Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"

Getränke gab es auch fast nur zu den Mahlzeiten. Durst! Service war wenig aufmerksam. Der A380 sah schon etwas ramschig aus und das IFE war älterer Generation. Zudem sehr viel Werbung vor Filmen. Irgendwann fing eine roten Flüsssigkeit an, auf uns zu tropfen. Wein. Die Aufmerksamkeit der Crew hierfür zu erhalten war schwierig. Schließlich fanden sie die Ursache (zerbrochene Weinflasche in Business auf dem Oberdeck) und setzten uns um. Schwach. Wir werden Emirates in Zukunft möglichst meiden."

Negativ: "Unser Flug hatte 6 Stunden Verspätung. Morgens um 04:00 Uhr durften wir zwei Stunden Schlange stehen, um einzuchecken und einen neuen Anschluss zu bekommen. Wir konnten aber keinen alternativen Zielflughafen wählen. Das wäre vielleicht in DXB möglich gewesen. Nicht in HKG. Abflugzeit war plötzlich ca. 30 Minuten früher, als man uns am Vorabend gesagt hatte. Also zum Gate gehetzt, nachdem Checkin endlich absolviert war - und dann doch noch eine weitere Stunde Verspätung gehabt. Im Flug Nachtcatering für Tagflug - zuerst Frühstück, später ein leichtes Mittagessen (ursprünglich Mitternachtssnack). Das hätte man in 6 h umplanen können. Zu schlechter Letzt gab es kaum Getränkeservice und die Crew schien die meiste Zeit schwatzend hinter geschlossenen Vorhängen in der Galley zu verbringen. Schon recht unprofessionell."

Personal items are limited to only Business and First Class passengers. Also, they were extremely strict about the size of my carry-on. As someone who has been on 20+ flights in this year alone, few of them being budget airlines (which are generally very strict), I had no issues whatsoever with the size of my carry-on until I flew with Emirates."

I don't understand why, after boarding the priority passengers, airline don't board the rest of us from the back of the plane to the front. Doing it the other way makes us stumble across the front seated passengers who are busy stowing their carry-ones. This causes a bottleneck in boarding. Also, there are too many checks on us, which also slows things down. Also, Emirates advertises: one carry-on item of less than 15 pounds. On this flight I would say that at least 75% of the passengers violated this with large and multiple carry-ons. This is unfair to those of us who try to go by the rules."

The entertainment did not work, which was not anyones fault, but made the flight long and boring..."

Positiv: "Loved the selection of movies. Airplane seats were comfy. Departure and connections were on time."
Negativ: "Flight attendants were very slow to respond to requests and when an old passenger threw up, they didn't offer him help. They just sprayed the area and left the yuck instead of cleaning up immediately, despite my numerous requests. So you can imagine the smell."

Negativ: "A series of about 9 rows of 3 seats each row, had errors in to the monitors that normally you can watch a movie, watch news, or listen to music. Approximately 27 people could not use these monitors affixed in the seat before you. These monitors (screens) control the reading lights, the signal for the stewardess. Flight 33 on 6/30/2017 had 12.3 hours of blankness and the complaints were numerous, but the crew were of no use. I wish this would have happened to business or first class. The crew were horrible."

Then, when trying to resolve the situation, the airline repeatedly gave me the runaround, directing me to talk to various people in person, and on the phone, before finally making clear that they wouldn't rebook me. Why waste my time and give me false hope if they weren't going to do it?"

Negativ: "I've flown Turkish Airlines for years, and in the recent months I've noticed the thing I really loved about them- their service, food and beverages, have gone down. The quality and availability isn't what it was 3 or 4 years ago."

Negativ: "The A/C in the cabin was not working properly and for the first 2 hours was not even working. I had a hard time breathing, I was sweating and felt like I was going to faint. Eventually it worked better, but was on and off during the flight. It was unacceptable to let the plane go with the A/C not working properly. They even tried to blame it on the engines, that they had to work in full to get it going. I've flown hundreds of times and this is the first time I encountered anything like that."

I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Negativ: "When I asked whether the snack was vegan I got the answer "It's a wrap". When I ordered tomato juice I was forgotten and did not get anything. There were no vegan snacks on each of the flight, but I guess that would be too much to wish for ;)"

Negativ: "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy!"

Die 747-400 erscheint mir mittlerweile doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ich empfand sie (vermutlich wars die Klimatisierung?!) als deutlich lauter als den A380"

Negativ: "Konnte nicht angetreten werden, da es ein anschlussflug war, den ich nciht erreichen konnte, da der andere flieger e1,5 stunden verspätung hatte....alles sehr ärgerlich"

Negativ: "der Flug hatte extreme Verspätung und dadurch hätte ich den anschlussflug nicht erreicht. der Mann am schalter hat erst umgebucht, damit ich zumidest zu spät aber doch zum wichtigen geschäftlichen Termin kommen nachdem ich ihn mit nachdruck drum gebeten habe. KEIN SERVICE, EINFACH NUR SCHLECHT UND ÄRGERLICH!"

Negativ: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."

Und da das Weiterflug-Gate direkt in der Nähe war, konnte man den Flieger auch ohne erneute und unnötige Sicherheitskontrolle erreichen. Allerdings gab's auch keine Passkontrolle. Mir sollte es Recht sein."

Es wird schon der Final Call ausgerufen, während die Passagiere alle in der Schlange vor der Abfertigung stehen. Und dann bei strömendem Regen zu Fuss zum Flieger, weil er nicht andoggen kann. Alle nass ins Flugzeug. Aber, das liegt natürlich an der Abfertigung in Birmingham und nicht an KLM."

Positiv: "I ended up getting home with less delay than originally predicted. I guess that's a good thing Also delta customer service was super polite and trying to help when I called"
Negativ: "Delay again... seems to be pretty frequent on KLM flights at least on the ones I flew with in the past 4 years... this time it was 3hours wait due to a technical issue... no alternative flight option and we ended up getting a very old plane as a replacement. In addition people at info terminals are disorganized and not kind at all.."

Negativ: "After status flyers boarded first, general boarding call was for all remaining passengers together! First time in my experience a full wide-body aircraft boarding was not by row. Predictably, the process was slow and chaotic. Last minute switch from a 777 to an older, non-refurbished 747-400. Entertaiment system contents are still great, but the screen is dim and outdated by today's standards. But I would just fill this as luck of the draw."

Positiv: "Most of the flight was good, as I've come to expect from KLM/AF/DL. Entertainment choices were great and most of the staff was very friendly. Fresh brewed coffee in the beverage service was a huge plus!"
Negativ: "I usually fly Air France CDG-BOS and love it. My flight AMS-BOS with KLM/Delta was a disappointment from those experiences. The food was not very good and I'm not a huge fan of planes so old that my seat is a flotation device rather than having a real life jacket. Also part of my checked bag was broken off during transport."

Positiv: "Das Flugpersonal war durchaus freundlich, aber irgendwie nicht besonders engagiert. Es wurde ein Minimumprogramm abgespult. Was soll ich mit dem Brot, wenn das essen vorbei ist. Warum fragt man mich nach der Auswahl, wenn es nur 1 Option gibt (Lunch). Gerade von einer asiatischen Airline erwarte ich hier mehr, auch in 'Economy'. Die Sitze waren sehr eng."

Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good."

Negativ: "Sitting in the middle two seats in the center of the 777 left me stuck for most of the flight. Got up only once. Wife's feet and ankles were swollen by the end of the flight. Not enough legroom to move much during the flight and not enough aisle space to get around with the plane so full. Have made flights twice as long on the 747 and were able to get up and walk."

Positiv: "I am a 70 year old woman with reduced mobility. The flight attendants made sure that I was given an aisle seat and they helped me find a seat with two empty ones next to me. The crew could not have been kinder."

Negativ: "Wir waren über den älteren Zustand der Flugzeuge enttäuscht.Die gesamte Innenausstattung war sehr unmodern und alt,teilweise sogar abgenutzt und schmutzig..für eine staatliche Gesellschaft hätten wir eher Lufthansa Standard erwartet..ausserdem war dieser Flug kein Business sondern Economy mit einem frei gelassenem Sitzplatz.."

Positiv: "I liked that there was a bit more space, larger seats and only two seats (instead of 3) along both sides of the plane. The blankets and pillows were nicer than economy, and the service was impeccable, friendly and attentive. The cabin was quiet, and I was able to sleep most of the flight ,probably because I was exhausted and it was a night flight."
Negativ: "We paid 370 euros to upgrade and for that amount, I wouldn't do it again. The seat comfort wasn't much better than economy, the food was exactly the same as economy -- terrible, especially because we were flying from Brazil to Paris -- so the only thing you're getting is a bit more space and less people. The movie selection was tired - or at least not my cup of tea."
