Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."
Negativ: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."

People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."

Negativ: "I will not use o recommend to anyone to buy a ticket with the agency, at the airport in China we were treated like criminals because as they said we were not register in the system as passengers it was really a nightmare"

Negativ: "The boarding process was horrible and it involved climbing down steep stairs from the air tunnel to the tarmac to board a bus that took us to a far distance where the plane was parked. Had to new walk in the sweltering heat to the plane can climb up steep stairs in the heat! We were now kept in the plane for another hour with no aircondotion. It was boiling hot in there. We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

Negativ: "We were transported to the plane which was quite some distance to the plane via bus after climbing down steep stairs from the departure gate area. Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

Bordunterhaltung gabs nur in Oben alle 3 bis Sitzreihen einen TV dort konnte man Film schauen, nicht nach eigener Wahl. Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

Oh and yes, the Wifi wouldn't connect and the food was stale ... so I left, and found a very nice sofa in the concourse. On the flight, service was non-existent, whoever was in the galley was clattering things about, despite the fact that this is a short red-eye flight ... the coffee was awful. The steward forgot to give me my coat and I had to ask twice AFTER we landed and were leaving the plane to get it. By contrast, Lufthansa has daybeds and a special quiet area to snooze, and offer pillows and blankets. Clearly, the Germans are louche compared to Americans."

Negativ: "The in-flight entertainment had an annoying habit of pausing frequently to buffer the movie. I tried to pause it purposely to gain buffer, but to no avail. Because of this, I was unable to watch the entire film. I chose the length to be well below the flight time, so the lack of closure was annoying. There are not enough chocolate choices in the snack menu."

Once the flight crew knew we were grounded and not moving, we should have been informed exactly how long we'd be on the ground for, instead of lied to every 15 minutes for two hours straight. Absolutely no compensation or accountability for getting us to our destination much later than projected."
