Flight was delayed multiple times
It was so cold on the flight, otherwise okay.
I like it’s a short flight. The seats couldn’t be smaller and I was sitting next to a giant.
Crew was rude, and continued to bang into me as they passed and ram the cart into my seat.
There were no employees checking baggage until 4:30am despite there being several 6am flights. There were people truly worried as I was that I would miss my flight. They should’ve had employees working earlier to accommodate to their schedules.

I followed the baggage allowance explained on kayak website and on Aerolineas Argentinas. I took a bicycle which is free and i pay $100 to packed it as Aerolineas wanted. When I arrived it was a Delta flight and they told they don't allow bicycles and that i had to play $150. Aerolineas website and kayak clearly says that bicycles were free on my flight. I show the agent my ticket and that no where it said delta to consider what he was saying since it is an alliance but i was not informed about it. He said no and after wait there for a while before boarding i kindly ask to speak with a supervisor and the denied it and disappeared. I request a refund of my fee to you for providing incorrect information."

The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

I like/can appreciate the staff ON SITE (airports and in the sky ) are there to help you and try to make it less stressful, they do a wonderful job at it! It's when there are unforeseen issues, or problems that occur that directly affect the passengers and their flight(or flights if the issue originated on their first flight and they have a connecting) then that's where there seem to have issues. The airline does not communicate andfl readily update passengers waiting in the airport, only if you're looking at the app or departure screens would you be aware if it keeps getting pushed another 10 mins, another 10 mins and so on until it's 2 hours delayed. If the first delay of the day for that route was due to a technical issue with the plane and that then is going to cause the rest of the days flights on that route to be delayed until the plane is fixed then shouldn't a different plane be used in the meantime so it doesn't affect the rest of the days flights?!? And they also need better work in terms of baggage claim, my app said it had arrived, I had one bag, got off and immediately went to baggage claim and it had multiple flights listed on it (most of my flight was connecting but there was a few staying here in dc too), and no luggage came in for any of the flights listed for at least a half hour and when they would it would only be 5 bags at a time. After an hour of waiting Syracuse disappeared off the screen and I still didn't have a bag. I went to the counter and it was there just stuck in line with the castaway bags. Just little things done that made a long day even longer
30-45 minutes late departure- no crew!

Positiv: "The price of the flight was competitive which is why we went with American. The aircraft was clean and crew aboard the aircraft were by by courteous and professional."
Negativ: "American Airlines changed our flight times drastically which caused us to have to rearrange our travel plans. The boarding process at St Croix was terribly unorganized and inefficient. The airplane was hot and stuffy with little airflow. They don’t offer any beverages to customers other than first class passengers citing COVID issues. There is no risk if COVID spread through giving each passenger a soda. It is incredibly unfair that first class passengers are served both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in cups but other passengers are not."

It will be difficult for me to want to use British Airways again because of all the flight change notifications we got before traveling and then once we did actual travel."

Overall unsatisfactory. Same seats but no amenities."

Flight delayed. Crew excellent. Airlines are struggling amid shortages of staff. Be prepared to have flights canceled or delayed.
Flights kept changing right up to the day before leaving—-finally requiring two connecting flights instead of one with all of us traveling alone to connect through a different city. The connecting flight changes were scheduled too close to the arriving flight time—-requiring another phone call and extremely long wait times to United. In all, we had to call United 6 times with flight changes THEY made. United and their partner companies (in our case Lufthansa) continually blamed the other provider for the scheduling problems. All flights we took on this trip were delayed. The flight staff was always good. The arrangements for the trip a nightmare.

Negativ: "Ich bin klein und fand es beengend. Das überraschendste war aber das komplett fehlende Unterhaltungsprogramm. Nicht mal ein gemeinschaftlicher Monitor. Dies bei einem 4h Flug. Info über vorhandene Service( entertainment und food ) im Flug wäre wünschenswert."

Then they had to rebook us the next day and our luggage it was sent to Chicago . It was not a good experience at all just very frustrated and we missed a day of vacation"
