Flight was delayed 2 hours on both of my primary flight and connecting g flight, I also missed my domestic flight. I will not recommend Korean airline to my family and friend.
I would highly recommend KAYAK website for the best choice to find bargaining travel plan, either for flights, hotels, etc.
Die 737-900 ist sehr eng. Unterhaltung oder Catering ist auf dem kurzem Flug nicht. Pünktlich angekommen, Koffer gab es schnell. Alles gut!
In der Economy erstaunlich viel Platz. Für den kurzen Flug wurde eine A330 benutzt mit zwei Klassen Konfiguration (lie flat in C). Es gab noch nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser, aber sonst war alles tadellos im ausgebuchten Flieger. Viel Platz im Overhead Bin, weil ein Koffer immer gratis dabei ist. Klare Empfehlung!

Got to Incheon near midnight, I then waited for three and half hours in a line to rebook for the next day, and when they helped me they gave me a ticket. They said they couldn’t give me any hotel accommodations because of all the missed flights, but didn’t offer some other compensation. I didn’t get a voucher which I saw other people in line get. When I asked to upgrade to business class( I was willing to pay the extra money) I was told it was too expensive for me. After my trip I will never fly Korean Air again."

I never got to take my flight because kayak constantly changed my flight, sometimes without telling me. I finally called to verify exactly when my flight was scheduled, only to be told my flight was canceled all together. I had less than a month before I was supposed to leave and I was told it would take 20 business days to receive a refund. So I never got to take my trip to Dubai. Kayak is horrible with lousy customer service and I will never book another trip with them every again.
Die First Class von Emirates ist sagenhaft. Kann ich nur schwerstens weiterempfehlen. Die Kabinen, Toiletten/Duschen, das Personal, Essen und Onboard-Unterhaltung wird man nur schwer toppen können.

Food: Chicken with peppers average, no good taste Drinks: had to broken cups, one on the top (changed that), one at the bottom with a hole in it. Red wine spilled all over my trousers and pullover. Shit happens, but (a) what about the quality of the goods and (b) how does the crew handle this? Crew/Service: Generally friendly, but the guy who served the red wine had no clue how to handle this: 1. Red wine on cloth is bad to clean 2. After I complained about a possible problem with cleaning and the possibility that the stain would stay, no reaction, only sortiere and the Recommendation from him was to use soda water which was actually not at hand and took him more then 10min to bring it. 3. I requested for the supervisor. She was very friendly and took my email address to write a report on this. I am now waiting for reaction and possible refund for cleaning or more. Another drink was offered but that was all until now. So I am curious about the reaction from Emirates. Overall it seemed like Emirates has a bad standing in BKK: - Bus boarding on B777 - No clear information about gate - Bad quality of material (cups) - For Emirates under average food quality Additional remark: The following connection flight from DXB to DUS, was very good, overall quality as expected from Emirates, food and staff was very good. So the above review from BKK -> DXB might have been an exception."

Der Flug war überbucht, so dass wir erst im zweiten Anlauf Plätze bekamen. Der Check-in mit den Automaten in Wien ist eine Zumutung. In Berlin war die Ankunft des Fluges nicht bekannt. Es dauerte ca. eine halbe Stunde, bis wir von Bord gehen konnten. Entsprechend lang dauerte auch die Gepäckausgabe. Das ist aber ein Problem des Flughafens BER (wen wundert das?) und nicht von Austrian Airlines.
Trotz zweimaliger Mail und Einstellungen im Profil war keine „dairy free“ Essen möglich :(
Die Maskenpflicht könnte man aufheben! Ansonsten alles gut.

Positiv: "Das Flugzeug war sehr angenehm, vermutlich noch relativ neu. Das Entertainment-System fiel dadurch positiv auf, dass es funktionierte, viele praktische Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Vglw. gutes Essen, welches den Europäern auch freundlich serviert wurde."
Negativ: "Offenbar war ein Teil des Personals nicht ganz frei von Vorurteilen ggü. Asiaten. Die unterschiedliche Behandlung fiel bei einigen Gelegenheiten auf. Leider war das ansonsten angenehme Flugzeug sehr eng und voll besetzt."

Negativ: "Boarding was not organized at all. I was sitting in the front yet I got in almost at the end and barely was able to find a place for my handbags. Ut took way too long and people had to stand for a long time to board. Crew members were not up to par either. I had my earphones and was watching a movie and feel asleep. And everytime one them passes by, they will knock me awake. I was extremely tired and tried hard to sleep yet they kept waking me up every time one of them passes by, no matter how skinny they were! Totally unprofessional."
Negativ: "Maschine ist 40 Minuten zu spät nach Berlin gekommen, in Summe 100 Minuten Verspätung, das Bodenpersonal war dann zu wenig um mit der Verspätung halbwegs umgehen zu können."
