Positiv: "As expected of Delta. With Covid, even the food service understandably was limited. They had prepackaged goodies, albeit not much flexibility, but I had no complaints. Mid row was empty per Covid, for flight comfort, this was somewhat a plus. Knowing air was filtered with HEPA filters every 2 minutes with fresh oxygen and outside air mix was also reassuring."

Negativ: "The seats should be fixed to prevent them from going back as far as they do. With space so small as it is, it is unnecessary to have them go back so far if at all. The food was poor, especially the cold egg and pepper sandwich at the end. My guess is that they were suppose to be heated which would have made them much better but the crew decided to give them out cold."

We finally went but we almost missed our flight .we had to literally run to the gate to make it."

Negativ: "Maybe US is ahead, but my experience with 2 terminals at Hanover and Frankfurt was that information exchange isn't good. Gate number was available at the last hour or so, which then got changed. Not just this flight. many flocks of people were running around to find their new gate... also as I mentioned climbing several stories of stairs with carry-on isn't fun! Not on this flight, but on my initial departure from US to FRA, monitors said go to Gate B. I got in line for Gate B as there was some security check, then we were told there was another B?!@ We had to go down and take the bus for that...written.. No where!"

This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Negativ: "It was a connection flight from Manchester via AMS to HAJ. Transfer time in Amsterdam (offered by KLM) just 1 hr - so my baggage hasn't arrived in HAJ, at least one day delay! At airport HAJ I've heard that's usual that baggage can't arrive in one our! So I didn't understand why this flight was offered by KLM!"

Positiv: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Negativ: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

Negativ: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Positiv: "Last year I flew Lufthansa which was my worst experience flying ever. I thought the new standard was so low I would never fly to Europe again. I had heard KLM was good but I felt this was as good as could be expected actually much better. The food was even good."

Negativ: "Dass der Flug sich verspätet hat, hat mich persönlich nicht sehr gestört. Wenn aber jemand danach weiter fahren muss, oder einen Termin deshalb verpasst, könnte etwas nervig sein."

Positiv: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
Negativ: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."
