für eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 19 Euro tauschen können .. und die was nicht schuld und hat einen schlechten Ruf ;) gerne flexibler werden wenn Flexibilität von Passagieren erwartet wird . Danke , dass sie das ausrichten .. viele Grüße"

Negativ: "Uncomfortable seats. Not only no space to get comfortable but the seats themselves are not comfortable. We had better constructed seats on the hopper from Edinburgh to London. It is unconscionable that long flights are so uncomfortable!"

I was not able to get on this flight even though my final destination did not have the passport restrictions of the Schengen Agreement. When I booked the flight, I was not made aware of these requirements before my flight."
Positiv: "We didn’t have assigned seats, we tried to pick the night before. Anyway they sat us very near each other. It was a nice flight."

They walked up and down the aisle with aerosol spray cans. I don't think people should be subject to unknown chemicals in order for the airline to save time on cleaning the cabin before take off."

Negativ: "Late departure in Brussels with confusing and inaccurate information. The food was tasteless, my kids and I hardly ate anything because of it. The in-flight entertainment options were pretty limited. Once again, the flight crew was not very friendly or service minded."
Negativ: "after a long flight from the states, no water in the connection flight. all security checks all over again. very crowded. air brussels you need to be improved."

Negativ: "Departing out of Brussels International Airport, the security line to LEAVE the country was 3+ hours long. Not sure what the logistical problem was, but it was a poorly handled experience. They also said it was a daily occurrence."
Negativ: "Called and made a reservation directly with Air Brussels to make sure we got a bassinet seat for our infant and that did not happen. Old airplane and very bad customer service all around. Took over 2 hours to check in at 4am in the morning."
Positiv: "We are not frequent fliers and I have been reading about legroom problems. Certainly not on Brussels Air. A delight."
Negativ: "The lady at the gate was rude. I was in a group with small children, we were all family, she made me wait in line without my family."
