One of my pieces was a pair of light skis (5kg, well below the allowed 20kg) that were apparently too long for normal baggage. It is just another way to extract an extra fee. Seat spacing on Jet Star is dismal. Thankfully it was a short flight"

I have flown over the years with up to 5 children and do know how hard it can be, but it is important to foresee the needs of the child. I wonder of the attendants could have been a little more firm with the mother to ask her not to let the child roam the aisle."

Because I felt quite comfortable, I slept five hours straight during the flight which is phenomenal to me. I will definitely fly with JAL again!"

It was like they had not a clue on how to handle a child and they had nothing to make it drink or suck or distract it. Worst flight in ages.."

While on flight, flight attendants initially refused to serve us food stating that we should've ordered in advance. This was NOT mentioned during booking & clearly stated that food would be served as complimentary as per any International flight. Negativ: "The Entertainment could have some more movies to watch - After 3 movies there was absolutely no other movie that might have been interesting to me. However, after 3 movies you are also supposed to stop so it's not even so bad."

Negativ: "SAS has introduced hand luggage measurement and weighing at checkin, for a maximum of 17.5 lbs or 8 kg. SAS does not care if you have flown on another transatlantic carrier, which allows more than 8 kg. Then you need to start emptying your hand luggage at checkin. The whole checkin process was a big mess, the contract employees eg. at Heathrow do not help much (they probably do not do this to any other airline). SAS staff does not remind you to take your IDs and passport, medications etc. from your hand luggage, which is then checkedin luggage as opposed to hand luggage. It is obvious that transatlantic passengers have more hand luggage than many local passengers."

Positiv: "The salad they served me in SAS Plus had fish in it which I'm allergic too and the stewardess immediately found one that had chicken instead. She also sang a Lullaby song thanking us for flying SAS on landing. Great! :-)"
