I had to sit over the aisle from my children as it was a 2 2 seating but the staff didnt seem to pursue where their mother was even though i was 1 row back. They didn't need me but i thought they should have at least enquired as to where the parent was of 2 11 yr olds. They were also curt trying to rush us off the flight as my daughter was trying to locate a lost item as we arrived. She has limited sight and we need time to get off and to find things.... given she has lost an iPad, and very expensive reading glasses and other things on the trips that span 24 - 36 hrs."

Negativ: "The flight itself was good but booking with bayaan, never again. I have used kayak many times but for the first time since I booked vayama changed me flight 6 times. They also could have mentioned my first 2 legs of my flight was with united. I tried to check in online thru ANA, couldn't go thru with many attempts until finally I called and the agent mentioned to check in thru united."

Negativ: "It wasn't such a bad experience for me but the plane did have a mechanical failure and the part was not in stock in Cambodia so had to be flown in. That resulted in a 24 hour delay. The ANA staff were excellent and did take care of us well."
