It was a tiny tooth paste, fair enough but the opening is sealed tight w/o a way to easily pry open. This was a total bad idea of packaging. Flight tips were also good idea and informational."

The seats were cramped and narrow (no side support) Seat cushion has been stripped down to bare minimum, so effectively you may not feel much of a cushion. Cramped legroom Seats felt like junk and I had started having leg cramps after few hours. This so disappointing for a premier airline like Qatar. Overall a very uncomfortable ride."

Haven’t flown yet. Delayed by 24 hours and stuck in ATL. Monetary loss of over $800 due to loss of work, alternate travel, lodging, etc. all this could have been avoided by ONE SINGLE FLIGHT ATTENDANT arriving to work ON TIME. NEVER FLY DELTA.

So uncomfortable, no food. And one of the flight attendants was rude.

Very smooth and easy checking in and nice crews and great roomy seat.

Paying extra for comfort plus was not worth it. Our seats had walls between them instead of arm rests that could move which did not make it comfortable for our wide bodies.

Only reason I did bad on food and entertainment was because flight was a short flight.

Negativ: "American switched pilots last minute, so all passengers sat waiting in our cramped seats for about 15 minutes while pilots got situated in the cockpit. Then it was discovered a preflight mechanical check hadn't been done. So we all sat for another HOUR waiting for the mechanics to arrive and do their work. The flight attendants were unpleasant and rude."

Negativ: "Takeoff was delayed about 35 minutes just due to traffic on the runway. Out of all the flights on our international trip, the only issues we experienced were with American airports. You would think an issue like this would be readily solved by foreplanning, but instead we sat on the tarmac just waiting for our turn to take off. Some form of entertainment on the plane would've been nice. Or at least a place to charge electronics. Our bags arrived at our destination before we did, and although I immediately received a text alerting me to this fact, I was dismayed to find out they were in an entirely different terminal of the DFW airport. After 24 hours of travel and very little sleep, instead of just walking off the plane and retrieving our bags, our group of 20 weary souls had to first determine where our luggage was, catch a bus to a different terminal ( because of the size of our group we couldn't all fit on the first bus, so had to wait for the second bus), and then track down our bags. American Airlines did absolutely nothing to help make this experience any easier for us. Five of our party were in wheelchairs due to various levels of exhaustion or ailment, and all we were told is "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do." This little adventure delayed us about an hour."
Negativ: "The bathroom supplies were not replenished. In fact, the facial tissue was empty at beginning of flight. When the toilet paper ran out, I finally informed the attendant and they fixed everything. It seems that checking on that stuff was not part of their routine."

American should have had an English speaking greater to tell me about the Aer LIngus switch. Took me 3 hours to figure it out on my own, go through security twice and barely make the flight to Dublin."

The food could be better

The flight overall wasn't bad, but there were some earphones left in the seat back in front of me that made me go "eww." I also couldn't get the attendant to bring me a pair of earphones or show me where to plug in to watch movies or TV. There was also a bottle of water rolling on the floor, but that could have been dropped by a passenger on this flight. Overall, I had a "meh" experience.

Negativ: "United's flight was delayed by 6 hours, couldn't make the connecting flight from Washington DC to Denver so they routed me to san francisco, spend the night at the airport there and then travel to Denver in the morning. Fortunately there was a very helpful crew in Schiphol that was able to get us on a flight with american airlines to philadelphia and then on to Denver."
Positiv: "The staff was courteous and efficient. The entertainment selections were diverse. The seating was adequate for a long haul flight."
Negativ: "The check-in process took 50 minutes at the counter as the staff told me that I needed a visa for China (transit) while that info was incorrect. I had to deal with online customer service while the person at the counter couldn’t help. It finally took 3 people at the counter to send me away. Once on the plane for a 14+ hour flight, I couldn’t use the bathrooms freely as they were filthy. The staff obviously didn’t maintain the bathrooms during the entire flight. The food served made me wish that I had bought take-out food for 3-meals prior to my boarding. the quantity of food was inadequate for the long flight as well. 1 extra snack would have been appreciated. I will likely book my future trans-Pacific flights with another airline."
