Positiv: "Flug bringt dich auf Kurzstrecke von A nach B. Aber ohne Komfort. Crew sehr freundlich aber außer kostenlosen Getränken (alkoholfrei) gibt kaum etwas. WLAN vorhanden. Für 3 Stunden akzeptabel."
Negativ: "Keine Bordunterhaltung, Essen aus der Bentobox nur gegen Bezahlung. Sitze sehr hart und geringe Sitzfläche/Sitzabstand."

Negativ: "1. Missed our flight connection in Chicago because of delayed take-off from Tokyo. We were forced to use another airline and we landed in NYC about 5 hours later. 2. ANA flight attendants were not very well versed in the English language. Very hard to communicate our needs."
Positiv: "ANA's staff were professional and helpful. They will do their very best to accommodate your request within reason, very satisfied how they handled our issue."
Negativ: "We made our reservations through kayak / justfly.com and paid an additional fee to reserve our preferred seating assignment. During check in, our seat reservations were not granted because justfly.com did convey our preferences."
Positiv: "Service Staff Price Professionalism as the ticketing area Great in dealing with children"
Negativ: "The lounge was somehow poor and noisy because of the airport constructions."
Positiv: "The price was cheap ($100 for 2 people), and the service on ANA was great."
Negativ: "Plane was a bit noisy, and it was a little confusing as to when we could board (but it was okay)"

Positiv: "Food was quite good"
Negativ: "the plane was Hot! So hot we couldn't use the blankets. The staff in Tokyo did not want to let me and my twin 11 yr olds board early. We need extra time to be organised and in our seats for a very long flight. If not we block the aisle. And that is without consideration for the fact that my daughter has limited sight so needs my help and it takes time. I was disappointed that they didnt come through the cabin from time to time with snacks as most airlines do on long haul flights."
Positiv: "Staff were friendly from check in to disembark. Food was quite good. Boarded on time and people were accomodating of one another in the entry and exit process."
Negativ: "I was travelling with my twin 11 yr olds one of whom has limited sight. They normally only allow early boarding of young children, but we need extra time as I have 2 children to organise and my daughters sight dictates that i have to assist her. Other passengers were not impressed. I would like the airlines to take the initiative to have all children boarded early as if we board with everyone else, the aisles will be blocked as my children try to get organised."

Negativ: "Food was too smelly. Good quality, but airplane food cannot be smelly or it get really unpleasant inside the cabin. Flight attendant need to learn and practice English. Very difficult to understand."
Positiv: "Friendly staff. English language not too much of an issue. Ample personal space in economy class compared to other carriers."
Negativ: "Asian Vegetarian meal not very good. Seems like whichever company they use to buy the food makes a half hearted effort in their selections for the food tray. If you're going to put a couple small pieces of lettuce and a cherry tomato into an already small container and call it salad, why bother? The rest of the meal wasn't pleasing either. The fruit was nearly frozen it was so cold. The entree had a few different things but still a weird combination of veggies."

Positiv: "On time. Flight attendants don't shy away from helping passengers put their carryons in the cabin compartments. They were there in a split seconf to assist you - ANA flight attendants only. Food was great in ANA airlines. Toilet is clean. Boardinh was orderly."
