The crew was very curteous and friendly. The food on this flight was good, excepting the one dish, which was very dry and not edible. The (busines class) seat on this flight was very uncomfortable when in sleeping position.

Negativ: "I contacted Turkish Airlines 4x times before my flight to learn how to deal with excess medical baggage, mobility assistance, and meal assistance. The Customer Call Center claimed to have made all of my necessary reservation updates for all of my special meal, medical, and mobility assistance needs. They did not! When I arrived at Check-In, there were no notes about any of my requests, nor services prepared to facilitate them. I spent over 30-45 minutes escalating the situation to the Shift Manager who had to contact the central call center and her own manager, just to find out what to do about medical baggage, what's permitted, etc. I was embarrassed for their employees, who not only didn't know their own company policy on the matter, nor were they aware of the industry standard. After much arguing, yelling and threats, the Check-In desk agents finally allowed my excess medical baggage and equipment without extra charge. I still received no mobility assistance to begin my travel after Check-In to my departure gate, nor were they prepared to offer this to me in Istanbul. Again, after a long wait, much yelling, screaming, and arguing, I was finally provided mobility assistance just in time for my flight. I almost missed my flight due to Turkish Airlines not putting my request in the system, nor caring enough about the traveler to do so at Check-In. When I arrived in Belgrade, 3x pieces of my luggage were destroyed and unusable again, medical equipment was damaged, and I filed a claim with Turkish Airlines. They tried every way possible not to pay, but finally offered a meager claim, nothing close to what it cost for the damage caused or to repair or replacement the destroyed luggage or medical equipment. Turkish Airlines is the Grey Hound of travel, sure they might be large, offer many itineraries and frequent travel, but their quality, customer service and professionalism leave them amongst the bottom feeders, still 3rd world in mentality, form and function. No honor, no integrity, no class. No reason to ever fly with Turkish again, and I'm happy to tell everyone I know not to fly with them!"

When my husband asked to speak to a manager, it took 45 minutes before a staff member offered us another flight that arrived only a few hours later. All other staff members were on their personal cell phones and would not answer our questions. By the time our boarding passes we’re printed (an hour later)we had to run to our gate in order to make our flight. This left us no time to contact our driver who was picking us up and let him know when our next flight was arriving. We’re extremely disappointed in the customer service and appalled at the lack of professionalism."

FlyDubai staff in general is less courteous and cooperative than emirates. 3. T2 is minimally maintained terminal with even basic amenities missing in some parts of terminal. 4. It also feels less secure."

Mein Mann Herr Elier antonio Mercedes Shephard ist Staatsbürger der dominikanischen Republik, wir haben bei emirats angerufen und die Information bekommen das er kein Visum braucht wenn sein Pass 6 Monate gültig ist und er nicht länger als 1 Monat in Dubai bleibt, Wir haben nur eine Woche gebucht und der Pass läuft bis 15.10.2021,, Also alles okay,, Beim CheckIn in wien fragte die Dame nach dem Visa, worauf wir ihr genau oben angeführtes erzählten! Sie sprach mit einem Kollegen und sagte ja da müsse sie nur etwas anderes in pc eintippen und der Pass ja passt! Und schickte uns in den Flieger nach Dubai !, Hier angekommen, keine Chance alle Abteilungen bis 02 Uhr in der Früh probiert. Eine Dame meinte dann , morgen Sonntag um 11 Uhr wenn wir am Flughafen bleiben können wir ein Touristen Visa beantragen. 1) ich rief in unserem Hotel an das sie dem Chefermittler sagen er braucht nicht weiter auf uns warten und wir kommen erst morgen wenn alles gut läuft. 2) wir füllen den Antrag für das Visa aus und buchen ein Hotel am Flughafen in Dubai ! Entstandener Schäden bis hier her, 1 Nacht im Hotel € 439;- Transferkosten € 86;- den wir nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnten Nacht im Flughafen Hotel mit Visa dhs. 1483,60 Abendessen und Frühstück am Flughafen € 120 ,- Taxi zum Hotel wenn morgen alles gut geht - den Preis weis ich noch nicht !, Von den Unannehmlichkeiten hier spreche ich gar noch nicht ! Folgendes Problem ! Mein Mann Herr Elier antonio Mercedes Shephard ist Staatsbürger der dominikanischen Republik, wir haben bei emirats angerufen und die Information bekommen das er kein Visum braucht wenn sein Pass 6 Monate gültig ist und er nicht länger als 1 Monat in Dubai bleibt, Wir haben nur eine Woche gebucht und der Pass läuft bis 15.10.2021,, Also alles okay,, Beim CheckIn in wien fragte die Dame nach dem Visa, worauf wir ihr genau oben angeführtes erzählten! Sie sprach mit einem Kollegen und sagte ja da müsse sie nur etwas anderes in pc eintippen und der Pass ja passt! Und schickte uns in den Flieger nach Dubai !, Hier angekommen, keine Chance alle Abteilungen bis 02 Uhr in der Früh probiert. Eine Dame meinte dann , morgen Sonntag um 11 Uhr wenn wir am Flughafen bleiben können wir ein Touristen Visa beantragen. 1) ich rief in unserem Hotel an das sie dem Chefermittler sagen er braucht nicht weiter auf uns warten und wir kommen erst morgen wenn alles gut läuft. 2) wir füllen den Antrag für das Visa aus und"

Negativ: "Small space seats. Charge for everything even water sat on bus on tramas for half hour before boarding. Not good for 6 hr flight."
Positiv: "Food and entertainment"
Negativ: "I don't get my bag til 7 days after my trip. No one wants to take responsibility on why my bag didn't get to me the day I reached India"
Positiv: "relatively clean"
Negativ: "I was NOT impressed with this airline. I have never been on a transcontinental flight that did not provide on board entertainment or food. I thought the absence of both was ridiculous. Plus I went to try to read the news option- which was actually free and the papers were from 2014!!!! WTH?!There is no room to put everything- no pouch in the seat ahead of you so nowhere to put the food or drink that you have to bring on board or any of your travel things. I have no idea why. The FlyDubai terminal in Dubai is also quite lacking- I felt like I was trapped in crappy restaurant. I'm not certain that I will ever use use this airline again- not impressed."

Negativ: "The staff was extremely rude and held up the boarding of the flight by shuffling passengers around for an extended period of time. check in for the flight took over two hours and there were less than 15 people ahead of me. Won't ever fly with flydubai again."
Negativ: "They didn't even offer water. Worst hospitality. Ground staff have knowledge of anything. Worst experiance with Fly Dubai. Never recommend anybody."

Negativ: "Charter behaviour on a long distance flight? Well that is a new low in airlines. Well maybe except from Delta. I guess i can be happy that the crew did not drag people out and i managed to travel safely. That being said, having to pay for everything including water, snack (let alone food) or entertainment on a long distance flight is at least, excuse my French, a dick move. Not pleasant in any way."

Negativ: "due to weather conditions, flight delayed and this information was not shared by Flydubai crew (wherever they are?). This is the 2nd time that delay happened and airline failed to manage the passenger at boarding gate or airport screens. people were shouting and looking for one person to communicate with, but there was no one to talk to. So - bad management - no hot drinks onboard the flight - lake of ethics - terminal at dubai airport was crowded and lake of services and seates to stay on!"

Positiv: "there was nothing special to like words "cheap airlines" got a really true meaning with Flydubai i will use then only if there will be no other possibility it is not about the crew it is about the "politics" of it"
Negativ: "i am 6'8 tall so normal seats are not for me just wondering why having a free row ( no 15) of exit seats in the flight from Dubai to Zanzibar i needed to pay for it and on my way back row 15 was free of charge? one way charge one way not? something is far from easy to understand..and why having a combined flights (Emirates and Flydubai) i couldnt check in online? and will i get any response?"
