Major mistake in rescheduling causing us to miss flight
Missed flight because flight was delayed from Grand Rapids
On time even early. Excellent flight.
Negativ: "Need display screens for entertainment."
Positiv: "Nice clean plane and every other seat being open is very reassuring."
Positiv: "Everything was amazing"
Negativ: "Nothing really."
Positiv: "Crew was night seat sucked plane was cramped"
Negativ: "Temperature of cabin was too cold. My feet were icy."
Positiv: "Crew was good. No economy seat is super comfortable. (Why would you even ask that?)"
Negativ: "Be on time. Not keep changing/delaying the border time. Not change my seat. (Plane was far from full.)"
Positiv: "Good variety and quality meals during the flight as well as a super array of entertainment"
Negativ: "The seats lack cushion so a 7 hour flight gets quite painfully after a while"
Positiv: "Crew. Alcohol and water bottles. Food. Entertainment. Comfort"

Negativ: "Ich hatte für meine Mutter und mich das Ticket zusammen gebucht jedoch haben wir keine Sitze nebeneinander bekommen. Nicht schlimm aber schon ärgerlich wenn das nicht von der Airline aus klappt und die Leute nicht Sitze tauschen wollen"

Negativ: "Business class seats were short whdn lay flat. Metal footrest at the end made it uncomfortable to hang feet off the end. Little privacy"

Negativ: "LATE DEPARTURE, LATE ARRIVAL IN ATLANTA. Good thing I brought some snacks. My seat was changed to the window (I hated it) instead of aisle as I pickedbefore when I checked in in Amsterdam. I should buy Virgin Air ticket for my round trip ATL-Ams vv, saved me about $250, if I knew it would be late"
Positiv: "The flight attendants were terrific. The food was marginal in business class"
Negativ: "Wir hatten uns für den teureren Direktflug entschieden - dieser wurde zweimal geändert, letztendlich hatten wir einen Stop in Orlando und sind viel früher losgeflogen als ursprünglich geplant - was zur Folge hatte, dass die Kids quasi nicht geschlafen haben weil wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen und zu allem Überfluss wurden unsere Sitzplätze geändert - in die Reihe vor dem Notausgang, an der sich nicht mal die Lehne zurückstellen lässt... also extrem wenig Platz wenn der Vordermann seine zurückstellt..."

Negativ: "Nothing. Really."
Negativ: "The connecting flight from Atlanta to NY was rescheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes later, boarding for the delayed flight started late, closed doors were another 20 minutes late, spend another hour or so waiting for confirmations, during which no AC is on because of a malfunction on the plane with the electricity unit. Due to rough air conditions, no in-flight service, or very limited one - and all of those are fine by me, and not the airlines' fault at all. But then, during all these unexpected conditions, I can't even use the in flight entertainment system as i use Bluetooth earphones, and to get earphones I have to buy them for 2$. To earn excellent service, inspite of all the delays, AC malfunction and unpleasantness all you had to do was give those 2$ earphones for free. I have another flight with SkyTeam coming up and I do hope it won't be as unpleasant as it is a much longer flight."
Positiv: "Alle Flüge pünktlich, nettes Personal an Board, Essen gut, gerne wieder"
Positiv: "Good price, good boarding and arriving, friendly and quick crew, LOTS of fluids. Restrooms cleaned frequently!! Great legroom."
Negativ: "Seat bottom cushion was to hard. Food should have an Asian option, the touch panel display of entertainment system worked very slow and poorly, was hard to navigate."
Positiv: "Pleasant flight, plenty of entertainment on a long flight."
Negativ: "Delayed our flight, had to buy another hotel night to accommodate and restructure our schedule, but it was pleasant other than that."
Positiv: "Excellent Service."

Negativ: "You delayed my flight . Missed my connection and got.stuck at the airport for 6 hours . Now I have to miss work tomorrow"

Negativ: "This was an older, smaller plane and it had more leg room. Appears I’ll have to start checking Delta to see what birds flying the leg."

Positiv: "I liked the check-in kiosk, but only because I had no bags to check. I liked being able to choose my own seat. I liked that the flight was uneventful. I liked the staff at all stages, they were friendly and helpful."
Negativ: "They made me shove my purse into my knapsack to fit within their two bag policy. That's a first for me. My Delta flight did not do that."
Positiv: "Getting home in one piece"
Negativ: "Why do airlines schedule 2 flights for the exact same time in the exact same gate? Just to watch passengers squeeze in like cattle??"
Positiv: "Der Flug fand immerhin statt"
Negativ: "Der Flug startete mit 4 Stunden Verspätung, die sich im halbstündige m Rhythmus ohne Angabe von Gründen aufbauten. Erst nach massiven Beschwerden mehrerer Kunden gab es schließlich ein Fläschchen Wasser."
Negativ: "Langes warten für fliegen , Kamikaze Check in,"
Positiv: "Freundliche Service"

Positiv: "When deplaning in Denver, I was impressed that the captain was the staff who got behind my wheelchair and offered to push me up the walkway :)... New aircraft, kind staff, shorty flight!"
Negativ: "Nothing disappointed, butt i didn't have any good besides pretzels."
Negativ: "Never made it on this flight and in the end my luggage was lost."
