Insbesondere sehr schlechte englische (!) & deutsche Aussprache (abgelesen, aber nicht gut). Dabei gab es Personal, das besser Deutsch konnte, aber die Chefin wohl eher nicht. Gepäckausgabe: einige wenige Koffer kamen innerhalb weniger Minuten, danach dauerte es 15 Min oder länger, ehe der Rest auftauchte. Ein Koffer erlitt einen Sprung, vermutlich durch Wurf/Sturz aus mehr als 1 m Höhe."

I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

Negativ: "The Cancun airport provides a terrible experience for transferring between flights, especially if you need to change from the international terminal to a domestic terminal or vice-versa. There is no way to get between terminals inside security and the free shuttle is slow and overcrowded. Meanwhile, one is forced to run a gauntlet of taxi and shuttle drivers trying to get you to pay them exorbitant fees to drive you to your terminal. Once you finally arrive you discover that there is no dedicated baggage recheck for an international arrival. Just don't buy a ticket that transfers in CUN."

After ruining across the entire length of the MSP concourse I arrived at 9:58 only to be told they already left. Worst communication I've ever seen. Delta should be ashamed."

Ich hatte eigentlich das Niveau eines Linienflugs erwartet. Bekommen habe ich aber Billigflieger- Niveau. Das man für die Bordverpflegung zahlen muss, ist schon schräg. Das Stille Wasser und die 20g Schokoladentafel kann sich Lufthansa dann auch noch sparen, um den Gewinn richtig zu maximieren😡. Da kann man auch gleich mit Ryanair, easyJet oder sonst einem Billigflieger reisen.

At airport HAJ I've heard that's usual that baggage can't arrive in one our! So I didn't understand why this flight was offered by KLM!"

Positiv: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
Negativ: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."
Flight was cancelled and re booked to a flight that didn’t make sense (couldn’t make connections, no luggage agreement between the airlines, and no support from SAS whatsoever once we got stranded)

Also, my husband spilled his drink; one of the attendants said he was too busy to help with cleanup. Fortunately, another attendant came over after my husband went to the galley to again ask for assistance."

Ich schuld vor, sie solle erst einmal das Gepäck der Mitarbeiter aus der Kabine nehmen, dann reicht es auch für die Paxe ...."

We were rebooked in economy class when we paid over $5,000 for business class tickets, and told we would "probably" receive a refund for the difference. after much prodding, asking and begging, we were finally rebooked in a flight on Lufthansa the same night. That airline was upset, though, because SAS did not call them or notify them that we had been switched to their airline."

Negativ: "flight was delay for 30 mins. then another 30 mins because there are 15 passenger that miss their flight due to delay or there is not enough flight to transport them to Longyearbyen the next day. We are force to wait a total of more then a hour to board them and stuck on plane. And ofcuase when we landed. My SAS go luggage is last to come out because the late arrival passengers luggage all come out ahead. It is a most terrible experience I ever had with a SAS flight. Might as well consider flying norwegian airline!"
Negativ: "Lost my luggage when the other 3 people who I am traveling with got theirs. Not sure what went wrong there. No SAS personnel was available, actually there was no airline counter even. I filed a lost and found report at the airport. I will contact the airline , hope they will find my bags or at least provide vouchers for my one week vacation."
Negativ: "When trying to board in Copenhagen there were some mishaps, but these were mainly caused by people ignoring signs along the way. They did not offer any complimentary snacks at all. Only one drink"
