The travel experience was good. Looking forward traveling again with Singapore Airlines.
The crew was very courteous and helpful, great experience!
I have guitar when I fly, they don’t allow to take the guitar with you on board even the bins was empty
Pandemic policy: airlines need to have currently update on the website for clearly requirements for Covid 19 certificate in hours , example form.
There was difficulty with my connecting flight due to inconsistent COVID regulations. I was almost not allowed on, despite fulfilling all my requirements for my destination country. I was over-billed by Alaska Airlines for my luggage as well.
A to Z on this flight was just great!
Well, I didn’t like much. The staff didn’t have any beverages except for coffee and water and they never came by. The food just sucked. There was no entertainment at all.

Airline also forces you to take out your headphones from the TV set almost 20 minutes before arriving for some odd reason. And on my flight we had a two hour delay on the tarmac."

Positiv: "Eva air is all about comfort, even if you use economy class. Right on schedule, staff is very accomidating, attentive and professional no matter where in the world you are. Flight meals are delicious... I had the best experiencie in flying with Eva air. Highly recommended."

Please let your staff know they can speak in a normal tone, we understood every single person on our trip."

Choosing Indigo was the worst thing that I did for an international connection. The staff is not at all helpful and they had 2 hours delay leading to issues with my connecting flight in Doha. Baggage didn’t arrive in my final destination. Total chaos and food was terrible. Will never fly indigo again unless I have to.

Even though, meals were preselected, the airlines could not provide them , saying they didn’t have enough stock. The main meal in Doha to IAD sector was delayed. Other than those issues, everything was great.
Horrible Airline. They kept me in Lagos for 2 days after I was scheduled to fly. Reason, flight has been overbooked. I am never using this airline again.
Everything was up to date. Their is no issue. We expect your airline will be one of the best. Try to have more flights to different destinations. It will pay you more for your success.

Originally my booking was from Benazir International Airport Islamabad but on the day of flight when I went to that airport , it was totally closed for operations and flights. And I asked people in the street e.g taxi drivers etc which airport my flight could be from. They told me that a new airport in Islamabad had become operational and my flight could be from the newer airport. I went to the new airport but I was late for boarding because my time was wasted in going first to the Benazir International Airport and then rerouting to the new airport. Fortunately the fight from Islamabad to Qatar was delayed and I was able to make it to the boarding and flew from Islamabad to Doha."

Die First Class von Emirates ist sagenhaft. Kann ich nur schwerstens weiterempfehlen. Die Kabinen, Toiletten/Duschen, das Personal, Essen und Onboard-Unterhaltung wird man nur schwer toppen können.

Negativ: "Der Stecker unseres inflight Entertainments hatte einen Wackelkontakt. Auf Nachfrage knnten wir unseren Platz aber problemlos wechseln, dann funktionierte alles."

Negativ: "Being seated 5 rows and a bulk head away from my wife. Configuration of Two class A380 business class is at the back of the plane with all that increased movement and you have to wait for economy to exit before you can get off. Your diluting the benefits guys for economy profits."
Negativ: "Boarding: by bus at BKK on a Boeing 777, not as expected with emirates, gate was set as “G1A”, we read this as Gate 1A, but needed to run from A1 all the way to G1, got late on the bus. Food: Chicken with peppers average, no good taste Drinks: had to broken cups, one on the top (changed that), one at the bottom with a hole in it. Red wine spilled all over my trousers and pullover. Shit happens, but (a) what about the quality of the goods and (b) how does the crew handle this? Crew/Service: Generally friendly, but the guy who served the red wine had no clue how to handle this: 1. Red wine on cloth is bad to clean 2. After I complained about a possible problem with cleaning and the possibility that the stain would stay, no reaction, only sortiere and the Recommendation from him was to use soda water which was actually not at hand and took him more then 10min to bring it. 3. I requested for the supervisor. She was very friendly and took my email address to write a report on this. I am now waiting for reaction and possible refund for cleaning or more. Another drink was offered but that was all until now. So I am curious about the reaction from Emirates. Overall it seemed like Emirates has a bad standing in BKK: - Bus boarding on B777 - No clear information about gate - Bad quality of material (cups) - For Emirates under average food quality Additional remark: The following connection flight from DXB to DUS, was very good, overall quality as expected from Emirates, food and staff was very good. So the above review from BKK -> DXB might have been an exception."

Es hat mehr wie 12 Stunden und vielen Fehlinformationen gedauert, bis wir über unseren Weiterflug informiert wurden! Bei Problemen ist die Staff endlos überfordert"

Kein Business Class Boarding, Flug verspätet. Und er wäre noch verspäteter gewesen, hätte die Crew nicht nach 10 Minuten warten entschieden, die Kabine selber zu säubern. Dafür gab es einen tosenden Applaus. Sitzabstand in der Business Class der SWISS besser als bei der LH.
1 Stunde Verspätung aufgrund fehlendem Personal beim Flughafen HAM

Trotz Reisechaos überall waren alle freundlich und hilfreich. Flug ist rechtzeitig angekommen und Gepäck auch.

Die Pünktlichkeit bei Swiss lässt zu wünschen übrig. Jede Woche mindestens 45 Minuten bis zu zu 105 Minuten Verspätung sind ein absolutes NoGo!
