Coming back to Newark the gentleman behind my boyfriend made a comment how he didn't have room due to his seat being reclined. The passenger next to us was arguing with the passenger in front of her because she didn't want that person to recline their seat back. I have never experienced such rude people on a flight and I realize this is beyond your control. It made for a very uncomfortable and stressful flight. Maybe signs can be posted or a message when booking your flight that ALL passengers have a right to recline seats and if space is an issue for your comfort then upgrade to business class for more room."

I asked again several minutes later after I hadnt heard or seen my name on screen, and they rushed me onto the last seat on the plane right before doors closed. I dont think I should have been dismissed so quickly and probably wouldnt have made it on the plane if I wasn't persistent I wish Delta offered better flight snacks in general. Pretzels and peanuts are disappointing. If not, then maybe offer snacks for purchase (on all flights). This was a 2.5 hour flight and they had nothing. I was starving. (Jetblue Southwest Virgin do a better job w food)."

There was one helpful steward on the lax frankfurt flight but the rest of the staff was not helpful."

We were forced to purchase new tickets, the cost was $2,500, we had to stay overnight in a nearby hotel, the cost was $220. We are returning one day later than planned all because we could not reach you."
Negativ: "My video player did not work properly for the whole 11.5hrs of flight from Munich to LA. It was extremely tough to get it to play a movie. I am not blaming the crew, but their only suggestion was to restart it... Which I did... several times... but the player had a life of its own. Eventually I found a way to be able to get to a movie and get it to play, but it was not easy. I wish that there would be an extra player that could be provided as a replacement... Thank you."

We were the last to board and all very stressed out. The staff seemed not to care the least in our troubles."
