Very professional, attentive, good food, little amenities that make a difference in the overall experience of traveling. Very clean bathrooms, even after a 16-1/2 hour flight to Taipei it was still clean at the end of the trip. Food was good and plentiful, wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages offered. Came around at least three times on the leg to Taipei with food and water and when I wanted more water they gladly made sure I stayed hydrated on such a long flight."

Was no fault of the airline but rather the airport itself as I saw other airlines stacked up upon arrival and waiting for their gate assignment. Also other departures finally recieving a pushback from the gate after significant delays. EVA captain was good about keeping the passengers informed about delay and anticipated times for actual departure when the tower would inform him."

I had great customer service from the lady who check me in at the front desk and my perception of my experience change great."

When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."

Negativ: "Boarding at WAW was a joke - very disorganized and cramped gate area. Simple remedy is to give passengers guidance on where to line up for their assigned zone prior to boarding. No individual air ventilation - got hot and uncomfortable at times. Cramped economy seats - and if passenger in front of you fully reclines - your TV screen is almost in your lap. Hot meal included very rubbery chicken - obviously either overcooked or nuked too much. Attendants seemed indifferent or annoyed if you asked for individual attention outside of their normal rounds of serving drinks/etc (all I wanted was a Coke). I was essentially told to go to the back of the cabin and get my own drink... Upon arrival - de-planing took an eternity. We had a large group of teen band members traveling - who had scattered their instruments in overheads all around the plane. So anyone that was behind them had to wait until they figured out where all their stuff was stowed. OK - not necessarily LOT's fault - but again - a little thought and some hand's on guidance by the crew would have made it easier for the other passengers to get off the plane quicker after a 9 1/2 hour flight..."

Positiv: "The flight was good. Budapest is an easy enough airport to deal with though why LOT only has one desk available at check in for economy passengers is questionable. The second desk for important passengers did become available when there was no one in line there, but still. Flight crew, staff were all helpful and approachable. Captain gave passengers relevant information and cabin crew did the same. The Flight was problem free no turbulence no delays just well run and well organized."

Somewhat there has to be a better way to manage this and make the experience safer and more comfortable to everybody. For instance, just enforcing to stay in line and organizing the lines would have saved everybody a lot of time and effort."

At one instance I was locked in the washroom as the door was not opening from inside, until I had to call the attendant. Entertainment options were limited. Food was below average. In one of my meals I got opened and melted butter. Cabin crew was not responding to the calls when I needed water. I finally got it after ringing 4 bells and 45 minutes. Overall, a terrible experience and would not choose to fly with Ethiopian again."

I flew a different airline to my destination, and they didn't feed us at all! It was terrible! Ethiopian was much better!"
Negativ: "The food wasn't very good (but most airline food isn't), the flight attendants didn't seem to be working much of the flight, just hanging out with each other (I was seated near them), and I really wish there was more room to get up, move around, and stand. On a 10 hour flight you can't sit the whole time. Wish the seats were a little wider, especially for such long flights."

The LCD displays don't pivot so it's virtually impossible to view the entertainment when the occupant of the seat in front fully reclines ( a somewhat irritating issue on a long flight )"

Negativ: "At Addis airport, they announced first that the trip got cancelled and postponed for another 7 hours. Then while lining up to change my ticket, I overheard people saying that the boarding is starting in 30 minutes and we have to rush to the gate. Then the gate number changed 3 times and the boarding time got delayed few times as well. It was a 5 stars chaos that trip!"

I think it's important that they respond more promptly and do a quick service considering the long flight we have."

Again lack of food, forced to take whatever food they give you or you're told sorry, how can one side serve only fish while the other side chicken??? Our row of seats did not have volume on the tv monitors hence could not use!"

Negativ: "I tried to cancel the flight one day prior - but impossible to reach any one at Air China despite phone calls to multiple Air China hotline numbers found on the Internet. Calling the agency Lastminute.com that had sold the ticket was not helpful either - they stated that they had no control over the ticket in the last 24h prior to departure and were unable to provide any assistance and no information how to activate the insurance purchased prior. Very dissatisfying experience. I take over 50 flights a year - worst assistance experience ever."

Leider habe ich dadurch meinen Anschlußflug in Peking verpasst und wurde erneut umgebucht und habe dann über einen Umweg nach Zürich mein entgültiges Ziel erreicht."
