Negativ: "The connection time of flights needs to be adjusted. I had to fly from Dubrovnik to Zagreb with a connecting flight to Frankfurt. I missed my fight to Frankfurt due to the line being so long at the passport screening area. There's nobody at the airport to help you and they were rude!"

Negativ: "The boarding began with delay. The boarding call eas absent or hard to hear anyway. The boarding sign was on two places simultaneously, with vision obscured by the in-building wall pillar. Most passengers were sitting in the waiting area expecting the boarding call to be announced on that obvious gate, while they started boarding on another gate around the corner. And it was not Croatia Airlines staff, but some airport personnel. Before landing, flight attendants let some passenger have luggage on the floor in front of the seat in the exit row, which does nit comply with the safety standards. Likewise, some passengers were already using cellular signal before landing, which is another lack of precaution. It us true that flight attendants cannot see whether each and every passenger obeys safety measures, but they should better pass through the aisle and check it rather than grabbing their own seat so early, eapecially when the flight was only half-booked."
Positiv: "The flight was OK but we were mislead by your advertising which clearly stated that one checked bag was included with each ticket. When we arrived to check in we were told that was incorrect and we would need to pay for any checked bags."
Negativ: "The false advertising is illegal in most countries but apparently not here."

Negativ: "Check in was very late. Made making the plane a close call. Supposedly check in should start 2 hours ahead of flight. The baggage drop was not available until 1 hour before the flight. According to the rules baggage must be dropped 1 hour before the flight, but the counter was not open. I asked an employee what the issue was and received no meaningful answer.. I made the effort to prepay the baggage fees. Good thing or we would have missed the flight. Will never fly Croatian again"

Negativ: "But did not include the baggage charge. We were required to go upstairs and find the AER desk, which was difficult to find. Then stood in line while one person, who was very slow, was responsible for helping 10 people. The process was very slow. If you paid cash the cost was 40 per bag plus 8 for use of a credit card. Don't understand why the baggage fee can't be paid at the check-in counter. Will not fly CRO again."

Negativ: "They had a cancelled flight try to make me take a bus to my final destination. So finally they booked us a flight next day in evening we didn’t received any vouchers or hotel room from the airline and nobody had a answer on why was flight cancelled. I had to pay for all my hotel stay and travels from airport to hotel."

Negativ: "I continue from Zagreb to Wiena and we should go again through security check :( there was long quene and very precisious guards so i came to gate 5 minutes before boarding ends. Funniest thing on that way - we use same plane as I left 40 minutes ago"

Negativ: "they overbooked the flight, and so my brother was almost separated from my friend and me"

Negativ: "the flight completley canceled from Vienna. i am going to frankfurt to san fransisco, then to los angeles. so another 10 hours was added to my flight tip. Ridiculous!!!"

Positiv: "The flight crew was friendly and on point. That's about the end of anything positive."
Negativ: "Our flight to Dubrovnik was diverted to Split due to weather. That's fine, not in control of the airline, but how they handled the situation was miserable. First of all, nearly half of the luggage for the plane was left in Venice. This is a tiny plane with less than 100 people. It's not that difficult to recognize when there is luggage missing. Then, upon arriving and recognizing the luggage wasn't there, we were basically told, "don't worry about it." What? I'm 6,000 miles from home with no clothes and they don't even know where the luggage is at that time! The airline coordinated a bus to Dubrovnik from Split. It's about a 3.5 hour drive and left around midnight. No consideration of how some people might not be able to check into lodging at that time, no compensation for a hotel for the night, and they barely gave us any time to figure out what was happening to make sure getting on the bus was the right decision. The bus driver tried to leave without two of our party because they were *taking too long at the lost luggage desk to report the luggage the airline lost* ! I had to stand in the doorway of the bus to keep him there. The day after finally getting to our destination, I tried to call customer service to check on the luggage situation. THREE times I was asked to hold while they got someone else and was immediately hung up on. I only finally received contact from someone by email two days later. The airline did deliver the luggage to the hotel, finally, but they delivered it to the WRONG hotel and I had to Uber there and back to get it. All-in-all a 1.5 hour cheap flight turned into a 7 hour travel day and cost hundreds of euros more than it was supposed to. Horrible experience."

Positiv: "I was pleased that the crew was willing to delay the flight so passengers from an incoming flight could get to their destination."

Negativ: "I don't mind the fact we had to go outside and take stairs, and upon arrival, a shuttle bus. But for disabled people, this could be difficult. Ask for accommodations ahead of time."
Negativ: "The extra time involved at Istanbul and Chicago airports to seperately check in my Kindle."
Positiv: "Stewardesses all very helpful and accommodating"
Negativ: "When I asked the steward to tell the person in front of me to bring her seat to an upright position for the meal, he suggested I do it my self. Very rude."
Positiv: "Wonderful flight, I loved the coffee and yogurt. It was very comfortable."
