Negativ: "Flight was initally delayed 1 1/2 hours to depart at 1:00am it happens. Upon boarding, I noticed the planes legroom was close to none. Within 10 minutes of being on the plane the power shut off, lights out, air flow cut off. Lights turn back on although air doesn't and the captain re assures 10-15 minutes. 2 1/2 hours yes 2 1/2 hours later he says 10-15 minutes again and says the same skit explaining they fixed the problem. Plane turned off again. At this time it was close to 5am and I chose to take my carry on and head towards the front of the plane. The captain has no answers for the alarmed passengers, in which all they could say is if we step off tge plane we choose to leave the flight. Almost in the tone of a threat. We were all fewring our safety for the 9 hour trek over the pacifac ocean. After going back and forth for about 45 mins they finally said if you dont feel comfortable follow me and we will try and locate later flights for you all. 60 of us left the plane and ultimately got flights 12-24 hours later. Horrible experience, horrible communication, no appologies, and on top of that they did not send my bag with the correcr plane, in which I had recieved it 4 days later. My replacement flight wqs on EVA air. Much better airline in which I will never travel with China Airlines ever again."

Ich hatte eigentlich das Niveau eines Linienflugs erwartet. Bekommen habe ich aber Billigflieger- Niveau. Das man für die Bordverpflegung zahlen muss, ist schon schräg. Das Stille Wasser und die 20g Schokoladentafel kann sich Lufthansa dann auch noch sparen, um den Gewinn richtig zu maximieren😡. Da kann man auch gleich mit Ryanair, easyJet oder sonst einem Billigflieger reisen.
Wie beim Hinflug auch beim Rückflug Verspätung von fast einer Stunde. Auf Nachfrage zunächst keine Informationen und unfreundliche Antworten. 50 Minuten im Flieger warten müssen bevor der Start erfolgte. Erst auf Nachfrage gab es zur Überbrückung ein Wasser. Schade, dass man als Gast immer darauf Selbstverständlichkeiten aufmerksam machen muss. Dabei möchte LH angeblich immer ein Wohlgefühl an Board vermitteln. Das behaupten sie zumindest immer in der Durchsage. Enttäuschend.
Already submitted a review for my flight prior to this from Athens to Frankfurt. Very disappointed with this leg of our trip with Lufthansa since the journey TO Athens the week prior was so much better: Lufthansa changed traveller requirements without email updates during our trip and then somehow expected us to know how to adequately prepare. They also made me pay for checked bags when my booking already included a checked bag for my partner and myself... an extra $120 charge that I didn't have time to dispute in the moment, as my partner and I had to race to fulfill Lufthansa's new "all passengers MUST be covid tested" requirement within a slim time frame or risk missing our flight (in spite of arriving at the airport 2 hours early). We even tried calling Lufthansa the day prior since we were having difficulty with online check-in and there was no way to speak directly to an employee. Only voicemail or a chatbot at the website (you can imagine how helpful that was in resolving our inquiries...)
Auf die Frage in der Business Class, ob es ein bisschen wärmer gemacht werden könnte, da es von unten kalt zieht, nur die lapidare Antwort, das käme wahrscheinlich von der Aussentür und die Temperatur wurde nicht höher gestellt. Also ein Flugzeug, wo es durch die Tür zieht. Na, ja, schlimmer geht's eigentlich kaum noch.
I’ve contacted kayak several times before my flight from frankfurt to the US. It is ridiculous that Lufthansa sells a flight with a 45 minute layover from a connecting flight, I sent email and calls about my concerns and one person got back to me telling me he will see if he can change my flight and he’ll call me back and said that I should be fine to make it since Lufthansa sells that flight. I never got a call back and had to run through the airport and ask to skip in line at passport check to barley make it to my flight. When I know there was easier connection flights

The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..

I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

Fortunately, there was an adjacent empty seat that I moved to on my own initiative and without the flight attendant offering a seat change."
Negativ: "I did not like that i was in the bulkhead and there was not sufficient overhead storage for us. The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."

Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."
