The seats on board are for business to small and there is not even space to hag up the coat."

I asked her that I keep my bag because I had medication in there, and she didn't listen to me at all. She just kept repeating that i have to check my bag, and then took my bag from me and gave it to the baggage crew there. I didn't want to make a huge scene because the flight is only 2 hours and I hoped i Could deal without my medication during that time, but I found it incredibly, incredibly rude and awful to not listen to a passenger."

From my bank the payment has been done yet to you. We had have double pay for one trip."

I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Die 747-400 erscheint mir mittlerweile doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ich empfand sie (vermutlich wars die Klimatisierung?!) als deutlich lauter als den A380"

KEIN SERVICE, EINFACH NUR SCHLECHT UND ÄRGERLICH!"

Alle nass ins Flugzeug. Aber, das liegt natürlich an der Abfertigung in Birmingham und nicht an KLM."

We were 50 minutes late leaving. This resulted in many of us either missing or having extremely tight (stressful) connections at CDG Paris."

After receiving our first two bags, the third bag is not not delivered (3 days without our clothes. This is the bag we paid an additional 100.00 for. On the trip over, the entire row of seats did not have the monitors working and the light could not be turned off (bright error screen on the entire 7 hour flight. After being stuck in New York (reasons beyond Delta's control so we are understanding of that) however the Delta airport crew (3 different sources, continued to give us the wrong information resulting in us staying in the airport an additional 2 hours after everyone else had left. Finally went to a 4th person who was able to resolve the issue within 5 minutes. This was the worst flight experience in my entire 50 years on earth. The level of incompetence with some of the Delta airport staff is beyond excusable. Even after our issue was resolved, the worse two of the lot were still giving out wrong information to passengers telling them there were no hotels in ALL OF NEW YORK and they would have to stay in the airport."

Der Flug von FRA nach TXL war dann über eine Stunde verspätet, aber gottseidank war der Hydraulikschaden, der die Maschine einsatzunfähig machte, vor dem Abflug beim Check entdeckt worden, nicht auszudenken, wenn das nicht gecheckt worden wäre. Danach ging es auch zügig und überschaubar weiter."
Negativ: "Was immer doof ist: ich sage beim Check-In, aber auch beim Betreten des Flugzeuges dem/der meinem Platz nächststehenden Purser Bescheid, dass ich sehr schwerhörig bin und mit zwei Geräten unterwegs bin und bei Dingen, die man wissen sollte, eine direkte Ansprache brauche. Beim Flug von SFO nach FRA hat die Stewardess sich das sogar mit Kugelschreiber auf der Hand mit meinem Sitzplatz notiert, aber es hatte leider keine Auswirkungen. Ich würde mich also über Textskripte bei Ansagen auf dem Monitor sehr freuen, ebenso über deutsche Untertitel bei den Filmen. In den Überseemaschinen ist die Übertragung der Ansagen meistens klanglich ok - in den Inlandflügen, so wie von FRA nach TXL war die Lautsprecheransage so verzerrt, dass ich nichts verstanden habe. Wenn dabei wichtige Informationen gewesen wären, hätte ich leider Pech gehabt. Das ist sehr behindertenunfreundlich."

Positiv: "BA couldn't get our boarding passes to work no matter how many times they printed out new ones and we had to land into proper arrivals (though we were in transit in Heathrow) and tell five different groups of staff what was going on, even though it wasn't our problem but their computer glitch. One man at security was even rude to me, telling me not to just stand there. ( I had been told to stand there whilst they went and tried to remedy for the umpteenth time). When I showed him my disabled badge and said I would personally prefer NOT to be left standing for hours, he said 'so?'. It was a nightmare. It took hours and still wasn't sorted and in the end the immigration officers had to be called to the boarding area to allow us on the flight with non functioning boarding cards. It wasn't even our fault. REally upset about it."
