Nasty attitude from boarding customer service lady at counter.

Ich hatte eigentlich das Niveau eines Linienflugs erwartet. Bekommen habe ich aber Billigflieger- Niveau. Das man für die Bordverpflegung zahlen muss, ist schon schräg. Das Stille Wasser und die 20g Schokoladentafel kann sich Lufthansa dann auch noch sparen, um den Gewinn richtig zu maximieren😡. Da kann man auch gleich mit Ryanair, easyJet oder sonst einem Billigflieger reisen.

Like: The flight attendants Do better: be on time. You informed us of a 25 minute delay…..that turned into over an our….probable cause - under staffed baggage handling to load the plane. In Newark we waited in excess of 30 minutes to see our luggage so we could transfer to our next domestic connection. Result - missed connection. Probable cause - under staffed or poorly functioning baggage handling.

Crew needs to be more pleasant. That is the first thing any travelers is looking for. Thank you

Eine Whiskey Sorte war nur für ein Glas vorhanden und war bei einem rund neunstündigen Flug binnen 15 Minuten vergeben. Äußerst ärgerlich, wenn die gebotenen Alternativen keine sind."

Gestartet ist die Maschiene dann um 22:05 Uhr. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht, das Bodenpersonal schloss bis zuletzt keine Annulierung aus."

Im Flugzeug war es bereits sehr voll, so dass wir nicht unbedingt freundlich darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurden, dass wir eventuell nicht unser gesamtes Handgepäck mitnehmen können. Schließlich fand sich doch noch ein Platz in den Staufächern der Business Class, mit dem Hinweis, da hätten wir aber nochmal Glück gehabt."

Fly Dubai really need to communicate better with the customers when there is a problem.

Take too much time to get cpnnection flight. Did not get enough time toget refresh even for going rest room it is not enough time. For wheelchaor person like me face too much trouble. Idont wish to go next time in emirat and fly dubai. Not sugest any senior citizon to fly with this.

I had to beg for a paltry cup of water that supposedly came with my flight. Fly Dubai is nothing near the service and reputation of Emerites. Other connecting airlines to Nepal are much better."

Sie sprach mit einem Kollegen und sagte ja da müsse sie nur etwas anderes in pc eintippen und der Pass ja passt! Und schickte uns in den Flieger nach Dubai !, Hier angekommen, keine Chance alle Abteilungen bis 02 Uhr in der Früh probiert. Eine Dame meinte dann , morgen Sonntag um 11 Uhr wenn wir am Flughafen bleiben können wir ein Touristen Visa beantragen. 1) ich rief in unserem Hotel an das sie dem Chefermittler sagen er braucht nicht weiter auf uns warten und wir kommen erst morgen wenn alles gut läuft. 2) wir füllen den Antrag für das Visa aus und buchen ein Hotel am Flughafen in Dubai ! Entstandener Schäden bis hier her, 1 Nacht im Hotel € 439;- Transferkosten € 86;- den wir nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnten Nacht im Flughafen Hotel mit Visa dhs. 1483,60 Abendessen und Frühstück am Flughafen € 120 ,- Taxi zum Hotel wenn morgen alles gut geht - den Preis weis ich noch nicht !, Von den Unannehmlichkeiten hier spreche ich gar noch nicht ! Grausiges Flughafen Hotel usw,,,, !!! Verlust eines Urlaubstages !, Ich bitte Sie umgehest sich mit mir in Verbindung zu setzten für dieses Chaos meine Wohlverdienten Urlaubs ! New airplanes - timely departure! No entertainment, this needs improvement!

The flight delayed. No screen, no charge for mobile devices. The portion of food is very small. The food is not delicious and no sweet just 3 pieces of fruit mostly apple. If you want coffee or tea you have to buy even you buy ticket at higher price than airlines that offer drinks, snacks and meals for free.

Positiv: "Onboarding took long time though i had reached airport at 8 pm. They didnt give me boarding pass for my second connection flight. Asked me to get it at abudhabi airport."
Negativ: "Ethihad Needs to train their employees."
Positiv: "Howcome i was denied travelling when i had a booked and confirmed ticket? I am asked to travel after 11 hours. For me time is equal to money. Ethihad people in abu dhabi airport terminal 3 people treated me very badly and rudely."

Negativ: "In business class Although only 3 out of 9 seats had passengers, there is no room for my bag, the cabin craw asked me to put my bag in economy class. When I refused she then took her bag out of the place above my seat. That was very bad as this location is paid for part of the ticket & I shouldn’t be asked to use economy class storing place."

If I could know from the starting then I must buy Flynas which cost 1000 SR less than Ethihad. This is really cheating !!! And I can nit accept these kind of cheating. I I wanted to escalate this matter to compensate such cheating done by Kayak."

Negativ: "There is no way of knowing which fly Nas flight I was supposed to board. Etihad is not very good at informing the customers about partner airline check in process. I was running around the airport like a mad man trying to figure out my flight number and check in station. The airline lost my luggage and the claim process is vague. I was told I will be contacted with my claims number at the airport. Thus far I haven't heard anything from the airline. The number given goes straight to voice mail."
