The flight staff were polite, seats were comfortable, and we reached our destinations on time. This was my first time traveling first class since the pandemic. The difference in service was dramatic and made me seriously regret having paid three times more for a first class ticket. Specifically No Sky Cap lounge - One of the main reasons I traveled first class was to use the Sky Cap lounge since we were going to have to wait for our flight for several hours at PDX. PDX Sky Cap would not allow us to enter as first class passengers. The receptionist said we needed to have their American Express Card. Further the Las Vegas Sky Cap lounge is permanently closed. Food - Our first flight was early in the morning, so I thought no need to grab breakfast in the airport, I'm traveling first class. The only food we were served or offered between LAS and PDX was Biscoff cookies. Our return trip was the same. Seems the days of being served a hot meal in first class are long gone.

Baggage never made it to Frankfurt so which sucks when taking a European vacation. Luggage showed up three days later.

Really disturbing that only 2-3 people were masking in a flight full of maybe 80 passengers. The flight itself was okay.

Verspätet

Gepäck kam leider nicht an und wir wurden erts nach langem warten informiert. Swissport team hat aber einen fantastischen Job gemacht und unsere Lost&Found Formulare mit uns ausgefüllt.

Leider wurde unser Gepäck vom Mumbai Flug nicht auf den Basel Flug gebracht, so dass wir ohne Gepäck in Basel ankamen. Auch wurde diese Information wohl erst spät nach Basel gebracht,da wir dort ewig auf unser Gepäck gewartet haben bis wir informiert wurden. Das trübt den ansonsten sehr guten Flug.

Wenn man schon genug für den Flug bezahlt kann man auch wenigstens umsonst Unterhaltung haben wie z.B. die Filme. Finde ich etwas unverschämt, dafür zu bezahlen müssen.

The crew was good to me but I could see one short hair air hostesses was very rude to a fellow passenger. She behaved very condescending towards him and I could see at one point he even got upset saying that she cannot treat him like this. It was uncomfortable to watch that. The business class seat was uncomfortable. Please make sure atleast the business class is better in condition. Thanks

I’ve contacted kayak several times before my flight from frankfurt to the US. It is ridiculous that Lufthansa sells a flight with a 45 minute layover from a connecting flight, I sent email and calls about my concerns and one person got back to me telling me he will see if he can change my flight and he’ll call me back and said that I should be fine to make it since Lufthansa sells that flight. I never got a call back and had to run through the airport and ask to skip in line at passport check to barley make it to my flight. When I know there was easier connection flights

The crew and pilots were excellent. Short trips (Cairo-London) were not as good. OK no drinks and no food could be understood, but crew pass with the drink bar for a long time that moms with their kids crying bec they couldn’t reach the toilets and crew concentrating more on purchase looked far from quality assurance😭

Cramped seating for nine hours.

I found my flight from London to Dusseldorf very satisfactory. All crew were friendly, professional and competent. The flight was a bit delayed but, otherwise, everything went without a hitch.

Arrived in London on time - to be kept waiting on the tarmac for an hour to find a gate. Very frustrating.

Da denkt man.an einen best. Zeichentrickfilm.... Dann kein Gate bekannt. Verspätung. Ewig Schlange am Rollfeld in Heathrow. Endlich in München, warten auf den Minnikoffer.... keine Informationen..... von den Angestellten des Flughafens an den für Koffer zuständigen BA Schalter verwiesen. Dort sprach man angeblich kein deutsch, in München am Schalter. In englisch war man dann nicht zuständig, der Schalter über dem stand abhandene Koffer.... Als ich deutlich meinen Unmut geäußert habe, wurde ich beleidigt. Nach einer halben Stunde endlich, kamen alle Koffer des London /München Fluges an. Auch mein gezwungenermaßen eingechecktes Handgepäck. Ich fand es schon während des Fluges nicht zeitgemäß alle Ansagen ausschließlich auf englisch zu machen. Es war ja ein innereuropäischer Flug, da möchte man meinen, die Sprache des Zielortes wird miteinbezogen."

Absolutely no food on the flight that you didn’t have to pay for. And only small snacks if you wanted to pay. Plane was dirty. Bathroom garbage was full and I was the first one in there. No paper towels and garbage on the floor. Attendants just standing around talking. No leg room, late boarding

+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

When we reach Montreal there was no ground crew to unload the luggage from plane and no information broadcast to explain why there was a three hour delay for picking up our luggage. There luggage area was jam packed with luggage for the last three days of flights. I understand stand it is a difficult time for flying But there was only one person at the lost or delayed luggage and the line was about 100 deep. It would have helped if there woul be an announcement that the next shift arrived at midnight and the luggage would be delayed by three hours

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Negativ: "Poor Customer service! My baggage arrived later on the same day I had arrived..., but I didnlt get it till 2 days later. There were or apology or announcement about the reason of my flight delay (2 hrs). I was told by a customer rep on the phone a few days before ny flight that I didn't need eTA to transit, but I needed it! I had to obtain it at the airport counter on the day of my flight.. I was very close to miss my flight.... Due to the delay, many customers missed connection flights, but there was no clear guidance to where to take care of the matter... I was ery disappointed.."
Negativ: "I booked this flight a couple months ago to find no seat assignment which should be booked at Chechen but was not. Then I was given the back seat against the wall which does not recline. There were standby people on the flight who got much better seating than I. I seemed to get the last consideration. I am treated much better on other airlines with much less early booking. also later after take of it was made known to me there were empty seats further up in the cabin. When I email Air Canada they said they would get back to me within 30 days about my concerns."
Positiv: "Crew was lovely"
Negativ: "Flight was delayed and everyone missed their connecting flights. Air Canada put us on British Airways instead but did not inform them and when we went to check in at the desk they did not have us in the system which stressed everyone out. We eventually got on the plane but I had to sit in the very uncomfortable middle seat rather than in my chosen seat by the window."

Positiv: "Not much to compliment on. The flight did offer a great selection of movies to choose from during the trip."
Negativ: "Constant flight delays. We were left on the runway for two hours before taking off due to an issue with the laboratory. The plane was overpacked, not allowing much personal space even in the aisle seat. People were sleeping on the floor and some in the aisles, creating a tripping hazard to those wanting to stand and stretch or walk to the restrooms. Those who attempted to sleep in their seat found that the seats were very uncomfortable and had very little to no leg room. When it came time to land at our destination, we ended up having to circle the airport for an additional 35 mins waiting for the terminal to free up. It was a very long 10hr flight that even the nice selection of movies to choose from couldn't help. Terrible flight experience, Canadian Air has really gone down hill."

They did nothing to help us after and didn't rebook for almost 24hrs later when there were much better options to get us to our destination in time for the wedding we were going to. Negativ: "One bathroom for all of the plane? Perhaps 1st class (tiny) has its own bathroom, but otherwise, the aisle was 10+ people in-line for the ENTIRE flight, as 1 bathroom. Really miserable for all concerned. Seats are too tight, entertainment system works only some of the time, seats old and uncomfortable. Did not seat family together (flight full). Overall, one of the worst long-distance flights I have ever had. Should not fly this kind of plane with this many people and not enough facilities."

Negativ: "Flying from US to Canada was a challenge because of all the customs requirements. But,. better safe than sorry . This four hour flight did not even offer pretzels"
Negativ: "They try to board by groups but unfortunately they get the entire plane trying to stand in there group lines and don't load anyone for 15 to 20 mins. It congested all the walkways and people just change to the shortest line"
