Couldn't change passenger, had to ignore this flight and lost 500€. Never Kayak again!

Ich hatte eigentlich das Niveau eines Linienflugs erwartet. Bekommen habe ich aber Billigflieger- Niveau. Das man für die Bordverpflegung zahlen muss, ist schon schräg. Das Stille Wasser und die 20g Schokoladentafel kann sich Lufthansa dann auch noch sparen, um den Gewinn richtig zu maximieren😡. Da kann man auch gleich mit Ryanair, easyJet oder sonst einem Billigflieger reisen.

Only reason I did bad on food and entertainment was because flight was a short flight.

I’ve contacted kayak several times before my flight from frankfurt to the US. It is ridiculous that Lufthansa sells a flight with a 45 minute layover from a connecting flight, I sent email and calls about my concerns and one person got back to me telling me he will see if he can change my flight and he’ll call me back and said that I should be fine to make it since Lufthansa sells that flight. I never got a call back and had to run through the airport and ask to skip in line at passport check to barley make it to my flight. When I know there was easier connection flights

Inwouldnt change anything on short flights within EU

This flight was nearly empty so there was plenty of room and no problems. Everything on time or early.

Gestartet ist die Maschiene dann um 22:05 Uhr. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht, das Bodenpersonal schloss bis zuletzt keine Annulierung aus."

When boarding started, it was like refugees rushing to a life boat. Everyone was rushing to the front. Only one KLM staff standing there saying "... now is this group, yours is next,,,, we will call it out...." While he stopped some travelers, he did allowed some others passed without even checking their ticket. They have all the digital gears, and the screens to show the current boarding sequences, why don't they just use that. For some of us that did not have a excellent hearing, it was hard not trying to get closer to understanding what is going on.

Check-in Zürich: Rollstuhl war angemeldet, aber selbst auf Nachfrage fühlte sich niemand zuständig. Erst am Gate kam Unterstützung, aber da war es ja auch unvermeidlich (!?) Helsinki und Tromsö war vorbildlich!

Total rip off. Does basic economy mean you pay for the ticket but no guarantee you will fly????

Typischer inner-europäischer flug. Frühstück in der Business Class sehr rudimentär

Wir flogen Business Class Langstrecke auf dem A350. Das Bett ist etwas kurz und geht sehr spitz an den Füßen zu. Die bestellte Obstplatte war schwach.

Ich habe auch mein Ticket (79 Euro ) mit der dB für eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 19 Euro tauschen können .. und die was nicht schuld und hat einen schlechten Ruf ;) gerne flexibler werden wenn Flexibilität von Passagieren erwartet wird . I thought I had bought my ticket thru delta and turns out is was with aeromexico, delta has no weight limit on carry on luggage and aeromexico does, i received an email from delta airlines for me to check in so i look at their luggage policy on carry on and when i arrived at the airport i had to go to aeromexico counter to check in one luggage and turns out i also had to pay for my carry on luggage becouse it exceded aeromexico carry on weight policy which i didn’t fully agree but ended up paying anyways"

After several hours of bag retrieval, having to buy a new full price ticket, having my cards declined due to the price and circumstances, having to go through 2+ wrong directions for each step of the process, determining that maybe one employee in five could speak even minimal English in an international airport, I finally got on a Delta flight. In sum, won't be flying on Aeromexico in future."
