Liegt ungünstig, wenn man mit Auto oder Bus an-/Abreist, weil erst der ganze Flughafen umfahren werden muss. 8kg Handgepäcksregelung ist echt nicht zeitgemäß und eine schickane. Mit Laptop, Tablet, Rasierer, Ladekabel und 1x Wechselkleidung knackt man das ganz schnell. Lufthansa Group ist bei manchen Flügen penibler als Ryanair! Es müssen ja keine 23kg sein, aber selbst KLM bietet 12kg."

Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

Delayed

Their business class on this Airbus flight was just Economy seats with the middle seat blocked off with a fixed table. No extra space at all. Food was ok but not worth the extra expense imo.

Am boarding pass hiess es Security wird am Terminal 1 in Wien sein. Leider bin ich den ganzen Weg hingegangen um nachher zu realisieren, dass es dich Terminal 3 war.

Nach 6 Stunden (12.30am bis 630am) im Flieger wurde der Flug abgesagt. Dann ging es erst richtig los: keinerlei Information, kein Support von BA team am Flughafen, stattdessen wurden wir zunächst zu falschem Bereich im Flughafen geführt, nach 25 min waste of time dann Korrektur. Um 7.50am kam dann endlich das Gepäck. Wir mussten dann mit Emirates nach London. BA Kundenservice war nicht verfügbar. Auf refund warte ich noch. Fliege ~50-80x pro Jahr und kann sagen: BA - Worst airline ever.

There was no flight. Flights got cancelled. Kayak or British never informed us. I had to call so many times and wait hours to get to talk to someone. Made my vacation pretty bad. I still havent heard from anybody. No apologies, nothing. Just horrible!

Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Positiv: "Das Boarding und die Durchführung waren super. Das Personal sprach Französisch. Nicht alles wurde auf Englisch wiederholt. Getränke wurden NUR EIN MAL angeboten. Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Negativ: "The return flight to Orlando was just shy of 2 hours delayed. It was delayed 30 minutes prior to boarding. Then we sat on the plane, at the gate for over an hour. The plane was absolutely filthy. There was food on the seats, on the floor, smears on the window. It was disgusting and I could not wait to get if that plane. I will not be choosing air Canada in the future."

Negativ: "When I got to the airport, the attendant notified me that my flight had been exchanged. No one notified me of this and I was still under the impression that my flight was scheduled as my itenerary in my latest email. It took two hours to figure out that United had changed my flight and booked me on a different one. Once again, without notifying me. Thank god they changed my flight to a later one or I would have missed it. By the time we figured out what flight I was on, I had to sprint to a different terminal because check in was closing in 20 mins. I arrived at the check in kiosk with less than 5 mins to spare. The experience was terrible and customer service from each Kayak, United and Air Canada. I also injured my back while sprinting between terminals wearing a heavy backpacking backpack. Would not book through Kayak again."

I expect better from Air Canada. I will not book a long flight on Rouge - or Air Canada again. I am sick of the constant disappointment."

The crew seemed to have trouble responding to things like...people using restrooms late during the descent, passengers making themselves a little too "at home" and thereby disturbing their neighbors, and repeated chimes due to an errant elbow on a call button...the little things. They are things you don't notice when a crew is highly attentive, as you find on Cathay Pacific, Lufthansa, or Air New Zealand. The crew were friendly, but not quite in charge."

Negativ: "The flight attendants weren't very kind. I needed some help to set my carry on luggage in the upper compartment and the male flight attendant just stranded there seeing me struggle."

Negativ: "I was put in overbooking, and was concerned about not being able to get on the flight. Everything worked out fine in the end, but still did not appreciate this. Given the risk of not being able to board, I will likely not use this airline in the future."
Negativ: "No tv but you can use your iPhone/iPad to watch movies but only if you downloaded the app (they only let you know about the app when you're on the plane and you don't have a chance to download it since you don't have Internet), you can rent an iPad for $10 to watch some movies from the '90s. The cabin crew was rude and ignored me when I had a question. Boarding took more than an hour So of course we left late. I would not fly with them again."
