Positiv: "Fast and good service"

check-in in Manchester even after doing Verifly took over an hour which is ridiculous. 2 members of the check-in staff were not wearing masks and one was wiping her nose with her hand and then handling passports. The flight was late again.

Boarding in Heathrow was a total mass due to staff shortages. 3 out of 4 flight legs were delayed, some considerably. Food is as always mediocre, but plentiful. IFE is a bit dated with imo poor movie choices. Cabin staff was always amazing, friendly and helpful. Always available and smiling, even through the mask. Very clean lavatories and comfortable seats in business, although the product does feel a little dated by now.

Not Transavia item, but baggie claim took more than 30 min

Flight delayed. Information was sent via SMS which was helpfull, but also misleading: First message indicated only a change of type of airplane. The second about a delay. No update on revised delay time later. No good follow-up on boarding time etc afterwards,

The luggage handling at arrival was extremely slow. The indication "first luggage on belt" was not correct at all. This is the second time it arrives to me and I will choose other carriers as a consequence.

Negativ: "The seats are insanely small, cramped, and narrow, but that's why they call it TranSAVIA. I can live with a small seat for a much cheaper flight. The horror was getting to the gate. This is Greece, so no quick checkin, long lines, not really sure which is the right line. Then they change the gate at the last minute. Really the worst terminal I have been in for a long time, and this includes those in China and India. Even worst than La Guardia at rock bottom. But then you are in Crete... But DO allow at LEAST two hours to check in."

Negativ: "Physically stood in the sun on the tarmac for half an hour in Marrakech waiting to board the plane. Seating is so compact it’s physically impossible for me to fit, I’m 6’3” then it took an hour forty five minutes to get our checked luggage in Lisbon. Everyone was furious. No explanation from the airport or airline. We missed our hotel shuttle, missed our hotel checkin. Just terrible."
Positiv: "Inexpensive fares are worth something. Where else can you fly half way across the EU for 150 euro? The crew was cheerful and helpful. Website, phone app and email reminders are great."
Negativ: "You do pay alacarte for everything. And service suffers in the name of low price. Checked bags, drinks and food. Be prepared to walk or stand everywhere, baggage check-in at Orly is in the basement and the last areas 132. The gates are the last gates in the south terminal. And when you get to the gate boarding is done enmasss so you wait in line. But the fares are cheap."

Negativ: "Came a bit late but the frontdesk said we could still check in with our luggage. After that disaster ensued, staff was slow and eventually missed out flight due to poor communication,."
Positiv: "We fly all the time and this crew is the best ever. They made us feel comfortable and not like a burden...even when my daughter was sick. I want to choose my next destination based on where they are going."

Negativ: "The flight departed about 45 minutes late. Despite it being a late evening flight, they NEVER turned out the lights, which would have made people a bit more quiet and sleep. Instead it was a wild party with adults shouting all over the place. A girl sitting next to me was cutting her finger nails. Couldn't get any rest whatsoever. Also my seat did not recline."

Negativ: "1. Check-in Agent was rude. 2. Carry-on bag were taken at the Check-in Counter without my permission - and checked through to destination. The carry-on contained an iPad (still in the 'On' Mode) as well as diabetic medication and foods. 3. Flight left an hour late but passengers were not given updates until 15 minutes before we were able to leave. 4. Not much in-flight service and noone came by to collect garbage, empty water bottle, etc."
Negativ: "Gepäckabgabe war eine einzige Katastrophe, alles ging durcheinander. Und die die am ehesten am Flughafen waren, waren die letzten beim Boarding. Soviel Inkompetenz habe ich lange nicht mehr gesehen. Nie wieder! Dann müsste man sich Kaffee an Bord noch selber bezahlen. Bordsprache mit Englisch und viel zu leise."
