Same as before. We got beef. Never flying with your incompetent airline again. Y’all make Spirit look good. I hope you all get diabetes from the maple syrup and poutine y’all consume. How y’all speak French and still have the shittiest food. In conclusion, it was bad.
One direct flight would be preferred. All else was very good.
+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.
TV’s kept rebooting so almost impossible to watch anything. The announcements were impossible to understand in headphones and I was using nice Bose. Flight was over 4 hours late leaving
Our biggest issue was the disorganized state of the Montreal airport. Disembarking from the flight from Boston, we went through a labyrinth to finally emerge in the international section of the airport. There we found the terminal highly congested and no information at what gate we would find our connecting flight to Casablanca. We had asked whoever looked official three times before someone knew. When we finally reached the gate at the end of the international section, we found an electronic board listing the gates of the departing flights—at the end of the terminal. This board is what we needed when we emerged into the international terminal. I'm amazed that the airport overlooked this simple need. Also, the airport was very noisy—one needs noise-reducing headphones to destress while waiting for the connecting flight.
The flight attendants were wonderful, polite and attentive.

Negativ: "Cramped seats. No IFE. Chaotic boarding. Luggage missed flight."
Positiv: "Everything was perfect! The crew always ready to serve us!"
Negativ: "Perhaps, update media features! A small corner for children to keep them "busy"."
Negativ: "Air Canada changed our seating on day of travel. I had ordered tickets over a month in advance and scheduled seating for my wife and I on our 3 leg flight. Air Canada changed our seating on the 1st and 3rd leg and we were no longer sitting together."
Positiv: "The crew was really nice especially since it was a full flight."
Negativ: "The boarding calls weren’t clear so many people kept boarding during the wrong zone. The entertainment was good, but the interface was really old."

Negativ: "2 hour delay because of rain west jet and porter were on time but air canada delayed My seat was apparently broken had a window seat with no one else in my row and then I was placed ina Center seat although other options were open The attendant comes on the air and says they need to manually start the engine one by one because the electric start to make it easy was not working All and all not a pleasant experience at all"
Negativ: "fragte man sich leider auf diesem Flug. Keine Monitore mit den Infos zum Flug (wo sind wir, wie lange dauert es noch, etc...) Kannte ich so noch nicht. Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."
Positiv: "I got to sleep flat on three seats as it was half empty."
Negativ: "It was an half empty aircraft and I still had to pay for my seat."
Positiv: "Even if I missed the connection, I was happy that a connection was automatically send to me and I did not have to worry about mu baggage or check out at Pearson."
Negativ: "I reserved two tickets and out of the four planes with took only one we had seats next to each other so we couldn't carry out some business on the flights."
Positiv: "the crew was nice and helpul with my worry about loosing the flight to tel aviv because the flight to toronto was late due to snow in toronto."
Negativ: "while on my way to the airport i got a message that my flight was cancelled. luckily i had a friend who took care of putting me on another flight to toronto. weather created changes but just sending a message your flight is cancelled is not the right way to deal with things. when finally arriving to toronot i had to rush to my flight to tel aviv, it was insane, just to realize that also this flight was postponed due to the weather. air canada should be more involved in helping travelers to deal with their connections."
Negativ: "Flight was delayed and left 2 hours late."
Negativ: "This was a terrible flight. We were delayed and rerouted to Toronto but not given enough information. We spent an average for an hour waiting for take off each time."
Positiv: "Friendly crew, direct flight to my destination, took extra time to de-ice properly...thank you."
Negativ: "No pre check-in with Kayak...annoying! Extremely narrow seats, delay boarding because some people were allowed on before the wheelchair travelers and the aisle got clogged, snarky comments at check in.. “.too many seniors on this flight “ yes, it’s January and it’s going to Florida!"
Positiv: "Alles gut, wie erwartet. Cool, dass Internet im Angebot war."
Negativ: "Klar, die Flieger werden immer enger... aber für die Umwelt ist es schon besser, wenn dafür weniger Flieger starten also beklage ich mich auch nicht so sehr drüber. Am Besten wäre es, wenn es mehr Züge gäbe für solche kurze Strecken."
Negativ: "Air Canada cancelled my original flight and it was difficult to reschedule. Customer service wasn't great."
Positiv: "Cheap tickets at short notice."
Negativ: "Inability to check in online and via machine in transit. Cheap flight gets you cheap service. My entertainment console did not work and had to ask crew to reboot it. Many others had same problem. Food is below meh. My travel was Air Canada all the way but portions provided/partnered with Alaska Air. I was not able to check in for both portions of my travel from HKG to YVR to SEA."
Positiv: "Nice crew and service, I ate all the food :) lots of new movies !"
Negativ: "I guess it is a good thing for the airline because the plane was full, although it was crowded to me."
Positiv: "Das Boarding und die Durchführung waren super. Das Personal sprach Französisch. Nicht alles wurde auf Englisch wiederholt. Getränke wurden NUR EIN MAL angeboten. Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."
Negativ: "Kaum Beinfreiheit. Essen nur gehen Geld."
Positiv: "From NGO to Vamcouver arrived after City's tours left 30 min. earlier, but back to Vancouver to Tronto too early for a good visit of City, when ariving Toronto at 1:30 am, and no connecting flight till 7:00 am. Agents at Toronto gate was not nice, which was unfortunate because all othr AirCanada agents were nice and flights were smooth."
Negativ: "Connecting flights were not convenient. First time AirCanada, and Kayak. Seemed I got a bad set of flights returning. Going was good. Got tricked. Suggeston of flights may have been available but did not know. Need more research in next trip. Agents, contracted agents at ticket counter in Atlanya, were very helpful. They were superve in helping me when a traffic accifent shut doen for 2 hrs and I was late on arriving at Atlanta airport."
Positiv: "lay-flat bed for red-eye flight to Toronto"

Negativ: "Customer service in Toronto did not know how to get us to Venice before our cruise departed. Wild goose chase sent us on a one hour, $26 train ride to Milan central station where we learned the train air canada told us to take didn't exist. Suddenly forced to take a 2.5 hr, $500 cab ride to Venice."
Positiv: "The airplane was clean."
Negativ: "The airline is so cheap they didn't even offer us a bag of pretzels during a five-hour flight."
Negativ: "Over an hour late."
Positiv: "Dieser kurze Flug verlief schnell und komfortabel. Es gab Internetzugang am Board, der gut funktionierte."

Positiv: "No delay. The plane came half an hour early which is ok. There was no complimentary food but drinks were offered. It would have been nice if peanuts/cookies/chips were offered. There was no entertainment so the rating was 1star. Emails were sent to inform us of changes in schedule and also to check in on line. Leg room is good as we can stretch our legs (I guess you can say that we are not that tall) we wish to travel again with Air Canada in the future."
Positiv: "We had two different tickets, one on ANA and the other for Air Canada. The young lady at checkin linked them, checked our bags through Tokyo to Toronto AND got us boarding passes all the way. Without that help we would have missed our connection in Tokyo. Thanks SO much to ANA."
Positiv: "Nothing, from your rude gate agents and closing the gates far too early when passengers are waiting in excessively long lines at customers to in flights systems being broken, your service is abhorrent."
Negativ: "Your gate agents refusing to keep the gates open to the appropriate boarding times, you over priced food, being improsojed in our seats and no access to the toilets due to a 2 hour in flight food and beverage service. not receiving water until after 2 hours II the flight! And no second beverage offered on a 5 hour flight!"
Negativ: "Flight was late. The status screens in the Toronto airport depicted incorrect information."
Negativ: "When boarding the plane in Rome, there was not rhyme or reason. Seats towards the back should have been urged to use the back stairs. Two way traffic down the aisle of a plane does not work with suitcases, backpacks, etc, in tow."
Positiv: "The crew was nice and understanding"
Negativ: "I was stuck up against the back galley with no armrest on the aisle but that was only the beginning when the guy in front reclined his seat the seat back it was dangerously close to my head. In the event of turbulence it would have been easy to sustain a massive blow to the head from the seat in front of me during a whiplash type motion. The person that approved this seating arrangement should be terminated."
Positiv: "On flight the flight and service was great. They need to work on the onboard section a lot."
Negativ: "It was delayed for 2 hours not only they were late they didn't know the gate, I had to stop by the customer service they told me a wrong gate twice they didn't even announce. The most lower customer care I ever experience."
Positiv: "This plane had entertainment on each seat and seats were more comfortable than other airlines."
Negativ: "The plane was full and was running out of over head storage for people sitting toward the back and people already seated were being very rude about us slightly moving their bags to try to fit in ours. Some angry Spaniards were litterslly shouting at us for us moving their luggage a few inches at best! No help from the plane crew on this matter. They should really arrange boarding from both ends."
