Die 737-900 ist sehr eng. Unterhaltung oder Catering ist auf dem kurzem Flug nicht. Pünktlich angekommen, Koffer gab es schnell. Alles gut!
In der Economy erstaunlich viel Platz. Für den kurzen Flug wurde eine A330 benutzt mit zwei Klassen Konfiguration (lie flat in C). Es gab noch nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser, aber sonst war alles tadellos im ausgebuchten Flieger. Viel Platz im Overhead Bin, weil ein Koffer immer gratis dabei ist. Klare Empfehlung!
Korean air has the best in-flight food and entertainment out of all the airlines I’ve been on.

Passengers from another delayed flight gathered around our gate and blocked us from entering boarding our plane. They were demanding that our flight should be canceled and didn’t let us board. Security was present they were taking notes but never intervened. This is the first time I have experience this type of chaos on an airport but from the signs posted, it appears that it may be normal situation and this airport. Didn’t expect I will have to push through a mob to board the air plane."

W's Hotel, then Homy inn North point. The last Hotel was with Japan agent, he said Regal Hong Kong is "fine" but after I booked and paid the Hotel. Then the Japan airlines said "no". They told me the flight will wait for us because there were 20 plus people also need to get on that plane. When the time of boarding we heard they were calling us to the front and explained the flight we were suppose to be connecting already took off. They had to booked us to another airline. We were extremely disappointed! We asked if we could took another Japanese airline but they said our luggages were already transferred to that airline and the tickets were printed! Mosf importantly we have already waited in airport 5 hours and they needed us to wait for another 3 hours! Very bad experience with how they dealing with this situation!"

The hostesses were super friendly always offering some sort of beverage, the food was tasty (Be careful not to drop noodles on yourself like I did, those bad boys left a little mark). The video selection wasn't huge, but it was definitely adequate with good titles. Maybe I haven't noticed this before in other airlines, but they had new toothbrushes (packaged, not someone's forgotten toothbrush) in the restroom so the poor sap next to me didn't have to smell my stinky breath. Finally, they were quick with boarding! They were very punctual and we took off right when we got on, so nice!"

Boarding process could be improved by breaking the process into smaller batches in a organized manner. Discourage passengers from crowding the boarding area. Meals could be improved . Received identical Meal items on both flights - Diabetic

Negativ: "The entertainment selection is a bit weak. Doesn’t bother me as I bring my own entertainment, but may bother some."
Negativ: "Flight attendant made my glass of water and starter fall down. She gave me a dessert extra (!) as a replacement and promised to come and clean it up and to bring a new cover. She never came. Eventually, I asked another attendant who put me in another chair and cleaned up. During the flight, NO water was distributed at all. Normally, this is done every 1-2 hours."

Negativ: "The crew for the SEA-TPE were an unhappy bunch. If you did not speak mandrian to them, they simply ignored you. They were rude and made me feel like I was a second class passenger TPE-KUL KUL-TPE had no entertainment. Just the screen to share in the front of the plane. I wish I knew in advance."

Negativ: "Is there anyway to get the tv screens to be less bright? The guy in front of me had movies playing and I could not sleep because the screen was shining right in my face. The food. ick. Airplane food is bad as it is but this was terrible. I had some pork over rice dish that was grody with an overly sweet dessert cake/pudding concoction. The breakfast congee was ok."

The legroom in comparison to other carriers was amazing. While another carrier may consider it business class legroom the economy class for Qatar was more. The staff and entertainment was proven to be world class as free headsets, blankets, pillows, masks, eye covering, and even ear plugs were provided and all without asking. While the cost was slightly higher it was worth every penny.

It is always a joy to fly this airline. Good arrive, beautiful aircraft.
There was a 7 hours delay and the airline did not arrange any accommodation for an overnight stay at the airport.
Take off and landing the smoothest I have ever experienced,. The crew were awesome and their overall services excellent.

Positiv: "We received friendly attitudes with lots of soft drinks. Upstairs in the airbus was good as my seat was near the emergency door, where I had room for my long legs. I was given aisle seats on both return flights so I could move about more. The meals were lovely. The airbus was good for peace & quiet from crying children."
Negativ: "I had left an expensive style of neck/travel pillow i left in my Perth rental car but wasn’t supported to pick it up. I had to arrange for the car rental firm to post it. We had over 3/4 hr to fly. We were boarding. It’s a shame there wasn’t a quick way of getting my pillow to me without customs bureaucracy. It was a simple mistake. A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times."

Flug nur noch 15°C! -nicht ann alle Kinder wurde etwas zu spielen ausgeteilt. -Kinder bekamen nicht zu erst das Essen - trotz, dass das Flugzeug nicht voll besetzt war, ware nicht alle angebotenen Speisen vorrätig"

Negativ: "1: Nach Boarding wurde der Bus voll geladen mit Menschen fuhr aber nicht sofort zum Flieger. Wir mussten ca 20 Minuten im vollgesteckten Bus warten bis wir aussteigen konnten. 2: Flug hatte wieder spätere Abflugzeit von 30 min. 3: Meiner Meinung nach könnte bei einem verpassten Flug eventuell ein Upgrade in die Business Class erfolgen, wenn man schon Stunden am Flughafen warten muss und viel später als geplant zuhause ankommt."

Recommend hire international famous gourmet chief. Removing casing of my tablet for Qatar security airlines into usa was painful that broke 6 finger nails. Need to warn on the website or ticket security requires remove casing at Doha to usa. Had no issue from USA TO Doha which requires no removal of hard cover casing."
Positiv: "The flight attendants waited for me at the gate since customs was backed up. They saw me running and told me it was ok. On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

Negativ: "I felt that the service was slow and the food was poor. Water was not offered during the flight as is the norm with other airlines. Toilets should be cleaned more regularly. Advertising at the beginning of the inflight entertainment became very repetitive when watching short tv shows."
