Scoot doesn't have Business class which is fine . I was pleasantly surprised with my little care package given to me during the flight which I assumed is because I had flown in with Singapore Business and this is part of the offering instead of me buying my own food. Pretty good experience overall for budget airline.

The mother of two was upset that she was separated with her two little girls. I feel bad with the two little girls that their mom was sitting behind us. So, I decided to move where the mom was so that the mom and two little girls could sit together and the mom was very happy and Blessed."

Economy seats are smaller compared to other long haul international flights. Entertainment was awful. No digital monitors, bad audio ( no good ear phones) and worst of all most of the movies don’t have subtitles ( image you watching with poor quality headphones with noise from flight .

Among all the international travels, I think Cathay was the best followed by Emirates. Qatar seems to be at the bottom of the list in my experience. They did not even have a strategy to house long layover guests and also would not grant visas. Still using Covid excuse, as if their country is so clear and clean of the pandemic.

Then told that we won't be getting on until 7am the next day, but only really started boarding at 8:30am. By the time we were told about the reschedule to the next morning, it was too late to get a hotel room (too far away) and was told that I could use a 'Quiet Lounge' at the airport (which wasn't quiet). While waiting to board at 7am the next day, ground staff told us that they had to change the plane so there would be a further delay. On boarding, we discovered that it was the SAME PLANE."

Die First Class von Emirates ist sagenhaft. Kann ich nur schwerstens weiterempfehlen. Die Kabinen, Toiletten/Duschen, das Personal, Essen und Onboard-Unterhaltung wird man nur schwer toppen können.

Overall it seemed like Emirates has a bad standing in BKK: - Bus boarding on B777 - No clear information about gate - Bad quality of material (cups) - For Emirates under average food quality Additional remark: The following connection flight from DXB to DUS, was very good, overall quality as expected from Emirates, food and staff was very good. So the above review from BKK -> DXB might have been an exception."

Kein Business Class Boarding, Flug verspätet. Und er wäre noch verspäteter gewesen, hätte die Crew nicht nach 10 Minuten warten entschieden, die Kabine selber zu säubern. Dafür gab es einen tosenden Applaus. Sitzabstand in der Business Class der SWISS besser als bei der LH.

Rechtzeitig angekommen. Gepäck sind angekommen.

The fact that I had to pay an extra $75 to check-in my luggage was extremely disappointing as I purchased an Economy ticket online and was told that I had an Economy "light" ticket instead. This was the case when departing from Newark to Rome at the start of my trip- they required an extra $75 for that flight as well in order to check my bag. For $1,259.97 I did NOT purchase a "light" ticket as I knew I would need to check my suitcase. I expect a reimbursement of $150 for my extra cost. I'm flew Swiss for the first time and like it

Da ich praktisch den ganzen Flug durchgeschlafen habe kann ich nicht viel dazu sagen 😁

Die neue Boardverpflegung von Swiss Economy ist echt hervorragend: frisch, geschmackvoll, schön präsentiert und erst noch sehr preiswert.

Die Pünktlichkeit bei Swiss lässt zu wünschen übrig. Jede Woche mindestens 45 Minuten bis zu zu 105 Minuten Verspätung sind ein absolutes NoGo!
